People in the era of globalization are now more daring to encourage the desires and
aspirations to the government. In this case the Public Relations Division General Secretariat of
the Republic of Indonesia under the auspices of the Parliamentary Bureau of Parliament through
public visit activities, providing public services to the public by assessing the quality of Public
Relations Ministry of the General Secretariat. In addition, the opportunity for Public Affairs
Secretariat General of the House of Representatives to be closer to the community and know
what is needed General House Of Representatif Of The Republic Of Indonesian. The purpose of
this study is to assess the service of Public Affairs Secretariat General of the Republic of
Indonesia in the activities of community visit. The method used in this study is quantitative.
Sampling was done by non probability sampling method with accidental sampling technique,
with 50 respondents.
In the findings of the study, the results show that almost all respondents who follow the
community visit activity assess the service officers to the visit participants are good. The
assessment is based on indicators of service quality. Reliability, assurance of tolerance
(empathy), and being (tangible). Based on the above description, the visitor's assessment on the
Public Relations of the Secretariat General's office in the community visit has been effective.
Based on indicators of indicators used, this is indicated by recapitulation reverse indicator of
service quality is above 60% indicates the condition of visitors to the Public Relations Service
Secretariat General of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia in community
visit activities have been good

"Nikhonyowa, I want to take you, for my friend. My mother in Muthollolla." The Lomwe delight in singing with their special friends and no doubt the originator of this song had chosen Nikhonyowa to sing with him. Mothollola is the name of a village beyond Mlanje mountain in Portuguese territory from where he came over to Nyasaland as so many Lomwe have done, about 200,000 in the last 10 to 20 years. Subband electronic temperatures and electron-lattice energyrelaxation in THz QCLs with different coduction band offsets
The electronic temperatures of the conduction subbands, the local lattice temperature, and the
electron-lattice energy relaxation times E in bound-to-continuum GaAs/AlxGa1−xAs quantum
cascade lasers, operating at 2.9 and 2 THz, are reported. This information has been gathered from
the analysis of microprobe photoluminescence spectra collected during device continuous wave
operation. We find that the electronic distributions in both the active region and the injector are
thermalized and that all subbands share the same electronic temperature. The efficiency of electron
cooling increases with the conduction band offset
