A subtraction scheme for computing QCD jet cross sections at NNLO: integrating the subtraction terms I
In previous articles we outlined a subtraction scheme for regularizing
doubly-real emission and real-virtual emission in next-to-next-to-leading order
(NNLO) calculations of jet cross sections in electron-positron annihilation. In
order to find the NNLO correction these subtraction terms have to be integrated
over the factorized unresolved phase space and combined with the two-loop
corrections. In this paper we perform the integration of all one-parton
unresolved subtraction terms
A subtraction scheme for computing QCD jet cross sections at NNLO: regularization of real-virtual emission
We present a subtraction scheme for computing jet cross sections in
electron-positron annihilation at next-to-next-to-leading order accuracy in
perturbative QCD. In this second part we deal with the regularization of the
real-virtual contribution to the NNLO correction.Comment: 32 pages, LaTeX file, uses pstrick
Associated production of a Higgs boson decaying into bottom quarks at the LHC in full NNLO QCD
We consider the production of a Standard Model Higgs boson decaying to bottom
quarks in association with a vector boson W/Z in hadron collisions. We present
a fully exclusive calculation of QCD radiative corrections both for the
production cross section and for the Higgs boson decay rate up to
next-to-next-to-leading order (NNLO) accuracy. Our calculation also includes
the leptonic decay of the vector boson with finite-width effects and spin
correlations. We consider typical kinematical cuts applied in the experimental
analyses at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) and we find that the full NNLO QCD
corrections significantly decrease the accepted cross section and have a
substantial impact on the shape of distributions. We point out that these
additional effects are essential to obtain precise theoretical predictions to
be compared with the LHC data.Comment: Additional quantitative information included in the figures, minor
changes in the text, version published on PL
Energy-energy correlation in electron-positron annihilation at NNLL+NNLO accuracy
We present the computation of energy-energy correlation in
collisions in the back-to-back region at next-to-next-to-leading logarithmic
accuracy matched with the next-to-next-to-leading order perturbative
prediction. We study the effect of the fixed higher order corrections in a
comparison of our results to LEP and SLC data. The next-to-next-to-leading
order correction has a sizable impact on the extracted value of
, hence its inclusion is mandatory for a precise
measurement of the strong coupling using energy-energy correlation.Comment: 24 pages, 7 figures and 1 table, published versio
Three-jet production in electron-positron collisions using the CoLoRFulNNLO method
We introduce a subtraction method for jet cross sections at
next-to-next-to-leading order (NNLO) accuracy in the strong coupling and use it
to compute event shapes in three-jet production in electron-positron
collisions. We validate our method on two event shapes, thrust and C-parameter,
which are already known in the literature at NNLO accuracy and compute for the
first time oblateness and the energy-energy correlation at the same accuracy.Comment: 5 pages, 6 figure
Subtraction method of computing QCD jet cross sections at NNLO accuracy
We present a general subtraction method for computing radiative corrections
to QCD jet cross sections at next-to-next-to-leading order accuracy. The steps
needed to set up this subtraction scheme are the same as those used in
next-to-leading order computations. However, all steps need non-trivial
modifications, which we implement such that that those can be defined at any
order in perturbation theory. We give a status report of the implementation of
the method to computing jet cross sections in electron-positron annihilation at
the next-to-next-to-leading order accuracy.Comment: 6 pages, talk given at the conference "Loops and Legs in Quantum

Betekintés a Kúria joggyakorlat-elemző munkacsoportjának munkájába
Aim: The author undertakes to present the work of the case law analysis group as the leader of the jurisprudence analysing group by examining the judicial interpretation of human trafficking of the Supreme Court.Methodology: In the first part of the study, in addition to indicating the subject of the study, the formation and work of the group so far are presented. The circumstances of the formation in the midst of the unexpected COVID pandemic and how the group’s work was affected by the unusual fact that the legal regulations of the area under investigation have changed completely shortly after its formation are detailed.Findings: In the second part of the paper, as a hypothesis of the jurisprudence analysis group, a detailed article is written on the changes in the legal situation and judicial practice of trafficking in human beings, answering the question of systemic difficulties in enforcing with other legal facts deeply rooted in the Hungarian legal system, what solutions did the law enforcer and the legislator seek to solve these problems and what can be expected in the application of the law after the last, complete restructuring of the legal facts of human trafficking.Value: Through the presentation of the work of the Suprem Court’s case law analysis group, research on changes in the legal facts and judicial practice of human trafficking can be read.Cél: A szerző a Kúria emberkereskedelem bírói értelmezését vizsgáló joggyakorlat-elemző csoportjának vezetőjeként a joggyakorlat-elemző csoport munkájának bemutatására vállalkozik.Módszertan: A tanulmány első részében a vizsgálat tárgyának megjelölése mellett a csoport megalakulása és eddigi munkája kerül bemutatásra. Részletezésre kerül a megalakulás körülményei a váratlanul kitört COVID–19-világjárvány közepette, és miképp érintette a csoport munkáját az a nem mindennapos tény, miszerint a megalakulást követően igen röviddel a vizsgálat tárgyát képező jogterület jogi szabályozása teljes egészében megváltozott.Megállapítások: Az írás második részében mintegy a joggyakorlat-elemző csoport hipotéziseként részletesen írás olvasható az emberkereskedelem törvényi tényállásának és bírói gyakorlatának változásairól, választ keresve arra a kérdésre, hogy milyen nehézségek jelentkeztek rendszerszinten az emberkereskedelem beiktatásával a jogalkalmazásban, hogyan ütköztek az e címen büntetni rendelt magatartások más, a magyar jogrendszerben mélyen gyökerező törvényi tényállásokkal, milyen megoldásokat keresett a jogalkalmazó és a jogalkotó e problémák feloldására, és mi várható a jogalkalmazásban az emberkereskedelem törvényi tényállásának legutóbbi, teljes átstruktúrálását követően.Érték: A Kúria joggyakorlat-elemző csoport munkájának bemutatásán keresztül kutatás olvasható az emberkereskedelem törvényi tényállásának és bírói gyakorlatának változásairól
