    Kewirausahaan menjadi perhatian penting bagi pemerintah Indonesia. Salah satu cara pemerintah untuk menjadikan warga negaranya menjadi wirausaha dengan menerapkan mata kuliah kewirausahaan pada perguruan tinggi. Mata kuliah kewirausahaan saat ini ada diberbagai jurusan tidak hanya jurusan manajemen dan bisnis saja tetapi untuk semua jurusan diajarkan mata kuliah kewirausahaan. Sebagai kunci agar mahasiswa yang mengikuti perkuliahan kewirausahaan menjadi seorang wirausaha adalah dosen pengajarnya. Penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh dosen dalam mengajar mata kuliah kewirausahaan terhadap minat mahasiswa menjadi seorang wirausaha. Metode dalam menganalisis data mengunakan metode analisis kuantitatif dan regresi liniear berganda. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi obyek penelitian adalah mahasiswa yang sedang mengambil mata kuliah kewirausahaan pada Fakultas Bisnis dan Manajemen Universitas Widyatama. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ternyata pengaruh gaya mengajar dosen mata kuliah kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa dalam berwirausaha. Sehingga dosen mata kuliah kewirausahaan mempunyai peranan penting dalam meningkatkan minat mahasiswa menjadi seorang wirausaha

    RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE ATMOSPHERE FOOD COURT CAMPUS WITH BUYING DECISIONS BY THE STUDENT

    In the face of current competitiveness both in the category of services or goods are rising, not only in terms of low price and quality, becoming an important service for consumers. But not only that, the atmosphere of the store was to be one for a consumer's purchasing decision. Physical appearance of the building, as well as perfumes and layout to lighting stuff is important for store atmosphere. Similarly, for a food court, exciting atmosphere can bring students to be at home so loyal to the food court. In this research, the writer uses descriptive method. While the purpose of this study is to determine how much the relationship between store atmosphere on campus food court with purchasing decisions for students . Based on the results using rank spearman formula is obtained for rs 0653. Because the value of rs is between 0.600 to 0.799, the relationship between store atmosphere with a purchasing decision can be said to be strong. While the influence of store atmosphere on purchasing decisions by 42.64% while the remaining 57.36% is influenced by other factors such as factor number of interviews varied diet , and discounts . Pemerintah mulai menerapkan standar tertentu untuk meningkatkan kompetensi antar perguruan tinggi. Universitas Widyatama salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta yang ada di Bandung menyadari adanya persaingan ini. Salah satu cara untuk dapat bersaing dengan perguruan tinggi lain adalah dengan menyediakan tenaga kerja yang professional. Untuk mendapatkan tenaga kerja yang professional, tenaga kerja diberikan pelatihan. Penelitian yang dilakukan mengenai pengaruh pelatihan karyawan dalam menciptakan karyawan profesional untuk menghadapi daya saing hanya sebagian kecil yang menganggap adanya pengaruh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-verifikatif dengan survey deskriptif dan jelas. Dalam pengambilan sample teknik yang digunakan adalah sample random sampling. Analisis regresi digunakan untuk menganalisa data. Sedangkan obyek penelitian ini dilakukan pada tenaga non edukatif di Universitas Widyatama

    Masyarakat tidak asing dengan istilah marketplace. Yaitu salah satu media belanja online yang banyak di digunakan oleh masyarakat Indonesia karena mudah digunakan dan jangkauannya yang luas, serta dapat mengefisienkan waktu tanpa perlu ke lokasi belanja. Salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang ini adalah Shopee. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis linier berganda. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling yaitu teknik sampling simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa variabel promosi tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Variabel harga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil uji simultan, maka dapat disimpulkan promosi, harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pihak Shopee dapat memberikan promosi yang lebih menarik dan bervariasi bagi konsumen dengan memperbanyak diskon, cashback, gratis ongkir agar membuat konsumen melakukan keputusan pembelia

    In this study the authors have entitled Influence Purchasing Decisions Of Product Attributes On Samsung Android Samsung Dealer Bandung Electronic Center. Where the purpose is to know how policies are implemented by product attribute Samsung, how do consumers about product attributes Samsung Android, how the purchasing decisions of consumers on Samsung Android products, and how much influence product attributes on purchase decisions Samsung Android Samsung dealer BEC. Based on the results of research on consumer response to product attributes Samsung Android is good, since the average value of the whole expression is equal to 3.90 are in the interval from 3.40 to 4.19. Besides consumer purchasing decisions on products Samsung Android can be good value for the average of the overall statement amounted to 4.13 are in the interval from 3.40 to 4.19. Product attributes influence the purchasing decision of the Samsung Android, based on the test results obtained by Spearman rank correlation rs value or correlation coefficient between product attributes and purchasing decisions amounted to 0.560. From the analysis, the visible presence of a fairly strong relationship between the variable product attributes (variables X) with the purchase decision (variable Y), is equal to 0.560 which includes categories from 0.40 to 0.599. While the test results coefficient of determination is equal to 31.36% and the remaining 68.64% is influenced by other factors. From the test results obtained hypothesis tcount 5.775 greater than 1.293 ttabel then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning that there is a positive effect between product attributes with purchasing decisions. Thus, the authors propose the hypothesis, namely "Product Attributes Against Samsung Android Positive Influence Consumer Buying Decision" that Ha can be accepted

    Leadership is the way a leader in influencing the behavior of subordinates , to cooperate and work productively to achieve the goals of the organization . In connection with his subordinate leaders , a number of employees are hoping to get the treatment that the leader is open and provides flexibility in work , while others hope that leaders do more directing. In fact, every employee is not only dominated by economic motives alone. Wages and salaries are not necessarily able to guarantee great satisfaction and able to motivate employees. In this study the authors take the title "The Effect of Leadership Style Of Employee Motivation In Astra Credit Company (ACC) Bandung Branch II " . The purpose of this study was to determine how the leadership style applied to Astra Credit Company (ACC) Bandung Branch II , to determine employee motivation at Astra Credit Company (ACC) Bandung Branch II and to find out how strong relationships with the leadership styles on employee motivation Astra Credit Company (ACC) Bandung Branch II. The method used in this research is descriptive method with data collection through interview, observation and questionnaires . The results showed that leadership style is done in the Astra Credit Company (ACC) Bandung Branch II likely affiliative leadership style, it is based on the average value of 3.94 which is the ultimate answer. However during this leadership style is quite good with an average value of 3.75 which is in the interval from 3.40 to 4.19, which means good. Employee motivation at Astra Credit Company ( ACC ) Branch Bandung II can be said to be high, because the average value of the entire statement is at 3.87 which is in the interval from 3.40 to 4.19. Relationship with the leadership style of employee motivation at Astra Credit Company (ACC) Bandung Branch II is based on the correlation of test results is equal to 0,656 this indicates a strong relationship between the leadership style of work motivation. The magnitude of the influence of leadership styles on work motivation is at 43.03 %, and the rest influenced by other factors. Results of hypothesis test t = 8.61 > t table = 1.663 which means that Ho is rejected , this indicates that there is a relationship between the leadership style of work motivation. The hypothesis that the authors propose in Chapter I, namely: "When leaders apply the appropriate leadership style that will increase employee motivation” is acceptable

    This study has a goal to find out the influence of job stress to employee performance with work satisfaction as mediate variable in Bank Rakyat Indonesia. The method that was used on this study is descriptive research it is research methods that was done to find out independent variable value or more (independent) without made some comparation or combine a variable with the other variable. There are many samples that was researched are 180 respondents that they are employee of Bank Rakyat Indonesia, especially marketing department (marketer) and the technique that was used is non-probability sample technique with purposive sampling approach (it was taking sample based on the specific target). Based on the result of study was obtained conclusion that multiple linear regression equation of influence job stress to employee performance with work satisfaction as mediate variable. Based on the result of this study was state that there was significant influence between job stress to performance, work satisfaction to performance and job stress to work satisfaction. Whereas, simultaneously job stress and work satisfaction have significant influence to employee performance in PT BRI

    Persaingan dunia pendidikan perguruan tinggi saat ini begitu pesat. Baik untuk perguruan tingi negeri maupun swasta. Pemerintah pun mulai menerapkan standar tertentu untuk meningkatkan kompetensi perguruan tinggi. Universitas Widyatama salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta yang ada di Bandung menyadari dengan adanya persaingan ini. Salah satunya untuk mendapatkan kemenangan dalam kompetisi antar perguruan tinggi adalah dengan meningkatkan fasilitas yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa untuk memperoleh kepuasan disamping peningkatan hal lainnya. Penelitian yang dilakukan mengenai hubungan antara fasilitas yang diberikan pihak universitas dengan kepuasan mahasiswa ternyata hanya sebagian kecil yang menganggap adanya hubungan yaitu sebesar 0.5%.     Purpose - This study aims to analyze the relationship between safety and health programs with employee motivation. Design/methodology/approach - Descriptive method used to conduct research and qualitative and quantitative analysis is used to analyze the data. Findings - After analyzing the results of calculations performed using Spearman rank correlation formula, but the result is 0.7 with 3.94 significance test, which means there is a positive relationship between safety and health with the motivation of employees. Research limitations/implications – This paper is limited to descriptive studies and researching just about any health and safety, further implications for this research will be examined for other factors in addition to occupational safety and health. Practical implications – Safety program conducted by the department of prevention and fire prevention Bandung includes two activities that are programmed for construction personnel, the exercise routine and rescue and conduct health and fitness coaching by the company itself and by the health department.
