Family Health Care Mandailing Community (Study of Nuritional Status Among Pregnant Mother)
In Indonesia, the Central Bureau of Statistics of North Sumatra Province (2011), estimates that in 2010 the infant mortality rate of 24.5 per 1,000 live births. This figure decreased when compared to the previous year at 26.90 per 1,000 live births. There are several factors influencing the reduction in infant mortality, among others, the availability of various facilities or accessibility factors and health services from skilled medical personnel and the willingness of people to change the traditional life to the norm of modern life in the field of health .this study aims to explore how families with Mandailing culture care for pregnant mother in in term of nutritional support. Informants in this study are mandailing Natal community. This study found that If there are health workers or health care in they place, pregnant mother will come to check their condition and their nutritional status at health workers during childbirth although later they are more happy assisted by traditional birth attendants or village shaman, it can reduce the complications or problems that the pregnant women who will ultimately reduce maternal mortality and infant mortality rate. Mandailing Natal society is a society that is not closed to new information, the community here is relatively easy in receiving information or a new thing, it's just that sometimes less precise methods of delivery that makes people not obey the things delivered. To improve community health status Mandailing Natal especially pregnant mother and childbirth it is advisable: That the government is aggressively disseminating health programs so that the public is more familiar with the health programs in a way reproduce health workers, especially midwives who will assist communities in improving the health of pregnant mothers especially in term of their nutrition and health services in Mandailing Natal to be more proactive in providing community especially related information to the health of pregnant mothers
Pengaruh Peer education Breast Self Examination Terhadap Perilaku Remaja Dalam Deteksi Dini Kanker Payudara
Adolescents have less attitude towards breast cancer, making prevention and treatment very difficult. The more conscious about one's health the more understanding the importance of disease prevention, especially the risk of breast cancer. The main cause of breast cancer has not been ascertained, only one of them is hormonal, hereditary factors and congenital mutations in genes such as BRCA1 and BRCA2, which are predisposing factors to breast cancer. This literature review aims to analyze the effect of Peer Education breast self-examination on adolescent behavior in breast cancer detection. The search began by finding hundreds of references in the Google Scholar and Science Direct databases, published between 2018-2023 with the database Breast Self Examination, Impact of Peer Education on Nursing Delivery. Of the 150 articles, 10 articles met the inclusion criteria, namely: published between 2018-2023; Internationally recognized journals (DOI, ISBN, ISSN) the exclusion criteria set out in this method are: journals published outside 2018-2023; journals without international recognition (DOI, ISBN, ISSN). Analisis Perbedaan Tingkat Kepuasaan Pasien terhadap Pelayanan Perawat di Rawat Inap VIP dan Bangsal
This study aims to look at the analysis of the level of patient satisfaction with nurse services at VIP (Very Important Person) inpatient care and Wards at Padangsidimpuan City General Hospital. This research method is analytic with a cross-sectional approach. This research began to be carried out in September 2022 - March 2023 in the VIP Inpatient Ward at Padangsidimpuan City General Hospital. The study sample of VIP inpatients was 96 people and Ward was 96 people with sideways purposive technique. Univariate and bivariate data analysis with Chi-square test. The results showed that in the VIP room, the most dissatisfied were 50 people (52.1%) and the wards were the most dissatisfied with 76 people (79.2%). The results of the chi-square test obtained a p-value ≤ 0.05, so there was a significant relationship between VIP and Ward patient satisfaction with the dimensions of Patient Satisfaction at Padangsidimpuan City General Hospital. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between VIP and Ward patient satisfaction with the dimensions of Patient Satisfaction at Padangsidimpuan City General Hospital.

Kepemimpinan Klinis terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Keperawatan
This study aims to analyze the effect of clinical leadership (quality of self, collaboration, managing services, improving service quality and setting goals) on the quality of nursing services at the University Hospital of North Sumatra. The method used is a cross-sectional survey of 94 respondents. The results showed that the p-value for the self-quality variable was 0.000, clinical leadership was 0.001 and the variable improved service quality was 0.004 for the quality of nursing services. In conclusion, there is an effect of self-quality, clinical leadership, managing services, improving service quality and setting goals on the quality of nursing services at the University Hospital of North Sumatra. Self-quality is the most influential variable in the quality of nursing services at the University Hospital of North Sumatra.

PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN THINK TALK WRITE TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MENULIS TEKS EDITORIAL
This research was conducted to find out how the influence of the think talk write learning model on students' ability to write editorial texts properly and correctly. This research was located at the PAB 1 Helvetia Vocational School, Jl. Veterans Psr. IV Pulo Brayan Medan. The method in this research uses the one-group pretest-posttest experimental model and random sampling technique with a total population of 126 students. The data collection tool used was a written test in the form of an essay. The ability to write editorial texts using the think talk write learning model obtained perfect scores for 6 students with a percentage of 17.6%. The excellent category is 23 students, with a percentage of 67.6%. Enough category as many as 5 students with a percentage of 14.7%. However, for the fewer and significantly fewer categories, none were found. This means that the ability to write editorial texts is at a good level due to the influence of the think-talk write learning model. Thus the hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is an influence of the think talk write learning model on the ability to write editorial texts in XII students of SMK PAB 1 Helvetia in the 2022-2023 academic year
Effect of Lavender Inhalation Aromatherapy on Sleep Quality in Cancer Patients at Murni Teguh Memorial Hospital
Sleep is a physiological human need. Sleep disorders can affect a person's quality of life. One of the complementary therapies is aromatherapy, which can improve one's sleep quality non-pharmacologically. This study aims to identify the effect of lavender inhalation aromatherapy intervention on sleep quality in cancer patients. The research method used is quantitative or quantitative design with a quasi-experimental design non-equivalent approach. The sampling technique is a non-probability sampling technique, namely the convenience sampling method. Respondents to this study were hospitalized cancer patients totaling 100 respondents consisting of 50 respondents for the intervention group and 50 respondents for the control group. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The sleep quality measurement instrument used is the Sleep Quality Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the dependent t-test and independent t-test. The results of the study found an effect of lavender inhalation aromatherapy on improving sleep quality in cancer patients with a p-value (p=0.000). Conclusion Lavender inhalation aromatherapy can improve sleep quality in cancer patients and is recommended as a nursing intervention and alternative therapy to improve sleep quality in cancer patients. Pengalaman Perawat dalam Memberikan Asuhan Keperawatan pada Pasien Readmission
This study aims to explore the experiences of nurses in providing nursing care to patients undergoing readmission at the Prof. Mental Hospital. Dr. Muhammad Ildrem Medan. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive phenomenological approach. The research results showed that there were 5 themes, namely: 1) Care is given to readmission patients, 2) Nurses' feelings about caring for readmission patients, 3) Identifying the causes of readmission patients, 4) Prevention strategies for readmission patients, 5) Barriers to caring for readmission patients. Conclusion, To prevent readmissions, nurses are required to be able to provide education about illnesses and how to care for family members with mental disorders, train families as supervisors of taking medication, and strategies for overcoming crises when caring for people with mental disorders at home.

Dukungan Keluarga terhadap Kepatuhan Minum Obat pada Penderita Tuberculosis dengan Multidrug Resistant (TB-MDR)
This study aims to determine the relationship of family support to medication adherence in MDR-TB patients. This research method is descriptive correlation with cross sectional research design. The research sampling technique is total sampling. The results showed that adherence to taking medication in MDR-TB patients was more commonly found in good family support, namely as many as 23 respondents (92.6%), the results of the chi-square test obtained a p-value = 0.000 meaning there was a relationship between family support medication adherence in MDR-TB patients. In conclusion, there is a relationship between family support and medication adherence in MDR TB patients.

Hubungan Modal Psikologis dengan Kinerja Perawat Pelaksana
This research aimed to analyze the psychological relationship with the performance of executive nurses at the Prof. Mental Hospital. Dr. Muhammad Ildrem Medan in 2023. Quantitative type of research with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were all executive nurses who worked in the mental inpatient ward at the Prof. Mental Hospital. Dr. Muhammad Ildrem Medan as many as 90 people. The sampling technique used simple random sampling so that 48 people were obtained. Data collection techniques used the Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ) questionnaire with 24 items to measure psychological capital and the nurse performance questionnaire with 25 items. The data that has been obtained will be analyzed univariate and bivariate using the pearson correlation test. The research results showed that the significance value of the psychological capital variable and the performance variable of the implementing nurse was 0.000 (p<0.05). In conclusion, there is a significant positive relationship between psychological capital and the performance of implementing nurses at the Prof. Mental Hospital. Dr. Muhammad Ildrem Medan, where the more positive psychological capital one has, the higher the performance of implementing nurses.

The Diet Patterns of Diabetes Mellitus Patients in Lhokseumawe, Aceh Province, Indonesia
Diabetes Mellitus/DM is an increase in blood glucose levels or hyperglycemia which causes various complications in some important organs such as eyes, kidneys, nerves, and blood vessels. A proper diet of diabetes mellitus patients is determined based on the amount of food intake, scheduled meal, and daily food composition. This study is a descriptive research, and aim to identify the diets of diabetic patients in Pusong, Lhokseumawe with 108 in population. The number of research samples were 52 respondents using purposive sampling techniques. The sample criteria applied with several conditions, such as had been suffering from type 2 DM for more than 5 years and able to read and write in Indonesian. Data were collected using a validated and reliable questionnaire with a Cronbach alpha test value of 0.841. The results showed that 78.8% of respondents were not able to control the type of daily food consumption, 73.1% were not able to control the amount of daily food, 67.3% were not able to obey the scheduled meal and 72.2% of the respondents were adhere to a daily diet. According to this research result, it is important to identify the factors that contribute to the diet of patients with diabetes mellitus in the future.
