Cuidado de enfermería en el intraoperatorio aplicado al paciente con fractura de fémur en el Hospital Regional Manuel Núñez Butrón, Puno - 2018

La monografía se realizó en la ciudad de Puno, en el Hospital Regional Manuel Núñez Butrón, con el objetivo de aplicar el cuidado de enfermería al paciente con Fractura de Fémur, a través del proceso de atención de enfermería en el intraoperatorio. La investigación se basa en la presentación de un caso clínico: Paciente senil de 89 años de edad que ingresa por el servicio de emergencia el día 20/06/16 a horas 16:32 refiriendo que fue jalada por la oveja, presentando dolor en miembro inferior derecho, el paciente presenta su placa de Rayos x de fémur derecho, el medico evaluó, diagnosticando una fractura de fémur derecho e indico tratamiento quirúrgico.Tesi

The research is focused on the delivery of Diknas book for East Java region with a total time as the main constrain in determining the route which resulted in the minimum delivery cost of Diknas book by taking into account the capacity of the fleet used. The method used in determining the route with the optimal shipping cost is by the Greedy Algorithm method. Research shows that in zone 1 there are 4 shipping routes with range of shipping cost between Rp100,00/kg-Rp200,00/kg by using joint route, zone 2 there are 3 delivery routes with range of shipping cost between Rp190,00/kg-Rp205,00/kg, zone 3 there are 3 shipping routes with a range of shipping costs between Rp130,00/kg-Rp525,00/kg, zone 2 and zone 3 using separate route method and joint route

Concepción de sujeto de los profesionales en algunos consultorios de atención psicologica pertenecientes a la red de instituciones de servicios Universitarios de atenciòn psicologica (ISUAP) del Nodo Bogotá

La presente investigación está dirigida al análisis de las concepciones de sujeto que tienen los profesionales de algunos consultorios psicológicos de la red ISUAP nodo Bogotá, partiendo de la importancia que tiene el sujeto en las ciencias sociales. Para lo anterior se enmarca ésta investigación en el debate actual de estructura y agente, teniendo en cuenta que en este caso la estructura hace referencia a la institucionalidad la cual busca dar forma, normalizar y ordenar. Y por otro lado se toma la agencia entendiéndola como una forma de referenciar al sujeto. Con el fin de dar cumplimiento a lo referenciado anteriormente se aplica el método cualitativo y como metodología, métodos etnográficos, utilizando como técnicas la observación participante y la entrevista semi-estructurada, ya que dichas técnicas permiten dar cumplimiento al objetivo propuesto en la investigació

Fisiopatología y riesgo materno-fetal asociados a la preeclampsia

Mediante la realización de este trabajo se busca identificar los factores de riesgo epidemiológicos que producen preeclampsia en las mujeres embarazadas, a través de una revisión bibliográfica de casos publicados que proporcionan información importante para el desarrollo de la investigación. La preeclampsia se caracteriza por la aparición de hipertensión y disfunción del órgano terminal incluyendo proteinuria después de 20 semanas de gestación. Esta patología generalmente se presenta durante el embarazo, sin embargo, a veces puede manifestarse en el período posparto en una mujer previamente normotensa. Los factores identificados con mayor frecuencia son mujeres con antecedentes de preeclampsia, preexistentes, diabetes, embarazo múltiple (gemelo), nuliparidad, antecedentes familiares, presión arterial elevada (diastólica ≥ 80mm Hg) al momento de la reserva, aumento del índice de masa corporal antes del embarazo o aumento de la edad materna ≥ 40. En algunos casos, el riesgo también aumenta con el tiempo de espera entre embarazo y embarazo con intervalos de 10 años o más desde un embarazo anterior, además de la presencia de enfermedades autoinmune, enfermedades renales e hipertensión crónica

Cell proliferation and cell death are disturbed during prenatal and postnatal brain development after uranium exposure

International audienceThe developing brain is more susceptible to neurotoxic compounds than adult brain. It is also well known that disturbances during brain development cause neurological disorders in adulthood. The brain is known to be a target organ of uranium (U) exposure and previous studies have noted that internal U contamination of adult rats induces behavioral disorders as well as affects neurochemistry and neurophysiological properties. In this study, we investigated whether depleted uranium (DU) exposure affects neurogenesis during prenatal and postnatal brain development. We examined the structural morphology of the brain, cell death and finally cell proliferation in animals exposed to DU during gestation and lactation compared to control animals. Our results showed that DU decreases cell death in the cortical neuroepithelium of gestational day (GD) 13 embryos exposed at 40. mg/L and 120. mg/L and of GD18 fetuses exposed at 120. mg/L without modification of the number of apoptotic cells. Cell proliferation analysis showed an increase of BrdU labeling in the dentate neuroepithelium of fetuses from GD18 at 120. mg/L. Postnatally, cell death is increased in the dentate gyrus of postnatal day (PND) 0 and PND5 exposed pups at 120. mg/L and is associated with an increase of apoptotic cell number only at PND5. Finally, a decrease in dividing cells is observed in the dentate gyrus of PND21 rats developmentally exposed to 120. mg/L DU, but not at PND0 and PND5. These results show that DU exposure during brain development causes opposite effects on cell proliferation and cell death processes between prenatal and postnatal development mainly at the highest dose. Although these modifications do not have a major impact in brain morphology, they could affect the next steps of neurogenesis and thus might disrupt the fine organization of the neuronal network

UBAP1 is a component of an endosome-specific ESCRT-I complex that is essential for MVB sorting

SummaryEndosomal sorting complexes required for transport (ESCRTs) regulate several events involving membrane invagination, including multivesicular body (MVB) biogenesis, viral budding, and cytokinesis [1]. In each case, upstream ESCRTs combine with additional factors, such as Bro1 proteins [2–4], to recruit ESCRT-III and the ATPase VPS4 in order to drive membrane scission [5]. A clue to understanding how such diverse cellular processes might be controlled independently of each other has been the identification of ESCRT isoforms. Mammalian ESCRT-I comprises TSG101, VPS28, VPS37A–D [6–8], and MVB12A/B [9]. These could generate several ESCRT-I complexes, each targeted to a different compartment and able to recruit distinct ESCRT-III proteins. Here we identify a novel ESCRT-I component, ubiquitin-associated protein 1 (UBAP1), which contains a region conserved in MVB12 [10]. UBAP1 binds the endosomal Bro1 protein His domain protein tyrosine phosphatase (HDPTP) [4], but not Alix, a Bro1 protein involved in cytokinesis [11, 12]. UBAP1 is required for sorting EGFR to the MVB and for endosomal ubiquitin homeostasis, but not for cytokinesis. UBAP1 is part of a complex that contains a fraction of total cellular TSG101 and that also contains VPS37A but not VPS37C. Hence, the presence of UBAP1, in combination with VPS37A, defines an endosome-specific ESCRT-I complex
