This comment demonstrates that, contrary to what is claimed in their paper, the game is not state redundant and the open-loop Nash equilibrium is not subgame perfect

Circuit optimization of residual current circuit breaker

V magistrski nalogi, ki sem jo izdelal v razvojnem oddelku stikal podjetja ETI d.d., sem zasnoval in optimiral tokokrog nove generacije zaščitnega stikala na diferenčni tok EFI 003, ki je občutljiv na sinusne in pulzirajoče enosmerne diferenčne tokove. V prvem delu sem opisal pomen in delovanje zaščitnega stikala v nizkonapetostnih električnih inštalacijah. Nato sem izmeril parametre tokokroga obstoječega EFI stikala in jih uporabil za izgradnjo simulacijskega modela v programu Multisim. Zaradi lažje končne montaže v proizvodnji sem želel uporabiti samo en primarni ovoj diferenčnega transformatorja, zato sem zanj najprej izbral ustrezno jedro, nato pa določil parametre prilagodilnega vezja in izbral prožilni rele. Z optimizacijo parametrov novega stikala sem dosegel, da so izklopni tokovi, ki jih predpisujeta standarda za zaščitna stikala na diferenčni tok (EN 61008 in IEC 61008), znotraj predpisanih mej, na koncu pa vse skupaj potrdil z meritvami na realnem zaščitnem stikalu.I made my master\u27s thesis in the development department of switches in ETI d.d. My task was to design and optimize a new circuit of a differential circuit breaker EFI 003 type A. In the first part, I decscribed the importance and principal operation of the differential switch. Then I made measurements of parameters on the existing differential circuit breaker and used the results to build a model in Multisim. To optimize the final assebly procedure, I wanted to use only one primary turn on the differential transformer, so I used an appropriate core and then determined parameters of the circuit and also selected a suitable trigger relay. With appropriate selection of parameters, the breaking currents of the new differential circuit breaker are inside the limits, that are defined by standards (EN 61008 and IEC 61008), which was also verified with measurements on real differential circuit breaker

Quality Differentiation and Spatial Clustering among Restaurants

To explore the relationship between spatial location and quality differentiation, we build a dataset of over 30,000 restaurants rated by TripAdvisor, across large UK cities. Whereas top-rated restaurants tend to locate closer to other top restaurants, bottom-rated restaurants tend to locate away from each other and closer to top ones. Our theoretical model can explain the main features of the observed spatial patterns. We find that an increase in the population density in the city center reduces the spatial dispersion of both top and bottom restaurants but the reduction is larger in magnitude for top restaurants. A larger quality difference between top and bottom restaurants increases both the absolute and relative dispersion of top restaurants
