    Penggunaan Media Benda Konkret dalam Pembelajaran Tema Lingkungan untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas II Sdn Ketabang I Surabaya

    Untuk mencapai tujuan Pendidikan Nasional pemerintah menyelenggarakan perbaikan-perbaikan peningkatan mutu pendidikan pada berbagai jenis dan jenjang. Namun fakta di lapangan belum menunjukkan hasil yang memuaskan. Pemberlakuan pembelajaran tematik pada KTSP untuk siswa kelas awal di SD dapat dibenarkan secara akademik, karena siswa pada usia tersebut masih berpandangan secara holistik serta berperilaku dan berpikir konkret. Mereka belum terbiasa dengan cara berpikir terspesialisasi dan abstrak. Pengalaman keseharian mereka yang ditunjang dengan benda-benda dan fenomena nyata yang dapat diobservasi. Maka dari itu guru perlu merancang sebuah mendia pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan sesuai dengan pengalaman keseharian siswa. Dari gambaran pelaksanaan kegiatan di atas, akan muncul permasalahan pada diri siswa apabila tingkat pemahaman siswa terhadap suatu konsep tidak terjadi secara utuh. Melihat kondisi di lapangan yaitu di SDN Ketabang I Surabaya tempat peneliti bertugas, guru dalam menerapkan model ā€“model pembelajaran masih belum maksimal. Peneliti sebagai guru kelas I dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran masih banyak menggunakan metode ceramah, sehingga membuat siswa kurang aktif dan suasana belajar kurang menyenangkan akibatnya hasil nilai rata-rata ulangan harian khususnya pada pembelajaran Matematika dan IPS tema lingkungan masih belum mencapai KKM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendekskripsikan penerapan media benda konkret, peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, serta kendala yang muncul dalam penerapan media benda konkret tema lingkungan pada siswa kelas II SDN Ketabang I Surabaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki kinerja guru sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Matematika dan IPS tema lingkungan. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil pelaksanaan pada siklus I persentase aktivitas guru sebesar 69 % dengan rata-rata 2,2 (kategori ā€œbaikā€), aktivitas siswa sebesar sebesar 67,2 % dengan rata-rata 21,5 dengan (kategori ā€œbaikā€), ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa tentang pemahaman Matematika sebesar 62,9 % dan ketuntasan pemahaman IPS sebesar 70,4 % . Sedangkan hasil pelaksanaan pada siklus II adalah presentase aktivitas guru meningkat menjadi 90,6% dengan rata-rata 2,9 (kategoriā€sangat baikā€), aktivitas siswa meningkat menjadi 89 % dengan rata-rata 3,6 (kategoriā€sangat baikā€), ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa tentang pemahaman Matematika 88% dan IPS 92,5%, sehingga pemahaman Matematika dan IPS masing-masing telah melebihi indikator keberhasilan pembelajaran yang ditentukan yaitu 80% Kata kunci : Media Benda Konkret, Tematik , Hasil Belajar Abstract: To achieve the government\u27s goal of Education organized the improvements to education quality in various types and levels. But the facts on the ground has not shown satisfactory results. The implementation of thematic learning at SBC for elementary grade students beginning in academic justified, because students at that age still believes in a holistic manner and behave and think concretely. They are unfamiliar with specialized and abstract thinking. Their daily experience supports the objects and real phenomena that can be observed. Therefore teachers need to design a Mendia learning more interesting and appropriate to students\u27 everyday experiences. From the description of the implementation of the above activities, problems will appear on the student if the level of students\u27 understanding of a concept is not the case in full. Seeing the conditions in the field at the SDN Ketabang I Surabaya where investigators served, teachers in applying learning models are not maximized. Researchers as a classroom teacher in implementing the learning process I still use a lot of the lecture method, thus making the students less active and less enjoyable learning atmosphere consequently yield average daily tests particularly in mathematics and social studies learning environment theme has yet to reach KKM. The purpose of this study was to mendekskripsikan concrete application of media objects, improving student learning outcomes, as well as the obstacles that arise in the application of environmental themes media concrete object in class II SDN Ketabang I Surabaya. Type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This study aims to improve the performance of teachers so as to improve student learning outcomes in mathematics and social studies learning environment theme. Data collection methods used by the researchers is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The results of the implementation of the first cycle the percentage of all teachers by 69% with an average of 2.2 (the category of "good"), student activity by 67.2% with an average of 21.5 with (the category of "good"), mastery results students\u27 understanding of mathematics by 62.9% and completeness of 70.4% IPS understanding. While the results of the implementation of the second cycle is the percentage of all teachers have increased to 90.6% with an average of 2.9 (the category of "very good"), student activity increased to 89% with an average of 3.6 (the category of "very good" ), mastery students\u27 understanding of mathematics 88% and 92.5% social studies, mathematics and social studies so understanding each indicator has exceeded the prescribed learning success is 80

    Performance Model of Nurse Community Approach to Organizational Culture in Indonesia

    National problem faced by Indonesia today is the handling of the low quality of Human Resources (HR). HR issues that need attention is the issue of performance. Performance is the rate of success in carrying out the task, as well as the ability to achieve the goals set. The aim of this study was to determine the influence of individual factors, organizational factors, organizational and cultural factors on the Performance of Nurses. This study used a cross sectional study approach. The population used in this study were nurses ponkesdes Tuban and Lamongan district in accordance with the inclusion criteria as much as 55, with a sample size of 48 respondents specified research using simple random sampling technique. The independent variable in this study is the individual factors (abilities and skills), organizational cultural factors and organizational factors, dependent variable is the performance of nurse ponkesdes. Instruments used in the collection of data in the form of questionnaires and performance evaluation sheet. Research analysis using simple linear regression test. Simple linear regression analysis showed variable organizational cultural factors were not statistically significant effect on the performance of the p-value (0.000), organizational factors also significantly influence the performance of the pvalue (0.027). While the variable factors of individual (skills and abilities) does not significantly influence the performance of the p-value (0.103)

    Teaching Multiplication of Numbers From 1 to 10 to STKIP Surya Students Using Matematika Gasing

    Multiplication of numbers from 1 to 10 is very important as it provides the basis for learning multiplication of other larger numbers as well as other related mathematical operations. How do students learn multiplication? Usually students just memorize the results of multiplication. This is often performed without a complete comprehension of the concept of multiplication. This study aimed to discuss how to teach multiplication of numbers from 1 to 10 to STKIP Surya students using Matematika GASING. GASING stands for Gampang, ASyIk dan menyenaNGkan which is translated as easy, fun and enjoyable. The materials are taught according to its unique way of teaching mathematics which follows three stages: concrete, abstract and mental calculation. The first stage (concrete) encourages students to explore using concrete objects. This is done prior to the second stage called the abstract stage. Students are then able to move on to the third stage where they can do mathematical calculation mentally and instantly. By following these stages in this order, students can understand mathematics more easily and clearly. The research method used in this study was design research. It consists of three phases; they are preliminary design, teaching experiment and retrospective analysis.The sample was fourteen first-year undergraduate students (matriculation level) at STKIP Surya (Surya College of Education), Tangerang, Banten. The instruments used were both oral and written tests. They were used to measure the ability of performing mental computation as well as the ability to teach this material.     PENGGUNAAN INFORMATION COMMUNICATION AND TECHNOLOGY (ICT) TOOLS DALAM MENDUKUNG PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA INTERAKTIF

    The current era has arrived at the presence of a young generation called digital native so that interactive learning based on Information Communication and Technology (ICT) in mathematics is considered very suitable for this situation. This study aims to find out: 1) how is the development and use of ICT tools in interactive mathematics learning in the last decade?, and 2) what are the opinions of users of ICT tools in learning mathematics?. The method used in this research is a literature study method, by reviewing literature or scientific papers relevant to the research problem by using scientific sources.     Nurse Behavior in Implementation of Diabetes Mellitus Education Based on Theory of Planned Behavior

    Introduction: Education is the important component in self-management of Diabetes mellitus patients. Nurse as one of the health care provider should take active role in giving adequate education. The aim of this study were to analyze factors influencing nurse's behavior in implementation of Diabetes mellitus education based on theory of planned behavior. Method: This study used cross sectional design. Population in this study were all nurses in medicinal public hall whose were assigned to give education toward patients in 62 puskesmas induk in Surabaya city in 2016. Sampling technique used total sampling and 112 nurses obtained as samples. Variables in this study consist of attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control (PBC), intention and practice in DM education. Data collection was using questionnaire and observation sheet and also analyzed using spearman rho with Ī± 0,05. Result: Statistical analysis result shows there is significant relationship between attitudes, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control (PBC) toward intention with p value of 0,022; 0,048; dan 0,000 respectively and there is no significant relationship between intention and practice of Diabetes mellitus education with p value 0,194. Nurse's attitudes, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control (PBC) had positive effect toward intention of Diabetes mellitus education but intention had no effect toward practice of Diabetes mellitus education in puskesmas. Conclusion: Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) stated that individual behavior occurred because of intention that could be affected by attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control (PBC). Future study was expected to use qualitative approach, and related study regarding development of education media in Puskesmas

    PERAN GURU BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING DALAM MENINGKATKAN EFIKASI DIRI PESERTA DIDIK KELAS VIII SMPN 19 BANDAR LAMPUNG TAHUN PELAJARAN 2017/2018

    Keyakinan diri peserta didik kelas VIII SMPN 19 Bandar Lampung masih rendah. Terdapat 8 peserta didik yang memiliki keyakinan diri rendah. Delapan peserta didik tersebut dibimbing oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok. Permasalahannya adalah bagaimana peran guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam meningkatkan keyakinan diri peserta didik dalam belajar? Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana Peran Guru BK dalam meningkatkan efikasi diri peserta didik dalam belajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif, yaitu suatu penelitian lapangan dengan tujuan mendeskripsikan (memaparkan) fenomena-fenomena yang ditemukan dilapangan berupa kata-kata tertulis dari orang-orang yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Jenis laporan penelitian model ini berisi kutipan-kutipan data dalam bentuk narasi. Data dan informasi yang berbentuk narasi tersebut berasal dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan dilakukan triangulasi sumber sebagai keabsahan data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: pertama, peran guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam meningkatkan keyakinan diri peserta didik menggunakan layanan bimbingan kelompok. Dalam pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok yaitu: (1)guru bk melakukan assesment, berkolaborasi dengan pihak-pihak terkait. (2) menyiapkan program berupa RPL, sarana dan prasarana yang dibutuhkan. Kedua, melalui bimbingan kelompok guru bk mampu memperbaiki perilaku tidak yakin akan kemampuan diri sendiri menjadi yakin dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki

    Analysis of Nurse's Occupational Health in Managing Patients in Benyamin Guluh Hospital Kolaka Regency

    Introduction: Occupational health and safety are a system designed to ensure a good safety and health in the workplace. Nurses have a higher risk of accidents and occupational diseases due to managing patients The goal of analyze the relationship or the influence of predisposing, enabling and reinforcing factors, and the concept of core and care in nurses' safety and occupational health issue nurs in managing patient. Methods: Type of study is explanatory research using cross sectional design. Proportional random was chosen by consecutive sampling technique amounted to 100 respondents based on criteria. The variables measured were predisposing factors (knowledge, attitudes, beliefs and values), reinforcing factor (officers who became a role model), enabling factors (facilities, rules/regulation), core-care (interpersonal, concern), as well as safety and occupational health. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). Result and Analysis: Predisposing factors affecting safety and occupational health, value by t-count of 2.82 > t-table of 1.96. Reinforcing factors do not significantly affect occupational health and safety by t-count of 1.098 t-table of 1. Factors of core and care factors affecting nurses' safety and occupational health in managing patients in Benyamin Guluh Hospital, Kolaka Regency have t-count of 1.963 > t-table of 1.96. Discussion and Conclusion: Development of behavioral and nursing theories to nurses' occupational health and safety showed R-square value of 39.5%. The new model structure are: predisposing factors (knowledge, attitudes, beliefs and values), enabling factors (facilities, rules / regulation), core (interpersonal relationships) and care (concern)
