Abstract

The concept of what is carried out in the study aims to see the achievement of performance through motivation carried out to employees of PT Candi Kekal Jaya. The results of the analysis found that all research indicators from the variables were declared valid and reliable. The results found for the ability of the independent variables in explaining the variance of the dependent variable were 46% while the rest was influenced by other factors, the data were normal and the results of the regression test equation showed positive results with the result Y = 19,968 + 0.841.
