The purpose of this study is to see the impact of work ethic on the performance of employees of PT. Karya Bhakti Manunggal with a total of 55 employees. The results of the analysis carried out by validity and reliability tests found that the data research instrument was valid with a correlation result> 0.30 and reliable (reliable)> 0.70, the normality test showed that the 2-tailed (2-tailed) test value of the two variables was > 0, 05, which means that the research variables are normally distributed. The work ethic ability in explaining employee performance is 30%, while the remaining variables are explained for other reasons not discussed in this study. The simple regression equation shows the positive influence of work ethic variables on employee performance Y = 22.354 + 0.568X, then the partial hypothesis test (t test) shows that work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance
