    Teachers have a strategic role in the world of education, so good teacher performance is also needed in providing learning. The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of school culture, intellectual intelligence, discipline and competence on teacher performance at Sultan Agung Private High School which consisted of 36 teachers consisting of 28 permanent foundation teachers and 8 non-permanent foundation teachers. By using validity and reliability analysis, it was found that the data were valid as well as reliable (reliable). The results of the partial test found that the school culture variable had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, intellectual intelligence partially also had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, for discipline partially had a negative effect on teacher performance and competence had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.     The aim is to see the effect of work influence on employee performance, which represents employee performance, as well as work discipline and workers on employee performance. Which is the object of research at the Social Service for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Pematangsiantar City with 40 employees. The analysis used is the validity and reliability test, normality, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple equations, then partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test). The results of the study found that all variables of this study: work discipline, individual appraisal and performance were declared valid and reliable. To test for normal distribution that the value of the variable is stated as normal distribution, then the coefficient of determination shows that each independent variable contributes to the employee performance variable. The results of the equation carried out with simple regression show positive results and with multiple equations it is found that the greater the contribution of individual factors to employee performance than work discipline. The work ethic ability in explaining employee performance is 30%, while the remaining variables are explained for other reasons not discussed in this study.     Kinerja menjadi suatu komponen dalam mendukung keberhasilan organisasi dalam mencapai tujuannnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh integritas dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Camat Siantar Utara Kota Pematang Siantar yang berjumlah 40 orang pegawai. Hasil uji instrument validitas menunjukkan kriteria valid, sedangkan uji reliabilitas menunjukkan kriteria handal. Uji regresi berganda menghasilkan menghasilkan koefisien arah memiliki nilai yang positif dari variabel integritas dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan nilai integritas memiliki nilai yang paling dominan. Kemudian hasil hipotesa dari uji simultan diperoleh hasil bahwa bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari integritas dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai secara positif dan signifikan, kemudian untuk uji parsial ditemukan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan integritas terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dengan menerapkan konsep integritas yang baik serta menjalankan budaya dari organisasi dengan baik maka akan menghasilkan kinerja yang baik
