Sensitivity (Se) and Specificity (Sp) Anthropometric Wall Chart (Awc) Tb/U for Detecting Stunting on Children Aged 6-12 Years
Anthropometric Wall Chart (AWC) TB/U is a tool developed to screen nutritional status that is easy and fast to use for children aged 6-12 years in the population. The accuracy of the tool in measuring stunting can be seen from its validity. This study aims to get the validity of AWC in 3 (three) cities representing the West (Medan), Central (Bandung) and East (Kupang), Indonesia so that the results could be used for stunting screening of elementary school children wider coverage. The study was conducted in a cross-sectional manner with a sample of 270 elementary students from grade 1 to grade 6 in 3 cities (Medan, Kupang, and Bandung) whose nutritional status was measured by using AWC TB / U and TB / U index using microtoise. The results of the study of the use of AWC in Medan showed that there were 20 (22.2%) stunting children, with Se value of 68.8% and Sp value of 87.8%, PPV 55%, and NPV 92.9%. In Kupang, there were 21 (23.3%) children who were stunting with a value of Se 60.0% and Sp 98.2%, and in Bandung, there were 12 (13.3%) stunted children with Se value of 72.7% and Sp 94.9%. Combined in 3 (three) cities get Se value 66.0% and Sp 93.3%, PPV 73.6% and NPV 90.3%. AWC TB / U can be used as a stunting screening tool for diagnosis with the aim of a high Sp value. For students who are detected stunted, further treatment is needed to overcome their nutritional problems

Pengaruh Kompetensi, Kepemimpinan Diri, Sistem Penghargaan, Lingkungan Kerja, terhadap Komitmen pada Profesi dan Profesionalisme Guru SMA Negeri di Bali
This research aims to explain the relationships among variables : competence, self leadership, reward systems, work environment; commitment to profession, and professionalizm of teachers of SMAN at Bali. The sample size are 243 teachers who selected by proportional random technique from 12 units of Senior High School Satate at Bali. The tool of analyisis which is used is structural equation model analysis, with supported by AMOS version 19.00 application. The results shows those : (1) the effect of competence to the commitment to profession, is not significant; (2) the self leadership\u27s effect to the commitment to profession; is not significant also; (3) the effect of reward systems to the commitment to profession is positively significant; (4) the work environment\u27s effect to the commitment to profession is positively significant; (5) the self leadership\u27s effect to the professionalizm is not significant; (6) the rewad systems\u27 effect to professionalizm is positively significant; (7) the effect of work environment to professionalizm is positively significant; (8) the effect of commitment to profession to professionalizm is positively significant. In general, the structural equation model which is accomplished, has passed the criterions of goodness of fit, i.e :: c2 = 276.359; probability of c2 = 0.012; Cmin/DF = 1.749; GFI = 0.923; AGFI = 0.902; RMSEA = 0.056; and TLI = 0.921

PT. BPT is the information technology value added distributor company for full range IBM Hardware and Software products. PT. BPT as part of CTI Group which is established in 2003. Today BPT faces some business issue which how BPT has to anticipate competitive situation and condition while IT market in Indonesia keep growing with high growth rate. Objective of this paper is to do analysis based on literature for recent business issue and research to confirm those analysis. After that, writer propose business strategy including proposed business model as growth strategy and in order to win the competition by increasing BPT's competitiveness. Analysis and research are conducted for external environment, industry environment, competitor and internal environment. Internal environment analysis conducted based on business model canvas analysis (Ostrewalder and Pigneur, 2010). Research conducted by interviewed key peoples in internal BPT and CTI Group and also external such as IBM as principal, business partners and end users as stakeholders. Conclusion of those analysis and research are IT demand in Indonesia will remain grow high. It triggers foreign IT Distributors expand in Indonesia. One of them : Avnet become strong competitor for BPT in term of capital, relation with IBM regional & worldwide and also market coverage in Small Medium Business (SMB) / Mid market and Geo market. Proposed business strategy for BPT as part of growth strategy are leverage technical support as one of value proposition in BPT business model, more focus in Mid market and geo market, acquire or create another / own product and go regional. PERAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) DALAM MEDIASI KEPUASAN KERJA, MOTIVASI, KOMITMEN ORGANISASI, TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA UNIVERSITAS UDAYANA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap Kinerja dengan Peran Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada pegawai Kantor Pusat Universitas Udayana, Bali
Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 130 pegawai pada Kantor Pusat Universitas Udayana, Bali dengan status PNS. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus, dan teknik analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan program PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB), Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja, Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB), Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja, Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB), Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, serta ditemukan bahwa Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) mampu secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh variabel Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi, dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap variabel Kinerja.

PENGUKURAN DAN PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI KEPUASAN PELANGGAN PADA BENGKEL JNS BODY REPAIR SPECIALIS
