    Pedagogic Competency and Readiness of Primary School Teachers in the Implementation of Curriculum 2013

    Abstract: Pedagogical Competence and Readiness of Primary School Teachers in Implementation of 2013 Curriculum, this study aims to analyze (1) elementary teacher pedagogic competencies in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum; (2) readiness of elementary school teachers in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum; (3) readiness of facilities and infrastructure to support learning; (4) 2013 learning planning curriculum developed by elementary school teachers; (5) implementation of 2013 curriculum learning by elementary teachers; and (6) 2013 curriculum level by elementary school teachers. This type of research is descriptive research. The type of data used in this study is quantitative and qualitative descriptive. The sample of this study was class I and IV teachers who studied 40 teachers. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The instruments used were written tests, questionnaires, observation sheets and documentation.               The results of the study show that (1) pedagogical competencies are based on test results with an average value of 56.25 according to sufficient categories; (2) teacher competence based on teacher questionnaires with an average score of 73.48 in good categories; (3) teacher preparedness based on a questionnaire with an average value of 62.85 included in the sufficient category; (4) readiness of learning facilities and infrastructure according to the observation guidelines with an average value of 79.3 in the good category; (5) learning plan based on learning outcomes with an average score of 73.42 in good categories; and (6) implementation of learning based on observation regulations with an average value of 69.57 in accordance with sufficient categories; 7) The value of the questionnaire based on the teacher with an average score of 63.75 is in the sufficient category. Keywords: Pedagogics, Competence, Readiness, Implementation, Curriculu

    Development of Prezi-Based KOH Link Learning Media in Elementary School Science Lessons

    The background of this research is because the Prezi application-based KOH Link learning media has not yet been developed in science learning. In the learning process, the teacher already uses learning media but is less creative, while at school the facilities and infrastructure are adequate, such as LCD projectors. This study aims to determine the process of developing prezi-based KOH Link learning media products, to determine the level of effectiveness of learning media. This type of research is research and development (research and development) of the Four-D model which consists of defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. Data collection techniques are carried out by carrying out effectiveness. Data analysis techniques are performed by calculating the average value of the results of effectiveness. The results showed that classical completeness was 81.48% with very good criteria and student responses obtained an average of 3.7 with very positive criteria. Thus, it can be concluded that the Prezi-based KOH Link learning media in classifying animals based on the type of food is very effective as one of the media in science subjects

    La Representación y comunicación : la imagen de España en China

    El presente trabajo analiza la percepción actual de España en China, concretamente en el ámbito de cultura y turismo. Para lo que se han utilizado tres métodos que incluyen las opiniones obtenidas de una encuesta realizada al ciudadano general, y los datos analizados por la red social más influyente en China - Sina Weibo, junto con los criterios de expertos en la cultura española y enseñanza del idioma a través de realización de entrevista a profundidad. España cuenta con una vasta experiencia en la construcción de su imagen nacional en el ámbito global. Al mismo tiempo, cada día hay más estudios novedosos en el campo académico enfocados a la Imagen País. En el presente trabajo, analizamos la imagen de España que es reflejada por Internet en China actualmente. Empleamos tres métodos fundamentales para realizar dicha investigación. Con el objetivo de comprender la propagación de la imagen de España en línea en China desde diferentes perspectivas y también conocer sus insuficiencias y planificar sugerencias con técnicas derivadas del estudio. Hay que subrayar que el presente trabajo no pretende hacer una revisión de la realidad de España sino de su imagen y percepción, lo que es muy distinto

    TINGKAT EFISIENSI SALURAN PEMASARAN KOMODITAS BERAS (Studi Kasus: Desa Polenga Kecamatan Watubangga Kabupaten Kolaka)

    The number of rice production produced by Kolaka Regency is included in the five largest in Southeast Sulawesi Province. It is interesting to study whether this fact has a real impact on farmers as the first marketing agency. Polenga Village was chosen as the research location because this village is one of the largest rice-producing villages in Kolaka Regency. Writing this article aims to 1) identify rice marketing patterns in Polenga Village, 2) analyze the amount of marketing margin in Polenga Village, and 3) analyze the functions of marketing institutions carried out by each rice marketing agency in Polenga Village. This type of research is descriptive, qualitative and quantitative. Sources of data in this study, namely primary data obtained from respondents and secondary data obtained from agencies related to the research. The analysis carried out is the analysis of marketing margins and analysis of the functions of marketing institutions. The results showed that there were three main patterns of rice marketing in Polenga Village, namely: (I) from farmers directly to consumers, (II) from farmers to collectors and then to consumers, and (III) from farmers to collectors to retailers and ends up in the consumer. The second finding is that the highest marketing margin value is in Marketing Channel III, which is IDR 1.000 per kilogram. Meanwhile, in the second marketing channel, only IDR 500 per kilogram and the marketing channel I no marketing margin was found. Based on the analysis of the functions of marketing institutions, each institution has performed three main functions of marketing institutions, namely the physical function, the exchange function, and the facility function. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the most efficient marketing channel is Marketing Channel I where no marketing marjin is found and direct sales occur to consumers

    Kegiatan perekonomian masyarakat tergantung sarana prasarana sebagai pendukung dan ketrampilan yang dimiliki. Kegiatan perekonomian masyarakat yang tidak stabil menimbulkan pendapatan masyarakat dibawah garis kemiskinan. Potensi sumberdaya alam dan potensi sosial ekonomi yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Salah satu potensi sumber daya alam yaitu tanaman aren yang diolah menjadi gula aren. Mitra sasaran yang dilibatkan adalah Kelompok Pengolah Gula Aren Desa Lamondape (produktif secara ekonomi) dan Kelompok Karang Taruna Malitutue (non produktif secara ekonomi). Permasalahan kelompok pengolah gula aren yaitu pada bidang produksi, pemasaran dan manajemen usaha. Permasalahan kelompok karang taruna malitutue yaitu pada bidang pendidikan dan ekonomi. Kegiatan pemberdayaan Kosabangsa melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan terkait perancangan model bisnis marketplace melalui pemanfataan teknologi digital, Model Kelembagaan Quadruple Helix, dan model pengembangan usaha melalui diversifikasi produk dan rekayasa cetakan serta kemasan. Hal ini dapat memberikan dampak peningkatan jumlah penjualan gula aren, peningkatan pendapatan pelaku usaha gula aren dan memperluas wilayah penjualan produk gula aren dan sebagai pengembangan Produk Unggulan Desa (PUD) khususnya untuk komoditi aren dan produk olahan gula aren.     Identification of Sare0718 As an Alanine-Activating Adenylation Domain in Marine Actinomycete Salinispora arenicola CNS-205

    BACKGROUND: Amino acid adenylation domains (A domains) are critical enzymes that dictate the identity of the amino acid building blocks to be incorporated during nonribosomal peptide (NRP) biosynthesis. NRPs represent a large group of valuable natural products that are widely applied in medicine, agriculture, and biochemical research. Salinispora arenicola CNS-205 is a representative strain of the first discovered obligate marine actinomycete genus, whose genome harbors a large number of cryptic secondary metabolite gene clusters. METHODOLOGY/PRINCIPAL FINDINGS: In order to investigate cryptic NRP-related metabolites in S. arenicola CNS-205, we cloned and identified the putative gene sare0718 annotated "amino acid adenylation domain". Firstly, the general features and possible functions of sare0718 were predicted by bioinformatics analysis, which suggested that Sare0718 is a soluble protein with an AMP-binding domain contained in the sequence and its cognate substrate is L-Val. Then, a GST-tagged fusion protein was expressed and purified to further explore the exact adenylation activity of Sare0718 in vitro. By a newly mentioned nonradioactive malachite green colorimetric assay, we found that L-Ala but not L-Val is the actual activated amino acid substrate and the basic kinetic parameters of Sare0718 for it are K(m) = 0.1164±0.0159 (mM), V(max) = 3.1484±0.1278 (µM/min), k(cat) = 12.5936±0.5112 (min(-1)). CONCLUSIONS/SIGNIFICANCE: By revealing the biochemical role of sare0718 gene, we identified an alanine-activating adenylation domain in marine actinomycete Salinispora arenicola CNS-205, which would provide useful information for next isolation and function elucidation of the whole cryptic nonribosomal peptide synthetase (NRPS)-related gene cluster covering Sare0718. And meanwhile, this work also enriched the biochemical data of A domain substrate specificity in newly discovered marine actinomycete NRPS system, which bioinformatics prediction will largely depend on

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model  discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Jenis metode penelitian kuantitatif (jenis penelitian pre-eksperimen ) yang digunakan ialah metode One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Hasil belajar peserta didik sebelum diberikan perlakuan yaitu dari 20 peserta didik terdapat 9 peserta didik (45%) yang tuntas dan 11 peserta didik (55%) yang tidak tuntas. Skor rata-rata pretest yaitu 66.20 berada pada kategori rendah. Adapun setelah diberikan perlakuan dari 20 peserta didik terdapat 15 peserta didik (75%) yang tuntas dan 5 peserta didik (25%) yang tidak tuntas. Skor rata-rata posttest 77.00 berada pada kategori tinggi. Dan hasil analisis statistik inferensial dengan menggunakan rumus uji t, dapat diketahui bahwa uji t  prest-test dan post-test nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar  0,003 0,05 maka kita dapat simpulkan  bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang nyata hasil belajar IPA  pada data pretes dan posttes.Kata Kunci: Model discovery learning, IPA, hasil belajar

    Abstract: This study aimed to determine the effect of teaching methods Teams Games Tournament (TGT) and learning methods Talking Stick and critical thinking skills to the learning outcomes of natural sciences. This research was conducted at the Primary School. The study design using analysis of variance 2 lanes (ANOVA). The results of this study were (1) the results of elementary school students learn science learning with the learning method TGT higher than the results of elementary school students learn science learning with the learning method Talking Stick. (2) There is an interaction effect between teaching methods and students' critical thinking skills to the results of elementary school students learn science. (3) The results of elementary school students learn science which have high critical thinking skills are learned by the learning method TGT has a higher influence than students learning with the learning method Talking Stick.     Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan model PBM dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dimana pada siklus I nilai rata-rata yang di peroleh peserta didik yaitu 69,44 mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II dengan nilai rata-rata 74,44 dengan persentase ketuntasan peserta didik pada siklus I hanya 73,33% dengan jumlah peserta didik 15 yang tuntas hanya 11 meningkat menjadi 86,67% pada siklus II dengan jumlah peserta didik yang tuntas mencapai 13 dari 15 peserta. Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (PBM

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan membaca setelah menerapan model Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composation dengan bantuan media komik pada peserta didik  kelas IV SD 1 Langgikima. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Langgikima, yang berjumlah 25 peserta didik. Peningkatan hasil kemampuan membaca peserta didik pada siklus I dari 25 peserta didik hanya 18 orang peserta didik yang tuntas dengan persentase keberhasilan sebesar 72% sedangkan pada siklus II dari 25 peserta didik hanya 23 orang peserta didik yang tuntas dengan persentase keberhasilan sebesar 92%.Kata kunci: kemampuan membaca, peserta didi
