    The acknowledgement of Indonesia as a state of Law as mandated by Article 1 paragraph (3) of 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia is the fundamental objective of the Constitution where one of its dimensions is to create and promote fair and prosperous community, in pursuing this, with the spirit of developmentalism, the state allows the participation of corporations in the development with the hope that Indonesia will be able to compete in the globalization era. However, it is apparent that their participation has adverse impact, some of them have even been involved in bribery and corruption. According to criminal law of Indonesia, briber and receiver (gratification) will be held criminally liable. The method applied in this research is juridical normative which analyzes secondary data including secondary law materials in Criminal Code and Law No. 31/1999 in conjunction with Law 20/2001 on Corruption Eradication and United States of America of Anti-bribery Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). Based on the analysis conducted, it was found that Indonesia can only prosecute receiver of bribery (gratification) whilst the bribing corporation is prosecuted in the United States, it is also concluded that it is urgent to expand and amend the criminal law on responsibility for corporate crime as the manifestation of constitution in the Indonesian criminal law in order to counterbalance USA Anti-bribery Foreign Corrupt Practies Act (FCPA

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Metode Diskusi Kelompok Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Tema Indahnya Kebersamaan Subtema Keberagaman Budaya Bangsaku Di Kelas IV. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif jenis penelitian quasi eksperimen  dengan bentuk non equivalent control group design yang terdiri dari kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas v dan sampel yang digunakan adalah 52 orang siswa pada sd negeri 091528 Siligason dan sd negeri 091498 Tanah jawa. Teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampling random dengan dua variabel penelitian yaitu: variabel terikat berupa hasil belajar siswa, serta variabel bebas berupa metode diskusi kelompok. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu teknik tes. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan teknik uji t paired sample t test dengan bantuan program spss versi 21, berdasarkan hasil perhitungan bahwa nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima atau dengan membandingkan t_hitung > t_tabel dengan df = (n-1) yaitu nilai t_hitung = 9,078 > t_tabel = 2,008. Dapat disimpulkan Ada Pengaruh Metode Diskusi Kelompok Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Tema Indahnya Kebersamaan Subtema Keberagaman Budaya Bangsaku Di Kelas IV

    Increasing Interest in Natural Sciences Learning Using effective Media Class 3 Public Elementary School Subdistrict 15 Seningkang Beduai Sanggau. The purpose of this research was to describe Wish increased attention, interest, willingness learning using effective Media on science lessons on grade 3 students of SDN 15 Seningkang. The method used descriptive method of research that while the shape of Institutional Survey. Subjects were Teachers and Students Class 3 Public Primary School 15 Seningkang, amounting to 8 people. Based on the analysis of the data obtained the following results: The study was conducted as many as 3 cycles, the results obtained are a student Interests include attention to the baseline average of 33.33% lower category, I cycle an average of 53.12 % category is quite high, the second cycle an average of 75% higher and cycle III category average of 93.75% is very high category. For interest at baseline averaged 31.25% lower category, the cycle I averaged 45.83 high category, the second cycle averaged 75% higher category and third cycle an average of 91.66% category very high while the willingness to baseline average of 33% lower category, I cycle an average of 43.75% category is quite high, the second cycle an average of 75% higher and cycle III category average of 90.62 % very high category.     Research about content of heavy metals in various fish species have been done inBatang Toru River, Aek Pahu Tombak and Aek Pahu Hutamosu district South Tapanuliin March-April 2013. The purpose of this study was to determine the content of heavymetals that accumulate in the body of fish and the water, and to determine the waterquality of River Batang Toru, Aek Pahu Tombak and Aek Pahu Hutamosu. The methodfor determining the location of sampling for fish sample is "Purposive RandomSampling" in 6 (six) observation stations. Analysis of heavy metal analyzed on fishmeat and water using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometric (AAS). The resultsshowed that the content of heavy metal in fish body didn\u27t exceeded the qualitystandard by SNI/7387/2009. Content of heavy metals accumulated in the water didn\u27texceeded the quality standard based on Regulation No.82 of 2001. Aek Pahu TombakRiver has a very good quality of water but Batang Toru River and Aek Pahu Hutamosuhave a good quality of water

    Effects of Inquiry on Training and Critical Thinking Process Skill Science Physics

    The aims of this research were to analyze the result of student's Science Process Skills by using Inquiry Training Learning Model, to analyze the result of student'sScience Process Skills who had critical thinking ability above average better than critical thinking ability below average and to analyze the interaction between Inquiry training learning model and critical thinking ability of physics student's Science Process Skills. This research was a quasi-experimental with two group pretest posttest design and anova design. The sample was conducted by cluster random sampling of two classes, the first class as experiment class with inquiry training Learning Model, and the second class as a control class with Conventional Learning. The research instrument consisted of science process skills test and critical thinking test. Data in this research was analyzed by using two ways Anova. The results of the research showed that student's Science Process Skills using inquiry training learning model better than conventional learning, student's Science Process Skills who had critical thinking above average better than critical thinking below average, and there was interaction between Inquiry training learning model and critical thinking to improve physics sudent's Science Process Skill

    Penggunaan Model Pbl untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar pada Materi Perubahan Wujud Zat di SMP

    Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materiperubahan wujud zat melaluimodel pembelajaran problem based learning. Penelitian dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus di kelas VII.F SMP Negeri 23 Pontianak yang berjumlah33 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitiann ini adalah berupa tes hasil belajar siswa dan lembar observasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 11% dengan perolehan hasil belajar siswa siklus I sebesar 70% dan siklus II sebesar 81%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran problem based learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Perubahan wujud zat. Penerapan model pembelajaran ini sebaiknya dirancang dengan persiapan media belajar sebaikmungkin demi ketertarikan siswa terhadap materi yang dipelajari. Kata Kunci : Problem Based Learning, Perubahan Wujud Zat Abstact :This classroom action research aims to improve students\u27 learning achievement in phase transition through learning model problem based learning. The study is conducted by two cycles in the class VII.F SMP 23 Pontianak involving 33 students . The instruments used to collect data in this research aretest and observation sheets .The resultshows an increase in student learning achievement by 11 % with the acquisition of student learning outcomes by 70 % the first cycle and the second cycle by 81 % . Based on the result it can be concluded the problem -based learning can improve students\u27 learning in phase transition . To apply this model, should lesson plan with the best possible preparation of learning media for the sake of interest of students to the material being studied

    This research aims to determine the effectiveness of remediation by using the implementation of generative learning model with pictorial riddle media on Seventh Grade Students of SMP Negeri 2 Pontianak on heat concept. This research used experimental method (Pre Experimental Design) One Group Pre-Test Post-Test design. The sample of this research involved 34 students of class VIII B that was selected by Intact Group. Diagnostic test with multiple choice reasoned was used to obtain data. The percentage of decreasing student misconception is 36%. The effectivity of generative learning model through pictorial riddle as a media is 0,63 (size effect).     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kecanduan/intensitas pengaruh bermain game online terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 121308 Pematangsiantar. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif jenis survey. Penelitian ini sering menggunakan teknik wawancara, angket atau observasi langsung terhadap objek yang akan diteliti. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SD 121308 dan sampel yang digunakan adalah kelas VI yang berjumlah 31 orang siswa. Teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampling purposive dengan dua variabel penelitian yaitu: variabel terikat (x) berupa bermain game online , serta variabel bebas (y) berupa Bermain hasil belajar . Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu pemberian angket dan wawancara. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan teknik uji t variable independen dengan bantuan program spss versi 22, Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang peneliti lakukan didapat data bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara bermain game online dengan hasil belajar siswa di SD Negeri 121308 Pematangsiantar. Hal ini didapat dari nilai thitung -11,184 ? ttabel 2,045, sehingga thitung ? ttabel maka Ha diterima dan kesimpulannya yaitu terdapat pengaruh negative signifikan terhadap bermain game online (X) terhadap hasil belajar siswa (Y)
