    Query Response TIME Comparison Nosqldb Mongodb with Sqldb Oracle

    Penyimpanan data saat ini terdapat dua jenis yakni relational database dan non-relational database. Kedua jenis DBMS (Database Managemnet System) tersebut berbeda dalam berbagai aspek seperti per-formansi eksekusi query, scalability, reliability maupun struktur penyimpanan data. Kajian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan performansi DBMS antara Oracle sebagai jenis relational data-base dan MongoDB sebagai jenis non-relational database dalam mengolah data terstruktur. Eksperimen dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbandingan performansi kedua DBMS tersebut untuk operasi insert, select, update dan delete dengan menggunakan query sederhana maupun kompleks pada database Northwind. Untuk mencapai tujuan eksperimen, 18 query yang terdiri dari 2 insert query, 10 select query, 2 update query dan 2 delete query dieksekusi. Query dieksekusi melalui sebuah aplikasi .Net yang dibangun sebagai perantara antara user dengan basis data. Eksperimen dilakukan pada tabel dengan atau tanpa relasi pada Oracle dan embedded atau bukan embedded dokumen pada MongoDB. Response time untuk setiap eksekusi query dibandingkan dengan menggunakan metode statistik. Eksperimen menunjukkan response time query untuk proses select, insert, dan update pada MongoDB lebih cepatdaripada Oracle. MongoDB lebih cepat 64.8 % untuk select query;MongoDB lebihcepat 72.8 % untuk insert query dan MongoDB lebih cepat 33.9 % untuk update query. Pada delete query, Oracle lebih cepat 96.8 % daripada MongoDB untuk table yang berelasi, tetapi MongoDB lebih cepat 83.8 % daripada Oracle untuk table yang tidak memiliki relasi.Untuk query kompleks dengan Map Reduce pada MongoDB lebih lambat 97.6% daripada kompleks query dengan aggregate function pada Oracle

    For the Dayak Desa people of Kampong Nek Gambang, tapang madu (Koompassia excelsa) is believed as their totem rather than just a bee tree. Being a totem, tapang madu underwent three cultural modifications: social, religious, and psychological. In religious function, tapang madu is considered as the main media for Desa’s initiation ritual, as well as having vital position in their myth of origin. In its social function, tapang madu is also a statement of clanship, serving as a family tree which records up to nine late generations of ancestors. Relating to its social function, the tapang produces honey which is invaluable to the Dayak Desa. In its psychological function, tapang madu is protected by a collapsing-taboo. Nevertheless, research shows that even though it is considered sacred, tapang madu totem has been massively demolished by external groups and even the people of Nek Gambang themselves.     Green synthesis of MgO nanoparticles using Moringa oleifera leaf aqueous extract for antibacterial activity

    Nanoparticle fabrication using plant extracts is an important alternative method because it is non-toxic, biocompatible, and environmentally friendly. In this study, green synthesis of MgO nanoparticles using Moringa oleifera leaf water extracts was conducted by mixing the extract and a solution of magnesium chloride. The product was characterized using different techniques, i.e. UV-Visible (UV-Vis) spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The UV-Vis spectrum of MgO nanoparticles shows an absorption at 280 nm. The size of the synthesized MgO nanoparticles ranges from 20-50 nm. The antibacterial activity of MgO nanoparticles was seen from the zone of inhibition against Staphylococcus aureus (6.3 mm) and against Escherichia coli (6 mm). MgO nanoparticles have been successfully fabricated using Moringa oleifera leaf aqueous extracts, providing an alternative method for synthesizing MgO nanoparticles.                     KEY WORDS: Antibacterial activity, Escherchia coli, MgO nanoparticles, Moringa oleifera, Staphylococcus aureus   Bull.     Pengaruh Kecepatan Milling Terhadap Perubahan Struktur Mikro Komposit Mg/Al3Ti

    Material yang ringan dan kuat menjadi syarat utama sebagai komponen-komponen otomotif, persenjataan, bahkan peralatan ruang angkasa. Oleh karena itu penelitian tentang material ringan terus-menerus di lakukan oleh masyarakat. Salah satu material yang menjanjikan adalah Metal Matrix composite (MMC) yang berbasis magnesium (Mg) dan di perkuat oleh partikulat Al3Ti. Pada penelitian kali ini dilakukan mechanical alloying menggunakan mesin HEM E3D untuk mensintesis Al3Ti yang tersebar pada matriks Mg. Kemudian di kompaksi 4 ton selanjutnya disintering 700oC selama 1 jam untuk membentuk komposit Mg/Al3Ti dengan memvariasikan kecepatan milling mulai dari 700rpm, dan 933rpm dan dengan 20% Al3Ti untuk mencapai fisik terbaik dari komposit tersebut. Setelah proses pemaduan selesai, dihasilkan pelet yang kemudian diuji struktur mikronya menggunakan Mikroskop elektron, analisa fasa dengan diffraksi sinar-X dan pengujian massa jenis serta porositas menggunakan prinsip Archimedes Kata Kunci—Mg/Al3Ti ,Komposisi berat, MMC, kecepatan millin

    Idiom Dalam Bahasa Dayak Suaid

    The issues discussed in this study were functions, meanings, and the uses of various types of idioms of Dayak Suaid Language. The aim of this study was to describe functions, meanings, and the uses of idioms of Dayak Suaid Language. The method employed in this study was Qualitative Descriptive Method. Data collecting techniques employed in this study were Observation Technique, Involved Conversation Observation Technique, Uninvolved Conversation Observation Technique, Provoking Technique, and Elicitation Technique. The data analysis was done using several steps. i.e. (1) data transcription, (2) data identification, (3) data classification, (4) data interpretation, and (5) conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the data analysis, 57 idioms were found. The findings can be seen from several point of views, i.e. (1) based on the types, idioms of Dayak Suaid can be broken down into two, namely pure idioms (26 idioms) and semi idioms (31 idioms); The meaning of idiom is the meaning that deviates from the conceptual meaning and the grammatical constituents. The use of idiom is closely related to its functions, i.e. to give a lesson or advice to somebody, to satirize, to compliment, and to reinforce a statement

    INDEKS MASSA TUBUH (IMT) SEBAGAI FAKTOR RISIKO PADA KECURIGAAN HERNIA NUKLEUS PULPOSUS (HNP) LUMBAL

    ABSTRACT Background: Herniated Nucleus Pulposus (HNP) is a condition where nucleus pulposus protruded and pressed into canalis spinalis through teared anulus fibrosus. HNP most often affected L4-L5 or L5-S1 areas. Body mass index (BMI) is one of the risk factors that may causes the HNP. The excess BMI can affect the shape of the disc and cause an increase load on the intervertebral disc. Objectives: Knowing BMI as a risk factor on suspect HNP in the Neurological Outpatient Clinic at Abdul Manap Hospital Jambi City. Methods: This is an analitycal study using cross sectional design with 55 total samples. This study conducted in Neurological Outpatient Clinic at Abdul Manap Hospitals Jambi City from February-March 2017. Results: 53.3% patients suspected HNP have type 1 obesity and 86.7% patients suspected HNP have BMI ≥23 kg/m2. The excess BMI had significant correlation (p=0.049) on suspected HNP and patients with excess BMI have 3,656 times more risk developed suspect HNP. Conclusions: The results show there is a correlation (p=0.049) between excess BMI with suspected HNP in the Neurological Outpatient Clinic at Abdul Manap Hospital Jambi City from February-March 2017. Keywords: Suspect HNP, HNP Lumbal, BMI   ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Hernia Nukleus Pulposus (HNP) adalah keadaan dimana nukleus pulposus keluar menonjol untuk kemudian menekan ke arah kanalis spinalis melalui anulus fibrosus yang robek. HNP lumbal paling sering pada daerah L4-L5 atau L5-S1. Indeks massa tubuh (IMT) adalah salah satu faktor risiko yang dapat menyebabkan HNP. IMT berlebih dapat mempengaruhi bentuk corpus dan menimbulkan peningkatan beban pada diskus intervertebralis. Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui mengetahui IMT sebagai faktor risiko pada kecurigaan HNP lumbal di Poliklinik Penyakit Saraf RSUD Abdul Manap Kota Jambi. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik cross sectional  dengan total 55 sampel. Penelitian dilakukan di Poliklinik Penyakit Saraf RSUD Abdul Manap Kota Jambi pada Februari-Maret 2017 yang diambil secara accidental sampling. Hasil: 53,3% pasien kecurigaan HNP lumbal adalah obese 1 dan 86,7% pasien kecurigaan HNP lumbal memiliki IMT ≥23 kg/m2. IMT berlebih mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna (p = 0,049) terhadap kecurigaan HNP lumbal dan pasien dengan IMT berlebih 3,656 kali lebih berisiko mengalami kecurigaan HNP lumbal. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna (p=0,049) antara IMT berlebih dengan kecurigaan HNP lumbal di Poliklinik Penyakit Saraf RSUD Abdul Manap Kota Jambi pada Februari-Maret 2017. The purpose of this research is to describe form of the illocutionary act which used in Mempawah Malay folklore. This research method is descriptive method while the form is qualitative. Based on the data analysis, it is concluded on Mempawah Malay folklore using the illocutionary act of verdictive, assertive, directive, expressive, and comissive type. The illocutionary act which concluded on Mempawah Malay folklore is totaled by sixty data with details one of verdictive type, twenty two assertive type, twenty four directive type, six expressive type, and seven commissive type.     This study aimed to describe the components of meaning, types of meaning, and semantic roles that contained in the meaning field of verb cut in BMDS. The method that used in this research is descriptive method. Form of research is qualitative research. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that there are 29 verb lexemes cut in BMDS using tools, 4 verb lexemes cut without tools (limbs), and 1 lexeme can use the tools and without tools (limbs). Types of meaning that found 34 lexical meanings, 6 field kolokatif meanings, 34 grammatical meanings, 3 tematikal meanings, and 34 semantic roles

    Studies on the availability of nutrients phosphorus and heavy metals cadmium on Ultisol fromapplication of natural phosphate and goat manure on the growth and production of maize (Zea maysL.) has been implemented in the Experimental Farm, Faculty of Agriculture University of NorthSumatra, Medan since April to by October 2014. this study aims to determine the availability ofnutrients phosphorus and heavy metals cadmium on Ultisol from application of natural phosphateand goat manure on the growth and production of maize. The method uses random sampling studygroup (RAK) factorial consisting of two factors: natural phosphate (0 ppm, 75 ppm, 150 ppm, and225 ppm) and goat manure (0 tons / ha, 10 tons / ha, 20 tons / ha, and 30 tons / ha). The resultsshowed that administration of natural phosphate significantly in improving P-available, plant Puptake, growth, and yield of corn in a linear manner. Goat manure significant effect in increasingthe pH, available P, P uptake of plants, growth, and yield of corn in a linear manner. Interaction ofphosphate and goat manure significantly in improving crop P uptake and the best combination is anatural phosphate 75 ppm and goat manure 30 tons / ha.. Cd content of the soil result to theapplication of rock phosphate 75 ppm - 225 ppm and goat manure 10 tons / ha - 30 tons / ha, are notincluded in the dangerous category
