    Semakin maraknya penyebaran Covid-19 ini tentu saja meresahkan masyarakat banyak. Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan menyikapi Covid-19 dengan menerbitkan dua surat edaran yaitu Surat Edaran Nomor 2 Tahun 2020 Tentang Pencegahan dan Penanganan Covid-19 di lingkungan Kemendikbud dan Surat Edaran Nomor 3 Tahun 2020 Tentang Pencegahan Covid-19 pada Satuan Pendidikan. Kedua surat edaran ini dipertegas lagi dengan dikeluarkannya surat No. 36962/MPK.A/HK/2020 tanggal 17 Maret 2020 untuk memberlakukan pembelajaran secara daring dan bekerja dari rumah dalam rangka pencegahan penyebaran Corona Virus Disease (COVID 19). Kemendikbud bekerjasama dengan berbagai perusahaan di bidang teknologi pendidikan juga mengembangkan aplikasi pembelajaran jarak jauh untuk mendukung pembelajaran secara daring untuk para siswa seperti Rumah Belajar, Google G Suites for Education, Kelas Pintar, Microsoft Office 365, Quipper School, Sekolah Online Ruang Guru, Sekolahmu dan Zenius. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi pembelajaran secara daring sebagai solusi pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19 (studi kasus di SMP Swasta Sultan Agung Pematangsiantar). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran daring di SMP Swasta Sultan Agung Pematangsiantar belum optimal. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Daring, Learning Management System, Covid-1

    Abstract. Ekosistem kemajuan teknologi informasi saat ini telah memasukin babak baru ditandai dengan munculnya perkembangan transportasi berbasis aplikasi. Saat ini, telah terjadi transformasi di bidang transportasi yang tidak disangka dapat menggantikan kebiasaan masyarakat menggunakan transportasi berbasis konvensional. Adapun tujuan utama dari penlitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kepercayaan dalam menunjukkan hubungan citra merek dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen Gojek. Dalam menganalisa data yang diperoleh dari objek penelitian menggunakan model survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel yan digunakan sebagai responden sebanyak 100 orang. Data untuk analisis menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan outler model dan model struktural SEM sebagai representatif inner model. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kepercayaan tidak mampu menjadi mediasi hubungan antara citra merek kepada kepuasan konsumen. Selanjutnya variabel kepercayaan ternyata mampu menjadi mediasi hubungan antara harga kepada kepuasan konsumen 

    Determinant Factor Affecting Impulsive Buying Behavior of Fashion Products in E-Commerce

    Purpose – This research aimed to analyze determinant factors influencing impulsive buying behavior of fashion products in E-Commerce. Methodology – Research instruments and quantitative data analysis were adopted for predetermined testing. The data was gathered using documentation instruments and the distribution of online questionnaires. The foundation for selecting the sample was oriented towards a non-probability sampling method using a purposive sampling formula. This research comprised a sample of 200 consumers who made buying of fashion products through E-Commerce. Findings – The results showed that celebrity endorser, fashion involvement, and shopping lifestyle positively and significantly affected impulsive buying. Meanwhile, sales promotion had a positive and insignificant effect on impulsive buying. Originality – The interaction between shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement formed very high impulsive buying patterns on E-Commerce. These two concepts were interrelated and strengthened each other. Consumers with a shopping lifestyle driven by high fashion involvement might be prone to impulsive buying, specifically when there was a stimulus related to fashion preferences and trends

    The purpose of this research is to study, analyze and study the competencies and performance of the board, and improve competency towards the board's performance. Research on 109 administrators of the Credit Union (CU) in the Highlands Region under the PUSKOPDIT Bekatigade. Data were analyzed with qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study were obtained from competence and good performance, and were positive results of competence on the management's performance.   Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan mengkaji secara mendalam tentang kompetensi dan kinerja pengurus, dan besarnya pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pengurus. Penelitian pada 109 pengurus Credit Union (CU) Wilayah Dataran Tinggi di Bawah Naungan Pusat Koperasi Kredit (PUSKOPDIT) Bekatigade Sumatera Utara. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptip kualitatif dan kuantitatif.     Reflections on Teacher Job Satisfaction: The Role of Principal Supervision, Organizational Culture, Motivation, and Compensation

    The success and failure of an organization is influenced by competent Human Resources (HRM) who are oriented towards efficiency, quality, and productivity. This research aims to determine the role of principal supervision, organizational culture, motivation, and compensation as predictors of job satisfaction. The research design used a quantitative approach to causality. To obtain research data using documentation instruments and distributing questionnaires online. The sample used in the study was 215 respondents. The basis for determining the sample is oriented towards a non-probability sampling approach using a purposive sampling formula. To examine the relationship between principal supervision, organizational culture, motivation, and compensation on job satisfaction, then the structural equation modeling (SEM) approach is used using partial least squares. Findings. In accordance with the results of the study, it was found that the supervision of the principal has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, organizational culture has a significant influence on job satisfaction. Furthermore, motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction.     Factors Affecting Teacher Organizational Commitment: A Study on Private High School Teachers in Pematangsiantar City

    Abstract: Objective: The major goal of this research is to look into and analyze the elements that impact private high school teachers’ organizational commitment in Pematangsiantar City. Methods: A quantitative approach-oriented research strategy is used in this study. For the collection of research data through the use of documentation equipment and the distribution of online questionnaires. The study employed a sample of 110 people to conduct the research. The purposive sampling formula is used to determine the sample, which is directed to the non-probability sampling strategy. Findings: Principal leadership, organizational environment, and interpersonal communication all have a favorable and substantial impact on teacher organizational commitment, according to this study. Conclusion: The outcomes of this study show that putting principle relational leadership into practice and changing strategy into practice can boost teachers’ job commitment at the school level.Keywords: principal leadership, organizational climate, interpersonal communication, teacher organizational commitment.Abstrak: Tujuan: Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi komitmen organisasional guru SMA Swasta di Kota Pematangsiantar. Metode: Riset ini menggunakan rancang penelitian yang berorientasi pada pendekatan kuantitatif. Untuk perolehan data penelitian menggunakan instrumen dokumentasi dan pendistribusian kuesioner secara online. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 110 responden. Dasar penentuan sampel berorientasi pada pendekatan non-probability sampling dengan memakai rumus purposive sampling. Temuan: Hasil dari riset ini menjelaskan bahwa principal leadership, organizational climate, dan interpersonal communication berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional guru.     Managing Innovative Work Behavior: The Role of Member-Leader Exchange, Organizational Climate and Psychological Empowerment

    In today’s digital era, the existence of innovative work behavior is crucial for an organization. Understanding employee behavior is critical for organizational executives who want to forecast and generate productive staff performance. Leaders must comprehend and know each individual in their organization as part of this proactive practice. The main objective of this study is to determine the contribution of leader-member exchange, organizational climate and psychological empowerment in encouraging innovative work behavior. The sample in this study amounted to 120 respondents who were determined using purposive sampling approach. Data collection used a questionnaire instrument which was then distributed online. Data analysis was conducted using the SPSS application by displaying data processing results through research instrument tests with validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that the leader-member exchange contributed positively and significantly to innovative work behavior. The results of subsequent studies confirmed that organizational climate contributed positively but not significantly to innovative work behavior. The results of the latest research explained that psychological empowerment contributes positively and significantly to innovative work behavior.     This research aims to test and analyze the influence of product quality, price and promotion on Honda motorbike purchasing decisions and consumer loyalty. The research method used is quantitative research with the sample used being 146 consumers. Regarding the quality of existing products, PT Supra Jaya Abadi still has problems regarding complaints about motorbike spare parts offered by the company. The prices offered are competitive with other similar dealers and also offer various promotions for consumers for cash or credit purchases and also discounts for Honda motorbike services. Dominant promotions are only given to buyers who buy motorbikes on credit, such as price cuts, reduced credit down payments, reduced installment payments, while cash purchases get promotions from free service, fewer jackets and helmets. Conclusion, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, customer satisfaction positively and significantly mediates the effect of product quality on customer loyalty, satisfaction results are positive and significant customers mediate the effect of price on customer loyalty.  Keywords: Price, Product Quality, Purchasing Decisions, Promotio

    Factors Affecting Generation-Y Employee Engagement During a Pandemic: A Study from the Private Sector in Indonesia

    It is important to assess the relationship between employees and the company they work for in order to build trust between both parties. This can lead to an increase in employee productivity. This study aimed to determine the effect of organizational trust, personal resources and work-life balance on employee engagement. The sample used in this study were workers belonging to Generation-Y with 190 respondents using a purposive sampling. Data collection was done through an online questionnaire. The SPSS application was used to analyze the data through research instrument testing with validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. It is concluded that organizational trust, personal resources, and work-life balance have a significant effect on employee engagement.
