Analysis Of The Influence Of Recruitment, Selection And Training On Employees Performance Of PT. Scentium Flavour In Indonesia

The purposed of this paper was to analyze the effect of recruitment to the employee performance, selection to the employee performance, training to the employee performance and all together to the employee performance. The research was performed by distributing questionnaires, and the research method used a saturated sample which are respondents were used to as a sample. Recruitment (X1), Selection (X2) and Training (X3) variables are simultaneously having a strong connection and positive effect with the employee performance. The results of the partial significance test for the recruitment variable (X1) where the t-test was obtained that the t-value value for recruitment was 5,693 > t-table 1,681 and ,000 <0,05 for the selection variable (X2) where the t-value test was obtained that the t-value selection value 9,115 > t table 1,681 and ,000 < 0,05 while the training variable (X3) where the t value test is obtained that t arithmetic training is 6,382 < t table 1,681 and ,000 < 0,05. The adjusted R2 value shows the coefficient of determination which means the percentage of the contribution of the independent variable Recruitment (X1), Selection (X2) and Training (X3) contributed 66.6% to the employee performance of PT. Scentium Flavours while the 33.4% is influenced by other variables

Pengaruh Kedisiplinan Lingkungan Kerja dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Produktifitas Karyawan Pada CV. Usaha Diesel

Riset ini memiliki tujuan agar bisa mengetahui hasil dari permasalahan yang ada di CV. Usaha Diesel Jakarta, terutama dalam permasalahan terkait  pengaruh kedisiplinan, lingkungan kerja, serta beban kerja terhadap Produktifitas pada CV. Usaha Diesel. Hasil pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 101 responden. Pengujian sumber data yang digunakan ialah dengan metode kuantitatif terdapat 101 populasi, dan data karyawan diambil dengan sampel sebanyak 101 karyawan yang sudah diolah dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, serta juga pengolahan data digunakan dengan program SPSS 26. Dijelaskan koefisien dengan skor 0,409, R square dengan skor 0,168 serta adjusted R square 0,142. Serta ditentukan oleh Kedisiplinan (X1), Lingkungan Kerja (X2), dan Beban Kerja (X3), memiliki pengaruh 14,2% terhadap Produktifitas Kerja (Y). Sedangkan sisanya (100 –14,2% = 85,8%) dipengaruhi faktor lainnya. Kedisiplinan (X1) memiliki nilai thitung sebesar 2,561 lebih besar dari ttable sebesar 1,660 maka hipotesis yang diajukan H1 diterima atau H0 tidak diterima. Lingkungan Kerja (X2) memiliki nilai thitung sebesar 3,401 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 1,660 maka hipotesis yang diajukan H2 diterima atau H0 tidak diterima. Beban Kerja (X3) memiliki nilai thitung sebesar 2,823 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 1,660 maka hipotesis yang diajukan H3 diterima atau H0 tidak diterima, dari uji f didapatkan jumlah f hitung 6,506 dan diketahui nilai ftabel 2,70 maka H0 tidak diterima yang dapat berarti Kedisiplinan (X1), Lingkungan Kerja (X2), dan Beban Kerja (X3) secara bersamaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja. Analisa Persepsi Masyarakat terhadap Penggunaan Aplikasi Pinjaman Online

Berdasarkan maraknya kejadian negatif yang terjadi sehubungan dengan keberadaan aplikasi pinjaman  online dimana masyarakat banyak yang terjerat dengan pinjaman online (pinjol) dan tidak dapat menyelesaikan pengembalian pinjaman dikarenakan tingginya bunga yang dikenakan. Maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat mengenai keberadaan aplikasi pinjol. Penelitian kualitatif bersifat eksploratif dengan melakukan survey dan dikarenakan keterbatasan waktu maka responden yang digunakan hanya 47 orang (melebihi batas maksimal sebanyak 30 responden). Dan dengan menggunakan tabel distibusi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar responden : (1) kurang tertarik dengan adanya pinjol, (2) merasa proses peminjaman sangat mudah,(3)keberadaan pinjol sangat membantu, (4) merasa bunganya terlalu tinggi, (5) merasa data-data pribadi yang diberikan kepada aplikasi tidak aman tersimpan dan (6) jika melakukan pinjaman, maka penggunaan dana pasti akan sesuai dengan tujuan meminjam

Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi, dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Anugerah Citra Properti

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Anugerah Citra Properti. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu metode pendekatan kuantitatif dan bersifat deskriptif, sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 responden, pengumpulan data melalui google form, dan analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan, yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien (R2), uji t, dan uji F. Hasil dari analisis data yang telah dilakukan, didapat hasil regresi linear berganda Y= 4.969 + 0,014X1 + 0,570X2 + 0,288X3, hasil koefisien korelasi (R) disiplin kerja sebesar 0,454, motivasi sebesar 0,622, dan kepemimpinan sebesar 0,504. Pada uji t diperoleh thitung untuk disiplin kerja sebesar 5,049, motvasi sebesar 7,874, dan kepemimpinan sebesar 5,783, dengan ttabel sebesar 1,984. Dengan kata lain Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dari uji F didapatkan hasil Fhitung sebesar 27,580 > 2,70 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan ha diterima, yang berati disiplin kerja, motivasi dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Anugerah Citra Properti.asd

Analysis Effect of BI Rates, Inflation and Exchange Rates on the Composite Stock Price Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2021

The important role of the capital market today affects the economy of a country. Capital market performance can be measured in shares which are based on an index called the Composite Stock Price Index. By using the index, investors can find out the level of economic growth and investment development in a country. This study uses macroeconomic variables, namely interest rates (BI rates), inflation rates, and exchange rate movements. The data used is secondary data with 72 observations. The sampling method used purposive sampling method for the period 2016-2021 at Jakarta Composite Index that processed using Eviews 10. The results for this study conclude that the BI rate, inflation rate, and exchange rate have a negative value and significant effect on the Jakarta Composite Index. BI rates, inflation rate, and the exchange rate IDR/USD have no effect simultaneously with the R2 value is 0.06427 or 6.47%. The otherside is influence by variables that not examined in this research

Analyzing The Data Reading Interest Of Tangerang Citizens In Selecting Between Physical Books And E-Books

Reading activities can be done by anyone; children, teenagers, adults, even elderly people. However, these reading activities have much ignored by various circles, especially Indonesian citizens. In an era when technologies have not developed rapidly as today, people used physical books for reading. In practice, physical books are still the main choice, especially for Tangerang people. The reading interest of Tangerang people increased significantly since 2014 to 2019. However, a solution is required to develop literacy amidst modernity in responding to the development of an all-around technology era. E-book is the manifestation of the provision of profound knowledge through digital access with all its strengths and weaknesses. This study aims to identify which one that Tangerang people are more preferred; reading physical books or e-books.     This study used qualitative-descriptive method. The data sources used were the result of a 10-day online survey and literature study as the secondary data. Research results indicate that based on the categories of the easiness in obtaining reading materials, and price, e-books are more superior because they are easily obtained and affordable.
