    Improving the quality of education and development of learning process is a problem that always demands attention. Differences between students absorb the level of the other students to learning materials demands a teacher to make innovations in learning so that not only presents the material, but also need to use appropriate methods, liked,and students easy to understand. Especially in art learning, teacher innovation in teaching is very necessary for improving student learning outcomes. In this research, the researcher compared two methods of learning Cooperative Learning and Lecture as a compare in the learning process of music art. To study it, this research can do with the formulation of the problem such as: How is the comparison of students learning achievement between lessons cooperative learning model and lecture? The result of the research shows that: (1) Using the Cooperative Learning method can improve students learning outcomes compared to Lecture method on vocal test, ensemble and skill, (2) there is significant influence between Cooperative Learning method and students learning outcomes with sig t 0,000 < 0, 05 it means there is a significant relationship. Based on the results of research can give suggestions such as : (1) The teachers can use cooperative learning method to improve the willingness of students and learning outcomes in follow the lessons, (2) need to do further research to determine the other influence of learning models to improve learning outcomes and students interest to learn

    Behavior or action by teachers in primary schools can be used as a strategy to improve the performance of elementary school teachers in Pantai Cermin sub-district. This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and academic supervision on teaching performance of elementary school teachers in PaNtai Cermin sub-district. This study uses regression analysis tool. The sample in this study were 35 teachers from 100 teachers using simple random sampling technique. The results showed that work motivation and academic supervision affect teacher performance can be described with the equation y = 0.42 + 0.44X1 + 0.43X2. Work motivation and academic supervision together can explain teacher performance by 51%. Efforts to improve teachers‟ performance include providing equal opportunities for teachers to attend training, improving payroll systems and increasing teachers' salaries according to regional minimum wages, building close relationships among teachers and principals and cultivating deliberations in the school environment and continuous guidanc

    THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PRINCIPAL LEADERSHIP AND SCHOOL CLIMATE AND TEACHERS’ JOB SATISFACTION OF THE SPK SECONDARY SCHOOL IN PAMULANG, TANGERANG SELATAN

    Job satisfaction is an important issue when dealing with the teachers’ turn over in institution. Many factors influence teachers’ job satisfaction, among others are the principal leadership and the school climate. This research aimed to know the relationship between those factors. This research is a correlation study. The sample is the teachers in SPK Secondary School in Pamulang, Tangerang Selatan. Questionnaires were distributed to 32 respondents. It was found out that 1.) There was a very strong, positive and significant correlation between the teacher’s job satisfaction and the principal leadership, with the computed r = .890., 2.) There was a strong, positive and significant correlation between the teacher’s job satisfaction and the school climate, with the computed r = .795., and 3.) There was a very strong, positive and significant correlation between the principal leadership and the school climate to the teacher’s job satisfaction, with the computed r = .905. The findings showed that opportunity to develop, relationship between leaders and teachers, and sense of responsibility are the indicators that are very prominent in each variable. The conclusions are 1). The higher the principal leadership is, the higher the teachers’ job satisfaction will be., 2). The higher the school climate is, the higher the teachers’ job satisfaction will be., 3). The higher the principals leadership and the school climate are, the higher the teachers’ job satisfatiction will be. Providing adequate support facilities, training, and creating a more relax atmosphere are some recommendations for maintaining the teachers’ job satisfaction in that schoo

    This research aims to determine how the relationship between leadership style and organizational communication on employee performance at Pondok Kelapa coffee shop. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of primary data and secondary data. Primary data used by providing a list of questions (questionnaire) to respondents and secondary data through journals that support this research. The data analysis method used is non-parametric statistics using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) software which can be used in social research. The hypothesis used is the Spearman Rank correlation analysis statistical technique. Based on the results of data analysis, there is no significant relationship between leadership style and employee performance of Kopiyor Pondok Kelapa as indicated by the value of tcount (1.760) <ttable (2.160). There is a significant relationship between organizational communication and employee performance of Kopiyor Pondok Kelapa which is indicated by the value of t (3.267) <t table (2.160). The author's suggestions regarding the leadership style of the leader must be able to provide motivation when employees work and continue to improve in providing direction to employees so that employee performance increases. Regarding organizational communication, the leader must be able to properly accept any complaints while working and regarding the performance of employees, employees must be able to make decisions on minor problems, fellow employees must help each other in completing tasks.     Implementation of CAPM and Performance Analysis of Stock Portfolio with Risk-Adjusted Return on LQ45 Stock

    This study aims to analyze the return and risk of the LQ45 stock group on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and determine investment decisions using the Capital Asset Pricing Model by distinguishing between undervalued and overvalued stocks based on 2017 data. – 2021, so that a portfolio that can produce optimal returns can be formed. Based on Treynor's performance measures, 24 stocks were found to be superior to the market. By using Jensen's Alpha it was found that 24 stocks had a positive alpha (outperform) compared to other stocks studied. The results also show that 14 stocks have a beta coefficient of less than one (<1) and 30 stocks have a beta coefficient of more than one (>1); 24 undervalued stocks and 20 overvalued stocks. In this study, it was also found that stocks with high betas do not automatically provide high returns

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Menganalisis pengaruh literasi digital guru terhadap minat belajar peserta didik di SMA Pelita Rantepao; 2) Menganalisis pengaruh manajemen pembelajaran terhadap minat belajar peserta didik di SMA Pelita Rantepao; 3) Menganalisis kemampuan literasi digital dan “manajemen pembelajaran dalam menjelaskan minat belajar peserta didik di SMA Pelita Rantepao. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian expost facto. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh, yaitu semua guru di SMA Pelita Rantepao. Model penelitian terdiri dari literasi digital (X1), manajemen pembelajaran (X2) sebagai varabel bebas, dan minat belajar peserta didik (Y) sebagai variabel terikat. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan secara langsung. Metode yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data adalah analisis korelasi dan regresi berganda dengan bantuan Aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Literasi digital guru (X1) mempengaruhi minat belajar peserta didik (Y di SMA Pelita Rantepao Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Besar pengaruh literasi digital guru (X1) terhadap minat belajar peserta didik sebesar 60,4%; 2) Manajemen pembelajaran (X2) mempengaruhi minat belajar peserta didik(Y). Besar pengaruh manajemen pembelajaran terhadap minat belajar peserta didik sebesar 55,6%; 3) Model (literasi digital (X1) dan manajemen pembelajaran(X2)) dapat menjelaskan variasi pada minat belajar peserta didik (Y) sebesar 66,1%

    Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen sarana dan prasarana dan komitmen guru dalam mencapai mutu pembelajaran yang tinggi di SMK Kristen Tagari Rantepao. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian expost facto. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan yaitu total sampling, yaitu semua guru tetap yayasan dan pegawai negeri sipil di SMK Kristen Tagari Rantepao. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dilakukan dengan cara membagi kuesioner secara langsung kepada sampel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis korelasi dan regresi berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS Versi 26. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi berganda, manajemen sarana dan prasarana memberikan pengaruh terhadap mutu pembelajaran di SMK Kristen Tagari Rantepao sebesar 0,574. Kemudian komitmen guru memberikan pengaruh terhadap mutu pembelajaran di SMK Kristen Tagari sebesar 0,255. Model (manajemen sarana dan prasarana (X1) dan komitmen guru (X2)) bisa menjelaskan variasi mutu pembelajaran. Besarnya koefisien determinasi adalah sebesar 0,684 atau 68,4% pengaruh manajemen sarana dan prasarana dan komitmen guru terhadap mutu pembelajaran di SMK Kristen Tagari Rantepao. Namun masih terdapat juga pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana yang dikategorikan cukup, sehingga diharapkan kepada tim manajemen atau pihak-pihak terkait di SMK Kristen tagari untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana serta mempertahankan komitmen guru yang sudah berada pada kategori baik sehingga dapat mendukung pencapaian pembelajaran yang bermutu tinggi

    ABSTRAK Manajemen risiko merupakan aktivitas manajemen di dalam mempersiapkan strategi untuk mengantisipasi kejadian yang tidak diharapkan muncul. &nbsp;Universitas Kristen Indonesia menghadapi risiko gagal bayar. Risiko ini timbul di dalam proses pembayaran uang kuliah mahasiswa. Dimulai dengan proses di Administrasi Universitas sampai dengan masa pembayaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan tahapan manajemen risiko sebagai metode analisisnya. Diawali dengan identifikasi risiko kemudian mengukur risiko dengan menghitung peluang dan dampakn dari risiko tersebut dan merancang kebijakan manajemen risiko sebagai mitigasinya. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh risiko tertinggi di rentang skala 15-25 yang terjadi di dalam proses administrasi dan pembayaran. Untuk memitigasinya digunakan pendekatan Teori Permainan dengan Universitas dan Mahasiswa sebagai pemainnya.     Background: Physiotherapy service standards are used as a basis for risk management in preparing strategies to anticipate unexpected events that appear in the management of the physiotherapy process. This research aims to improve the quality of physiotherapy services through the calculation of the risk of the physiotherapy process and risk mitigation measures using the Workload Indicator Staffing Need (WISN) method from the World Health Organization (WHO). Methods: The research uses the stages of risk management as a method of analysis and WISN as a method for risk mitigation. Risk analysis begins with the identification of risks and then measures the risks by calculating the probabilities and impacts of these risks and designing risk management as mitigation. Results: Based on the research that has average 50-60/day, which is not proportional to the number of only 4 physiotherapists. In addition, there is a lack of physiotherapy intervention tools. Conclusion: In this research it has concluded that to improve the quality of physiotherapy services must be done by making policies to mitigate unexpected events and reducing the probabilities such as: increasing the number of physiotherapists and arranging the separation schedule of examination days for physiotherapy been done, events with the highest risk are found in the stages of examination and measurement, documentation, and physiotherapy intervention where there is an opportunity to reduce the type and duration of long or unsuccessful healing interventions. The trigger for the occurrence of potential risks is the number of patients on measurements from intervention days and increasing the number of physiotherapy intervention tools
