The sumatran elephant is rare animals wich spreadin almost all parts of sumatera island. The conflict between people with the sumatran elephants often occurred in the forest area alongside people settlement. The large amount of sumatran elephants population in Tesso Nilo National Park highly dependent on the carrying capacity of the habitat and the available feed. This research aims to know populationof sumatran elephants and carrying capacity of feedthe sumatran elephantin the area of Tesso Nilo National Park Province of Riau. The studywas usedthe method purposive sampling by determined the position of elephant on the track, determinationof sample plot offeed location the sumatran elephants and carrying capacity collected of feed the sumatran elephant. Data obtained areComposition Vegetation (species density, species frequency, species dominance), IndexValue Important (IVI), Species Diversity, Biomass Feed, CarryingCapacity of Feed and Carrying Capacity of habitat. The result of interviews with the mahout in the village Lubuk Kembang Bunga, there are 2 groups the sumatran elephants with the total as many 38 tail. The results of the research showed that the availability of feed in 1 Hectare areasin a Tesso Nilo National Park were not sufficient to 1 tail sumatran elephants.The carrying capacity of habitat sumatran elephant wich exists at Tesso Nilo National Park regional with broad area 1331.19 Hectare can not accommodate for sumatran elephants
Analisis Ergonomi Redesain Meja dan Kursi Siswa Sekolah Dasar
Meja dan kursi adalah fasilitas sekolah yang berpengaruh terhadap postur tubuh siswa. Postur tubuh akan bekerja secara alami jika menggunakan meja dan kursi yang ergonomis. Sebaliknya, meja dan kursi yang tidak ergonomis cenderung akan menyebabkan keluhan muskuloskeletal. Penelitian pendahuluan dilakukan terhadap siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD) ABC kelas 1 dan kelas 5 dengan checklist penelitian dan Standard Nordict Questionnaire (SNQ). Hasil checklist penelitian siswa kelas 1 dengan rata-rata tinggi badan 115,6 cm diperoleh bahwa ketidaksesuaian dari tinggi meja dan tinggi kursi dengan siswa adalah 100%. Siswa kelas 5 dengan rata-rata tinggi badan 133,7 cm diperoleh bahwa ketidaksesuaian tinggi meja dan tinggi kursi dengan siswa secara berurutan adalah 100% dan 91,14%. Hal ini cenderung menyebabkan siswa mengalami keluhan muskuloskeletal yang diukur dengan SNQ pada leher, tangan, kaki, punggung, pinggang, siku dan lutut. Meja dan kursi yang tidak ergonomis menyebabkan postur tubuh bekerja secara tidak alami yang diukur dengan metode RULA. Ketidaksesuaian meja dan kursi dengan siswa diminimalisasi dengan redesain meja dan kursi berdasarkan antropometri tubuh siswa dengan metode perancangan Pahl dan Beitz. Metode ini terdiri dari perencanaan dan penjelasan tugas, perancangan konsep produk, perancangan bentuk produk dan perancangan detail. Redesain meja dan kursi sekolah menghasilkan tinggi meja dan tinggi kursi yang bisa dinaik turunkan dengan tinggi meja 41,4- 58,9 cm dan tinggi kursi 30,2-40,6 cm. Lebar meja 56,3 cm serta lebar kursi 27,3 cm, panjang kursi 39,2 cm dan tinggi sandaran punggung kursi 43,5 cm
Implementation of A Referral System for National Health Insurance Patients in Werang Health Center West Manggarai Regency
Data Puskesmas Werang menunjukkan rasio rujukan kasus non spesialistik tahun 2018 sebesar 30,12%, tahun 2019 sebesar 28,33% dan tahun 2020 sebesar 32,21%. Peraturan BPJS Kesehatan No. 7 Tahun 2019 menyatakan rasio rujukan kasus non spesialistik maksimal 2%. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi dan struktur birokrasi dalam implementasi sistem rujukan pasien peserta JKN di Puskesmas Werang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Werang pada bulan Desember 2021. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 58 petugas kesehatan di Puskesmas Werang. Informan penelitian sebanyak 12 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel komunikasi sudah berjalan baik. Variabel sumber daya manusia yakni ketersediaan tenaga kesehatan masih kurang, alat kesehatan dan obat-obatan sudah cukup lengkap, kewenangan dan anggaran rujukan telah sesuai. Variabel disposisi yakni sikap petugas kesehatan telah baik. Variabel struktur birokrasi Puskesmas Werang mempunyai SOP rujukan. Disarankan bagi pemerintah daerah agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan tenaga kesehatan maupun sarana prasarana Puskesmas

The isopropylation of naphthalene with propene over H-mordenite: The catalysis at the internal and external acid sites
The isopropylation of naphthalene (NP) with propene over H-Mordenite (MOR) was studied under a wide range of reaction parameters: temperature, propene pressure, period, and NP/MOR ratio. Selective formation of 2,6-diisopropylnaphthalene (2,6-DIPN) was observed at reaction conditions, such as at low reaction temperature, under high propene pressure, and/or with high NP/MOR ratio. However, the decrease in the selectivities for 2,6-DIPN was observed at reaction conditions such as at high temperature, under low propene pressure, and/or with low NP/MOR ratio. The selectivities for 2,6-DIPN in the encapsulated products were remained high and constant under all reaction conditions. These results indicate that the selective formation of 2,6-DIPN occurs through the least bulky transition state due to the exclusion of the bulky isomers by the MOR channels. The decrease in the selectivities for 2,6-DIPN are due to the isomerization of 2,6-DIPN to 2,7-DIPN at the external acid sites, directing towards thermodynamic equilibrium of DIPN isomers
4f-derived Fermi Surfaces of CeRu2(Si[1-x]Ge[x])2 near the Quantum Critical Point: Resonant Soft X-ray ARPES Study
Angle-resolved photoelectron spectroscopy in the Ce 3d-4f excitation region
was measured for the paramagnetic state of CeRu2Si2, CeRu2(Si0.82Ge0.18)2, and
LaRu2Si2 to investigate the changes of the 4 electron Fermi surfaces around
the quantum critical point. While the difference of the Fermi surfaces between
CeRu2Si2 and LaRu2Si2 was experimentally confirmed, a strong 4f-electron
character was observed in the band structures and the Fermi surfaces of
CeRu2Si2 and CeRu2(Si0.82Ge0.18)2, consequently indicating a delocalized nature
of the 4 electrons in both compounds. The absence of Fermi surface
reconstruction across the critical composition suggests that SDW quantum
criticality is more appropriate than local quantum criticality in
CeRu2(Si[1-x]Ge[x])2.Comment: 4 pages, 5 figure
Swarm-based Descriptor Combination and its Application for Image Classification
In this paper, we deal with the descriptor combination problem in image classification tasks. This problem refers to the definition of an appropriate combination of image content descriptors that characterize different visual properties, such as color, shape and texture. In this paper, we propose to model the descriptor combination as a swarm-based optimization problem, which finds out the set of parameters that maximizes the classification accuracy of the Optimum-Path Forest (OPF) classifier. In our model, a descriptor is seen as a pair composed of a feature extraction algorithm and a suitable distance function. Our strategy here is to combine distance scores defined by different descriptors, as well as to employ them to weight OPF edges, which connect samples in the feature space. An extensive evaluation of several swarm-based optimization techniques was performed. Experimental results have demonstrated the robustness of the proposed combination approach
Alpha B-crystallin protects retinal tissue during Staphylococcus aureus-induced endophthalmitis
Bacterial infections of the eye highlight a dilemma that is central to all immune-privileged sites. On the one hand, immune privilege limits inflammation to prevent bystander destruction of normal tissue and loss of vision. On the other hand, bacterial infections require a robust inflammatory response for rapid clearance of the pathogen. We demonstrate that the retina handles this dilemma, in part, by activation of a protective heat shock protein. During Staphylococcus aureus-induced endophthalmitis, the small heat shock protein αB-crystallin is upregulated in the retina and prevents apoptosis during immune clearance of the bacteria. In the absence of αB-crystallin, mice display increased retinal apoptosis and retinal damage. We found that S. aureus produces a protease capable of cleaving αB-crystallin to a form that coincides with increased retinal apoptosis and tissue destruction. We conclude that αB-crystallin is important in protecting sensitive retinal tissue during destructive inflammation that occurs during bacterial endophthalmitis
