Perancangan Aktivasi Social Media Instagram Sebagai Social Media Specialist dan Ads Specialist "Butik DIlable Salatiga"

Melihat dari kegunaanya pada masa kini, banyak sekali para pebisnis menggunakan media sosial seperti instagram untuk meningkatkan promosi dan menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas kepada konsumennya seperti yang telah dilakukan oleh Butik Dilable. konten instagram yang telah dibuat oleh Butik Dilable ini cenderung hanya memuat konten yang berisikan mengenai produknya saja dan tidak ada konten interaktif sehingga hanya menghasilkan hubungan satu arah saja. Selain itu pada captionya juga kurang optimal karena tidak adanya CTA serta hastag yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan brand awareness dan interaksi konsumen Butik Dilable. Penulis memilih divisi social media specialist dan ads specialist untuk merancang dan mengelola konten-konten yang menarik, informatif, dan persuasif, serta mengoptimalkan konten promosi dengan boost ads melalui Meta Business Suite. Penulis menggunakan teori content marketing sebagai acuan dalam perancangan konten. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tahapan pra produksi, produksi, pasca produksi, dan uji publik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konten yang dibuat oleh penulis mendapatkan respon positif dari responden dan layak untuk dipublikasikan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi pelaku pemasaran melalui instagram.Seeing from its usefulness today, many business people use social media such as Instagram to increase promotion and reach a wider market to their consumers as has been done by Dilable Boutique. Instagram content that has been created by Dilable Boutique tends to only contain content containing its products and no interactive content so that it only produces a one-way relationship. In addition, the caption is also not optimal because there is no CTA and hastags that have not been optimized. This research aims to increase brand awareness and consumer interaction of Dilable Boutique. The author chose the social media specialist and ads specialist divisions to design and manage interesting, informative, and persuasive content, and optimize promotional content with boost ads through Meta Business Suite. The author uses content marketing theory as a reference in content design. This research was conducted with pre-production, production, post-production, and public testing stages. The results of this study show that the content created by the author received a positive response from the respondents and is suitable for publication. PERANAN SEL CLARA PADA INFEKSI PARU KRONIS

AbstrakPenyakit paru kronik seperti penyakit paru obstruktif kronik (PPOK) dan asma merupakan masalah kesehatan global yang menyebabkan peningkatan komorbiditas dan biaya pengobatan. Hal ini telah membuat para peneliti mencoba mencari berbagai hal yang dapat digunakan untuk dapat mencegah, mendeteksi dan mengintervensi penyakit paru kronik agar didapatkan terapi yang efektif dan spesifik untuk penyakit tersebut. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjabarkan karakteristik sel Clara (sel yang terdapat pada dinding bronchioles paru) dan peranannya pada infeksi paru kronis di tingkat molekuler. Beberapa penelitian membuktikan adanya penurunan fungsi sel Clara akibat remodeling epitel pada infeksi paru kronik. Peranan sel Clara diketahui dapat meregulasi proses inflamasi melalui regulasi prilaku makrofag (anti-inflamasi) dan mengembalikan sel epitel respirasi yang rusak ke arah normal (progenitor stem sel). Dengan adanya fungsi yang luas ini diharapkan sel Clara dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk mengembangkan terapi terbaru dalam pengobatan penyakit infeksi paru kronik.AbstractChronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma are global health problems which increase comorbidities and therapy costs. This has led researchers to find out strategies that can be used to prevent, detect and intervene the chronic lung diseases in order to develop specific and effective therapies for the diseases. This article aimed at describing the characteristic of Clara cells (a type of cell in lung bronchioles wall) and its role in chronic lung infection. Previous research studies provided some evidences of an imparment of Clara cell functions due to epithelial remodeling as seen in chronic lung infection. It is obvious that Clara cells are able to regulate inflammatory process via regulation of macrophage behavior (anti-inflammatory effect) and are able to restore damaged respiratory epithelial cells into the normal ones (stem cells progenitor). Based on these functions, it is expected that Clara cells can be used as a basis for developing the latest therapies in the treatment of chronic lung infection

Benefits of pomegranate (Punica granatum Linn) fruit extracts to weight changes, total protein, and uric acid in white rats (Rattus norvegicus) as an animal model of acute renal failure

Aim: The occurrence of acute renal failure (ARF) cases continues to increase every year. Some of the cases are due to nephrotoxic effect caused by overdose of antibiotic consumption or abuse of the drug, gentamicin. An antibiotic therapy that can be used to overcome in such a case is the pomegranate extracts. However, until now, studies using pomegranate for cases of ARF have not been done. This study aims to determine changes in body weight, the levels of total protein (TP), and the levels of serum uric acid (UA) as a result of the pomegranate extract consumption. Materials and Methods: A total number of 32 rats (Rattus norvegicus) were divided into four groups randomly. One group was assigned as the control group (P0) and given intraperitoneal (i.p.) saline and 0.3% carboxy methyl cellulose sodium (CMC) Na; P1 was provided with 80 mg/kg bw/i.p. gentamicin and 0.3% CMC Na orally, P2 was supplied with 80 mg/kg bw/i.p. gentamicin and ellagic acid in 0.3% CMC Na, and P3 was given 80 mg/kg bw/i.p. gentamicin and 150 mg/kg bw pomegranate extract in 0.3% CMC Na. The provision of treatment was carried out in 8 days and followed by making the overthrow of body weight and blood sampling for the examination of study variables. Results: The results taken by doing the analysis of variance method for the four treatment groups show that the control group (P0) has significant differences from P1, P2, and P3 (p<0.05), but there are no significant differences among the other three treatment groups. Meanwhile, the average values of serum UA levels among P1, P2, and P3 indicate significant differences. Conclusion: In conclusion, the administration of pomegranate extracts in the treatment of nephrotoxicity toward rats is effective to maintain normal body weight, normal TP levels, and the UA blood serum of the rats. As this study is a preventive therapy, it needs further researches about the effective dose as a curative therapy, its level of effectiveness and its long-term side effects
