Mie-resonances, infrared emission and band gap of InN
Mie resonances due to scattering/absorption of light in InN containing
clusters of metallic In may have been erroneously interpreted as the infrared
band gap absorption in tens of papers. Here we show by direct thermally
detected optical absorption measurements that the true band gap of InN is
markedly wider than currently accepted 0.7 eV. Micro-cathodoluminescence
studies complemented by imaging of metallic In have shown that bright infrared
emission at 0.7-0.8 eV arises from In aggregates, and is likely associated with
surface states at the metal/InN interfaces.Comment: 4 pages, 5 figures, submitted to PR
Resonant light delay in GaN with ballistic and diffusive propagation
We report on a strong delay in light propagation through bulk GaN, detected
by time-of-flight spectroscopy. The delay increases resonantly as the photon
energy approaches the energy of a neutral-donor bound exciton (BX), resulting
in a velocity of light as low as 2100 km/s. In the close vicinity of the BX
resonance, the transmitted light contains both ballistic and diffusive
components. This phenomenon is quantitatively explained in terms of optical
dispersion in a medium where resonant light scattering by the BX resonance
takes place in addition to the polariton propagation.Comment: 4 pages, 4 figure
Schottky mass measurements of heavy neutron-rich nuclides in the element range 70\leZ \le79 at the ESR
Storage-ring mass spectrometry was applied to neutron-rich Au
projectile fragments. Masses of Lu, Hf, Ta,
W, and Re nuclei were measured for the first time. The
uncertainty of previously known masses of W and Os nuclei
was improved. Observed irregularities on the smooth two-neutron separation
energies for Hf and W isotopes are linked to the collectivity phenomena in the

High-resolution measurement of the time-modulated orbital electron capture and of the decay of hydrogen-like Pm ions
The periodic time modulations, found recently in the two-body orbital
electron-capture (EC) decay of both, hydrogen-like Pr and
Pm ions, with periods near to 7s and amplitudes of about 20%,
were re-investigated for the case of Pm by using a 245 MHz
resonator cavity with a much improved sensitivity and time resolution. We
observed that the exponential EC decay is modulated with a period s, in accordance with a modulation period s as obtained
from simultaneous observations with a capacitive pick-up, employed also in the
previous experiments. The modulation amplitudes amount to and
for the 245 MHz resonator and the capacitive pick-up,
respectively. These new results corroborate for both detectors {\it exactly}
our previous findings of modulation periods near to 7s, though with {\it
distinctly smaller} amplitudes. Also the three-body decays have been
analyzed. For a supposed modulation period near to 7s we found an amplitude , compatible with and in agreement with the preliminary
result of our previous experiment. These observations could
point at weak interaction as origin of the observed 7s-modulation of the EC
decay. Furthermore, the data suggest that interference terms occur in the

Основы психофармакогенетического подхода к терапии аффективных расстройств депрессивного спектра
This article is dedicated to rationale of pharmacotherap y in the treatment of depressive disorders. Differentiation of allele gene variances, linked to metabolism of antidepressants, was conducted. Genetic status of patients and individual parameters of antidepressant’s metabolism took into account in every clinical case. Results of this research can allowed to forecast effectivene ss, compliance and tolerance of antidepressants.Исследование нацелено на фармакогенетическое обоснование подбора медикаментозной терапии аффективных расстройств депрессивного спектра. В работе использовалась аллель-специфичная полимеразная цепная реакция для дифференциации аллельных вариантов генов, связанных с метаболизмом антидепрессантов. Обосновано определение генетического статуса пациента для оптимального подбора патогенетической терапии c учетом индивидуальных параметров метаболизма лекарственного средства в каждом клиническом случае, что позволит прогнозировать ее максимальную эффективность, комплаентность и переносимость
Infiltrative-suppurative microsporia at children of 7 and 9 years old. Clinical cases
This article describes clinical manifestations of microsporia in children. The authors noted that in addition to typical clinical manifestations of mycosis can be observed atypical forms of it, the weight of which is increased. Is presented a review of the literature on the infiltrative-suppurative lesions of the scalp, including fungal infections. It is noted that the causes of infiltrative-suppurative microsporia may become irrational local therapy, comorbidities, delays in seeking medical advice. The authors describe infiltrative-suppurative microsporia at children of 7 and 9 years old, one of them timely treatment of mycosis to prevent the formation of scarring alopecia, another patient , as a result of inadequate long-term topical treatment, this complication could not be avoided. It noted the importance of full mycological examination in accordance with federal clinical guidelines RODV.В статье представлены клинические проявления микроспории у детей. Авторами отмечено, что помимо типичной клинической картины микоза могут наблюдаться атипичные ее формы, удельный вес которых увеличивается. Представлен обзор литературы по инфильтративно-нагноительным поражениям волосистой части головы, в том числе при грибковых инфекциях. Отмечено, что причинами инфильтративно-нагноительной микроспории могут стать нерациональная местная терапия, сопутствующие заболевания, позднее обращение к врачу. Авторами описывается инфильтративно-нагноительная микроспория у детей 7 и 9 лет, у одного из них своевременное лечение микоза предотвратило формирование рубцовой алопеции, у другого больного, в результате длительного неадекватного наружного лечения, данного осложнения не удалось избежать. Отмечается важность полноценного микологического обследования в соответствии с федеральными клиническими рекомендациями РОДВК
