O objetivo do trabalho é de elaboração de uma “Proposta para a contabilização do patrimônio das pessoas físicas”, onde a pessoa possa encontrar dados que a auxilie na administração de seu patrimônio, onde possa relacionar seus bens e direitos com suas obrigações a pagar. Para atingir o objetivo proposto foram utilizados estudos exploratórios, com procedimentos de pesquisa bibliográfica e uma abordagem qualitativa

Vida e construção do conhecimento na Pedagogia da Alternância. Life and knowledge construction in the Pedagogy of Alternation

A Pedagogia da Alternância tem se destacado nas últimas décadas no Brasil, principalmente no interior do movimento de Educação do Campo. Apesar de sua importância e seu uso em expansão, ainda são escassas as pesquisas que enfocam a temática da construção do conhecimento na dinâmica pedagógica da alternância. É, neste contexto, que o presente trabalho tem, como objetivo, iniciar uma discussão sobre a centralidade da vida na Pedagogia da Alternância e como esta centralidade reflete num modo novo de compreensão do processo de construção do conhecimento. Na operacionalização deste propósito, realizamos um resgate histórico da origem e da expansão da Pedagogia da Alternância, destacando em sua gênese e, principalmente, nas experiências brasileiras de formação por alternância, a dinâmica como com a qual o conhecimento vem sendo proposto nessa prática pedagógica. Nossas análises indicam que a realidade e a vida são elementos desencadeadores na constituição da Pedagogia da Alternância e de sua forma de compreensão do processo de construção do conhecimento. Particularmente na sociedade brasileira, o diálogo das experiências de formação por alternância com os ideais pedagógicos de Paulo Freire e do movimento da Educação do Campo tem gerado inúmeras e diferentes experiências educativas que, como elemento comum, assumem uma perspectiva de que o conhecimento deve ser construído a partir da vida, na relação dialética entre ação e reflexão. The Pedagogy of Alternation has emerged in Brazil in recent decades, mainly within the movement of Field Education. Despite its importance and use in expansion, there is still little research focusing on the thematic of knowledge construction in the dynamics of pedagogical alternation. In this context, the present study aims to initiate a discussion on the centrality of life in the Pedagogy of Alternation and how this centrality reflects a new way of understanding the process of knowledge construction. In order to operationalize this purpose, we conducted a historical review of the origin and expansion of Pedagogy of Alternation, focusing on its genesis and, mainly in the Brazilian experiences of formation by alternation, on the dynamics in which the knowledge in this pedagogical practice is being proposed. Our analyses indicate that reality and life are elements that trigger the formation of alternating pedagogy and the way of understanding the process of knowledge construction. Particularly in the Brazilian society, the dialogue between the training experience by Alternation and pedagogical ideals of Paulo Freire and the movement of Field Education have generated numerous and different educational experiences which, as a common element, assume the perspective that knowledge must be constructed from life, in the dialectical relationship between action and reflection

Market orientation and organizational culture: a case analysis

Este trabajo, que forma parte de una investigación más amplia y ambiciosa, propone abordar el estudio de la relación entre Orientación al Mercado y cultura organizacional, empleando para ello una metodología actual, basada en un planteamiento longitudinal y en un análisis cualitativo del constructo OM. Se parte de la hipótesis de que las Memorias Sociales de las compañías reflejan la cultura de la empresa, así como los principios estratégicos que alumbran la gestión. Por ello, utilizamos como fuente de información para medir las relaciones entre las variables los Informes de Gestión de las empresas y entidades objeto de análisis. En el caso de este trabajo, mostramos la aplicación de la metodología propuesta a un único caso, con una clara vocación didáctica.In this paper, we try to analyze the relationship between market orientation and organizational culture, using a new methodology based in a longitudinal approach and a qualitative research about market orientation construct. This approach enable us to consider that the Account Memory and the Social Memory of the company shows the company´s culture and the strategic principles. Analysis of immediate and delayed effect of market orientation on performance. A longitudinal study

El objetivo del presente trabajo se centra en analizar el efecto, tanto inmediato como diferido, de la orientación al mercado (OM) sobre los resultados organizacionales. Para ello, se ha realizado un estudio longitudinal, en un horizonte temporal de 3 anos, ˜ en el sector financiero espanol. ˜ Respecto a la metodología, hemos desarrollado, de una parte, un método cualitativo con el fin de medir el grado de OM de las entidades consideradas, y ello a través de un análisis de contenido. Una vez obtenido un indicador de dicho análisis, hemos aplicado una metodología cuantitativa de ecuaciones estructurales, para contrastar las hipótesis del modelo propuesto. De los resultados obtenidos, destacamos, en primer lugar, que las entidades bancarias que implantan un enfoque de OM son propensas a mantener dicho enfoque en periodos sucesivos; en segundo término, que no se constatan efectos inmediatos de la OM sobre los resultados; y finalmente que la OM no registra efectos diferidos sobre aquellos indicadores de rentabilidad considerados.The aim of this work focuses on analyzing the effect, both immediate and delayed, of Market Orientation (MO) on organizational outcomes. A longitudinal study has been done over a time horizon of 3 years in the Spanish financial sector. Regarding the methodology, we have developed a qualitative method to measure the degree of OM of the entities considered, through a content analysis. After obtaining an indicator of this analysis, we applied a quantitative methodology of structural equation modeling for testing hypotheses of the proposed model. From the results, we highlight, first, banks that implement a MO approach are likely to maintain that approach in subsequent periods. Secondly, immediate effects of MO on results were not found. And finally, MO does not record deferred effects on the considered indicators of profitability

Participação do acompanhante na humanização do parto e sua relação com a equipe de saúde

A humanização é entendida como responsabilização mútua entre serviços de saúde e a comunidade e consiste em acolhimento e resolutividade. O objetivo deste artigo foi refletir sobre a participação do acompanhante na humanização do parto e nascimento e sobre a sua interface com a equipe de saúde. Reflexão baseada na experiência dos pesquisadores e na literatura atualizada. Organizou-se o texto com abordagem nas temáticas: a participação do acompanhante na humanização do parto e nascimento e o acompanhante no processo de parturição e sua interface com a equipe de saúde. O atendimento humanizado é importante para que o parto seja uma experiência satisfatória e segura para a mulher e seu filho. Entre asmedidas do parto humanizado destaca-se o direito da mulher decidir pelo parto natural e de ser acompanhada durante o processo de parturição. A relação entre o acompanhante e a equipe de saúde é complexa, dada a limitação de sua participação no contexto do parto. Trata-se de processo em construção, envolvendo aspectos físico-ambientais das instituições de saúde, qualificação dos profissionais de saúde e da própria cultura das usuárias, que mantém muito arraigada a atitude submissa diante de seus direitos como cidadãs

Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) Prevents the Downregulation of the Cholinergic Phenotype in Axotomized Motoneurons of the Adult Rat

Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) was initially characterized by its activity on the vascular system. However, there is growing evidence indicating that VEGF also acts as a neuroprotective factor, and that its administration to neurons suffering from trauma or disease is able to rescue them from cell death. We questioned whether VEGF could also maintain damaged neurons in a neurotransmissive mode by evaluating the synthesis of their neurotransmitter, and whether its action would be direct or through its well-known angiogenic activity. Adult rat extraocular motoneurons were chosen as the experimental model. Lesion was performed by monocular enucleation and immediately a gelatine sponge soaked in VEGF was implanted intraorbitally. After 7 days, abducens, trochlear, and oculomotor nuclei were examined by immunohistochemistry against choline acetyltransferase (ChAT), the biosynthetic enzyme of the motoneuronal neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Lesioned motoneurons exhibited a noticeable ChAT downregulation which was prevented by VEGF administration. To explore whether this action was mediated via an increase in blood vessels or in their permeability, we performed immunohistochemistry against laminin, glucose transporter-1 and the plasmatic protein albumin. The quantification of the immunolabeling intensity against these three proteins showed no significant differences between VEGF-treated, axotomized and control animals. Therefore, the present data indicate that VEGF is able to sustain the cholinergic phenotype in damaged motoneurons, which is a first step for adequate neuromuscular neurotransmission, and that this action seems to be mediated directly on neurons since no sign of angiogenic activity was evident. Ratemaking of dependent risks

We start by describing how, in some cases, we can use variance-related premium principles in ratemaking, when the claim numbers and individual claim amounts are independent. We use quasi-likelihood generalized linear models, under the assumption that the variance function is a power function of the mean of the underlying random variable. We extend this approach to the cases where the claim numbers are correlated. Some alternatives to deal with dependent risks are presented, taking explicitly into account overdispersion. We present regression models covering the bivariate Poisson, the generalized bivariate negative binomial and the bivariate Poisson–Laguerre polynomial, which nest the bivariate negative binomial.
