 Seni Pertunjukan tari ritual sangat berkaitan erat dengan sosial, hiburan, estetik, bah- kan upacara-upacara masyarakat dalam pertunjukannya. Fungsi ritual sangat dipenuhi oleh hal-hal tidak rasional yang berarti kepercayaan pada kekuatan supranatural, roh-roh, dan dewa-dewa yang mempengaruhi kehidupannya.  Kepercayaannya direfleksikan de- ngan pertunjukan tari ritual Tayub, Sintren, Bedaya Ketawang, Sang Hyang, dan Seblang di Banyuwangi.

LAPORAN PKM DOSEN PELATIHAN TARI BAGI ANAK-ANAK USIA SD, SMP, SMA, DI KELURAHAN SONOREJO KECAMATAN SUKOHARJO, KABUPATEN SUKOHARJO

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat merupakan salah satu kegiatan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi yang dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Sonorejo kecamatan Sukoharjo Kabupaten Sukoharjo, adalah merupakan pelatihan tari bagi anak-anak seusia SD,SMP, SMA, yang berdomisili di sekitar Kecamatan Sukoharjo. Adapun pelatihan ini pada dasarnya untuk menggali, menumbuhkan dan memberi bekal ketrampilan kepada anak-anak, agar dapat memiliki pengalaman menari gaya Surakarta khususnya dan tari kreasi pada umumnya. Melalui empat repertoar tari, Gembira, Kukilo, Manipuri, dan Gambyong Pareanom, pelatihan tari dapat berjalan dengan baik dan dapat dikuasai oleh anak-anak peserta pelatiha. Dari penguasaan repertoar tersebut pada tanggal 27 Septeber dapat dipentaskan dengan baik dan lancar.Untuk itu kegiatan ini dapat memberi pengalaman dalam menari di atas panggung dan merupakan salah satu kegiatan mengolah tubuh agar menjadi kreatif. Ditunjang dengan metode dan model pembelajaran tari yang tepat dan materi yang sesuai, serta kegiatan yang berkesinambungan, sangat bermanfaat dan bermakna bagi anakanak, masyarakat, maupun pelestarian dan pengembangan seni dalam kehidupan masyarakat

THE EFFECT OF TAXES, EARNINGS PER SHARE, AND SALES GROWTH ON STOCK PRICES IN THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC (EMPIRICAL STUDY OF HEALTH AND PHARMACEUTICAL SECTOR LISTED IN THE JAKARTA STOCK EXCHANGE 2016-2020)

This study aims to determine and empirically prove the effect of tax rates, earnings per share and sales growth on stock prices in health and pharmaceutical sector companies listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. This research uses quantitative research that is associative. The population in this study is the health and pharmaceutical sector companies listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange in 2018-2020, as many as 17 companies. Sampling was done by using a purposive sampling technique, total 16 companies for three years or 48 data were obtained. Data analysis in this study was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially earning per share had a positive and significant effect on stock prices, while tax rates and sales growth had no significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously tax rates, earnings per share and sales growth have a significant effect on stock prices

MOTIVATION MODEL DISTORTION OF RAMAYANA BALLET PERFORMERS

This study reviews the conventional setting of Herzberg Two-Factors Theory and compare with research findings in the Ramayana Ballet show. This research is was done by observation and interview process. This study is a qualitative research that combines historical methods and economics research background. The hygiene factors consist of salary, company policy, good interpersonal relationship and quality of supervision, job security, working condition, and work life balance. The motivation factors consist of personal status, challenging, promotion, responsibility, and growth. This study shows that almost all art groups of Ramayana ballet have high hygiene factor and low motivation. but this findings still led to the high engagement of the artists towards Ramayana ballet show and it was proven by the existence of the art group and the Ramayana ballet show. Implementation of Two Factor Theory Herzberg in the arts group shows different with the factors that have been formed by Herzberg. Sampan Dance in Pariaman: Between Creativity and Community Acceptance

Sampan dance was born from the Pariaman community. A dance work which is created for entertaining people. Events in Sampan dance are bound to a situation, namely fishermen who are triggered by various events. Attempts to see the human side in the dancers who play the fishermen are a real picture of the actual events. The strength of the dance creator’s/artist's imagination lies in trying to free the work from the reality that is believed by communnity. The community should be amazed when they see the Sampan dance performance, but in reality the they are not enthusiastic about it.The way creator/artists explore fishermen figure by the choreographer is different from the way that is done by the academics. Existing facts about this dance are not the main concern of the artists. The purpose of exploring the life of fishermen is to open the doors of imagination, bring the past back to life and seek their own identity to be aligned with current events. In the function of dance, imagination has an important role. The presence of imagination will change the mindset of the community towards the issues being staged. At least, society has received another choice than the existing before about the meaning of reality.  It means the reality of fishermen's life so that the community is free to act towards these choices.Communication in art is related to human behavior and the fulfillement needs of human thoughts and feelings toward what they witness. The audience/community already brought a horizon of expectations when they watch the performing arts. Thoughts and feelings have formed its frame, so that when what they watch does not match the horizon of their expectations, positive and negative responses will arise. Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Problem Posing dan Motivasi Terhadap Kreativitas Berfikir Matematika Siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Sumbergempol Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014

Kata kunci : Model Pembelajaran Problem Posing, Motivasi dan Kreativitas Berfikir Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreatif siswa, guru hendaknya memilih dan menggunakan strategi, pendekatan, metode atau teknik yang banyak melibatkan siswa aktif dalam pembelajaran, baik secara mental, fisik maupun sosial. Selain itu guru hendaknya memilih metode pembelajaran yang dapat merangsang minat atau perhatian sehingga merasa tertarik untuk mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran. Dalam hal ini, peneliti menghubungkan antara model pembelajaran problem posing dan motivasi dalam kaitannya dengan kreativitas berfikir siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 1 Sumbergempol Tulungagung. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimanakah deskripsi penerapan model pembelajaran problem posing, motivasi dan kreativitas berfikir matematika siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Sumbergempol tahun ajaran 2013/2014 ? (2) Apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran problem posing terhadap kreativitas berfikir matematika siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Sumbergempol tahun ajaran 2013/2014 ? (3) Apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan pemberian motivasi terhadap kreativitas berfikir matematika siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Sumbergempol tahun ajaran 2013/2014? (4) bagaimana pengaruh model pembelajaran problem posing dan pemberian motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kreativitas berfikir matematika siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Sumbergempol tahun ajaran 2013/2014 ? Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui (1) Deskripsi penerapan model pembelajaran problem posing, motivasi dan kreatifitas berfikir matematika siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Sumbergempol tahun ajaran 2013/2014. (2) Apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran problem posing terhadap kreatifitas berfikir matematika siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Sumbergempol tahun ajaran 2013/2014. (3) Apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan pemberian motivasi terhadap kreatifitas berfikir matematika siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Sumbergempol tahun ajaran 2013/2014. (4) Deskripsi apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran problem posing dan pemberian motivasi terhadap kreatifitas berfikir matematika siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Sumbergempol tahun ajaran 2013/2014. xviii Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode tes, angket, observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Metode tes digunakan untuk mendapatkan nilai tingkat kreativitas berfikir siswa, metode angket digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi siswa SMP Negeri 1 Simbergempol yang digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian, sedangkan metode dokumentasi , observasi dan wawancara digunakan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang populasi, sampel, dan informasi lain yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian. Pola penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi eksperimen yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran problem posing dan pemberian motivasi terhadap kreativitas berfikir matematika siswa. Dengan variabel terikatnya adalah kreativitas berfikir dan variabel bebasnya adalah model pembelajaran problem posing dan motivasi. Dalam pengambilan sampel digunakan teknik cluster random sampling (sampel acak kelompok) ialah sampel acak sederhana dimana setiap sampling ini terdiri dari kumpulan atau kelompok elemen. Banyaknya sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 61 siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 1 Sumbergempol Tulungagung pada tanggal 17 – 24 februari 2014. Metode analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan dua tahap yaitu analisis awal dan analisis akhir. Analisis awal berupa uji homogenitas dan uji normalitas. Sedangkan analisis akhir menggunakan anava dua jalur. Dari hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa Fhitung = 36,038 dan taraf signifikansi 0,000. Sedangkan untuk Ftabel dengan taraf signifikansi 5% serta df pembilang 1 dan df penyebut 57 diperoleh nilai Ftabel = 4,01. Maka karena Fhitung ≥ Ftabel yaitu 36,038 ≥ 4,01 dan taraf signifikansi ≤ 0,05 yaitu 0,000 ≤ 0,05, H1 diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Posing terhadap kreativitas berfikir siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Sumbergempol Tulungagung. Selanjutnya, Fhitung = 11,664 dan taraf signifikansi 0,001. Sedangkan untuk Ftabel dengan taraf signifikansi 5% serta df pembilang 1 dan df penyebut 57 diperoleh nilai Ftabel = 4,01. Maka karena Fhitung ≥ Ftabel yaitu 11,664 ≥ 4,01 dan taraf signifikansi ≤ 0,05 yaitu 0,001 ≤ 0,05, H1 diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh motivasi terhadap kreativitas berfikir siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Sumbergempol Tulungagung. Yang terakhir, Fhitung = 10,535 dan taraf signifikansi 0,002. Sedangkan untuk Ftabel dengan taraf signifikansi 5% serta df pembilang 1 dan df penyebut 57 diperoleh nilai Ftabel = 4,01. Maka karena Fhitung ≥ Ftabel yaitu 10,535 ≥ 4,01 dan taraf signifikansi ≤ 0,05 yaitu 0,002 ≤ 0,05, H1 diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Posing dan Motivasi terhadap kreativitas berfikir siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Sumbergempol Tulungagung

Penumbuhan Bakat Melalui Pembelajaran Tari Bagi Anak-anak di Sonorejo Kabupaten Sukoharjo

The dance lessons that take place outside school hours for children in the Sonorejo area are a special kind of activity or service which aims to develop the children’s talent in the field of dance from an early age. Children from kindergarten up to high school age take part in the dance lessons. So far, the process has had encouraging results both in terms of quantity and quality, and the children have acquired a broad range of dance skills. Since the children come from a variety of different backgrounds and are of varying ages and from several different villages, the lessons implement a teaching model known as Magnet School and Investigation, while the method used is that of drills, lectures, and play. With this approach, the dance lessons seem to run well. As a result of the dance lessons, every child is able to participate in a concert by memorizing and enjoying the dances they have learned. Hence, in addition to developing children’s dance skills from a young age, they are also able to show their appreciation which in the future will be beneficial to their studies as well as contributing to the preservation and development of the art of dance in the future. TARI JARAN GOYANG: SIMBOL PEMIKAT ASMARA

A genre of dance Jaran Goyang is one of the traditional dance genres in Banyuwangi initiated by Suparman which is composed in 1960s. The treatment developing is executed by SumitroHadi, a very productive dance expert in Banyuwangi. The dance Jaran Goyang represents a form of traditional dance with love theme. The vocabularies of dance movements, dance music as well as ricikanthat are used refer to the existing traditional dance. The dance name is taken from the name of a love spell called “jaran goyang”.
