Dampak Implementasi Model Praktik Keperawatan Profesional Terhadap Mutu Asuhan Keperawatan Di Rumah Sakit

In order to improve the quality of nursing care in the hospital, nursing care delivery system need restructuring, reengineering, and redesigning through the implementation of Professional Nursing Practice Model (PNPM). The study was aimed to evaluate the impact of the PNPM on the quality of nursing care in the hospital. The design used was quasi experiment in pre and post test with control group. The statistic used are Chi-square and t-test. The result showed that in the intervention group, the improvement of client/family satisfaction with nursing care (OR = 114,28) was higher than the improvement in the control group (OR = 3,78). It was founded there was an improvement of the compliance of nurses to the standard was higher in the intervention group (OR = 235,5) compare to control group (OR = 0). The length of stay shorter in the intervention group, and also the nosocomial infection rate is lower in the intervention group compare to control group. The study concluded that the implementation of the PNPM could improve the quality of nursing care in the hospital. Based on this result, in order to challenge the implementation of PNPM in the hospital it was suggested that the implementation of PNPM becomes an evaluation criteria for hospital accreditation specifically for nursing service

Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Nasabah Kartu Kredit Ditinjau Dari Undang-undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah perlindungan hukum nasabah kartu kredit jika kartu kredit itu dipakai oleh orang lain dan bagaimanakah penyelesaian sengketa konsumen yang terjadi antara nasabah kartu kredit dengan pihak bank. Denagn menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normative, maka dapat disimpulkan: 1. Perlindungan hukum terhadap nasabah penggunaan jasa kartu kredit jika dipakai orang lainseperti yang di jelaskan Berdasarkan Pasal 1 angka 7 Tentang Peraturan Bank Indonesia Nomor: 14/2/PBI/2012 tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Bank Indonesia Nomor 11/11/PBI/2009 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Kegiatan Alat Pembayaran Dengan Menggunakan Kartu (“PBI APMK) didalam ditegaskan bahwa pemegang kartu kredit adalah pengguna yang sah dari APMK. Pihak bank tidak menjamin bila kartu tersebut hilang ataupun dicuri. 2. Penyelesaian sengketa konsumen dapat terjadi dalam 2 bentuk yaitu penyelesaian sengketa konsumen di luar pengadilan dan penyelesaian sengketa konsumen melalui pengadilan. Dalam kedua bentuk penyelesaian sengketa tersebut membuat konsumen mendapatkan hak-haknya sebagai nasabah. Serta konsumen dapat mengetahui apa saja tugas dan wewenang dari badan penyelesaian sengketa konsumen (BPSK)

The thesis uses judicial normative and descriptive analytic methods. Copyright is in the hand of the composer although it has been given to another party. Besides that, it is prohibited to change the title and subtitle although it has been given to another party. Legal consideration of the Supreme Court in copyright dispute in the Ruling No. 254K/PDTSUS/2009 states that the transferring or being transferred of copyright has to be done in specific way by its composer and user, and the license has to be signed by the composer although it has been in the hand of another party

The Application of Storytelling: a Solution to Overcome the Students' Speaking Problem

The main objective of this research is to improve the tenth graders' speaking skill throughstorytelling technique at SMK Bhakti. This research is a two-cycle-process of classroom actionresearch. The subject of the research was the students of tenth graders at SMK Bhakti-2. Therewere 20 students (12 males and 8 females). The instruments were the test, observation, interview,and diary notes. The result indicated that there was significant improvement of students' scoresin the Pre-test to Post-test II. The mean of students' Pre-test scores was 48.20, and 63.30 forPost-test I. On the contrary, it was 77.70 in Post-test II. It was supported by interview, diarynotes, and observation showing that there was students' interest in learning through theimplementation of storytelling. It, therefore, is suggested for English teachers to make use of thetechnique to actively encourage and increase the students's positive learning attitude towardsspeaking English
