    Destruction of molecular compounds in gaseous and liquid medium in microwave discharge plasma

    The paper presents the results of experimental studies of molecular destruction in gaseous and liquid medium using microwave discharge plasma at atmospheric pressure. As the gas medium hydrocarbon gas is used, the liquid medium were aqueous solutions of methylene blue and more complex organic compound in the form of humic substances. As a result of the destruction of hydrocarbon gas molecules in microwave discharge plasma new products such as hydrogen, ethylene, acetylene and carbon nanostructured material have been formed. In experiments on destruction of molecular compounds in aqueous organic solutions we used air, nitrogen and argon for plasma gases. It is shown that the process of molecular destruction in aqueous organic solutions in the microwave discharge plasma is based on oxidation-reduction reactions. It is found that the maximum efficiency of removal of organic compounds from the solution occurs when using air as the plasma gas

    The 4th annual international scientific seminar “Transcendental turn in modern philosophy: transcendental metaphysics, epistemology and philosophy of science, theology and philosophy of consciousness” was held in Moscow from 18 to 20 April 2019. The review of the seminar reflects the structure of the event and presents the main content of the reports of its participants. The priority theme of the seminar was the problem of transcendental metaphysics. Within the framework of this topic, issues related to the understanding of transcendental metaphysics in Kant, Husserl and Hartmann were discussed, the problems of transcendental and phenomenological theory of consciousness were considered. Special attention was paid to actual issues of transcendental epistemology and philosophy of science, as well as transcendental theology and ethics. The seminar was distinguished not only by professional international composition, but also by a variety of methodological approaches: the idea of transcendental metaphysics was considered from the point of view of classical tradition, as well as from the perspective of analytical and phenomenological philosophy. The content of the seminar reports was devoted to the study of the phenomena of transcendentalism and idealism, world and consciousness, transcendental subjectivity and intersubjectivity. In addition, the seminar discussed the problems of transcendental substantiation of phenomenological metaphysics, theoretical science, theology and practical philosophy.     Influence of concentration modifier on the structure and functional properties of aluminum oxyhydroxide modified

    Studying the properties of nanomaterials is an important task, but nanomaterials with desired properties is a promising direction. The aim of this work is to investigate the influence of the value of the concentration of the modifier (ions Mn{2+}) on the structural and functional properties of modified aluminum oxyhydroxide. In this paper, using methods such as the X-ray diffraction studies, differential thermal analysis, electron microscopy, chromatography. The paper found that increasing the concentration of the modifier result in significant changes in the morphology, the appearance of metallic aluminum, which is well seen on X-ray data samples. The influence of thermal effects on a modified aluminum oxyhydroxide argon. Set the phase transition temperatures in the synthesized samples. It is shown that with increasing sodeozhaniya manganese in the composition of the synthesized samples decreases the value of specific surface area. Study of the functional properties showed that the synthesized material has catalytic properties in the oxidation of methane. It is shown that the effective sample is a sample with a manganese content of 2.7 wt. %. By XRD results calcined in air samples modified aluminum oxyhydroxide was shown that only in the sample with a manganese content of 2.7 wt. % MnAl[2]O[4] phase is formed, which is catalytically active phase

    Aspects of formation and development of the control system within the enterprises

    Узагальнено підходи щодо визначення сутності поняття «контролінг», визначено особливості розуміння цієї категорії в окремих країнах світу. Систематизовано і розкрито сутність сучасних методів контролінгу витрат (загальнонаукові та специфічні), які використовуються підприємствами для підвищення ефективності прийняття управлінських рішень у сучасних умовах їх розвитку. Із використанням показників площі сільськогосподарських угідь та величини адміністративних витрат на 1 га сільськогосподарських угідь у сільськогосподарських підприємствах Харківської області у 2020 р. обґрунтована необхідність впровадження служби контролінгу на підприємствах, площа сільськогосподарських угідь яких перевищує 6500 га.The article demonstrates the necessity of considering the problem of developing a controlling system at the enterprise level. Approaches to defining the essence of the concept of "controlling" are systematized, as well as the peculiarities of understanding the definition in some countries, in particular, the existence of various aspects of their understanding and application at the level of global economic entities, and specifically in Ukraine. The existence of a controlling service at the enterprise level, or the inclusion of its specialists in the financial service of the enterprise, are deemed as necessary in order to make informed decisions aimed at achieving the strategic goals of the enterprise. The essence of modern methods of cost control (general and specific), which are used by enterprises to increase the efficiency of management decisions in modern conditions of their development, is systematized and explored. Using statistical data of agricultural enterprises within the Kharkiv region for 2020, in particular, indicators of agricultural land area and administrative costs per 1 ha of agricultural land and, using the equation of the third order parabola, extreme points are determined – that is, their maximum and minimum values. The obtained results served as a basis for the conclusion on the need to introduce a controlling service within enterprises with an area of agricultural land exceeding 6,500 hectares

    Geoinformational Analytic Control System of the Collection of Municipal Solid Waste

    One of the effective approaches to solve the problem of optimal control of the collection of municipal solid waste in cities and towns on the basis of geoinformational analytic system is studied in the present work. Its structure is shown in the form of three interconnected subsystems: geoinformational system, analytic system, subsystem of monitoring of the refuse collection vehicles. The main attention is focused on the analytic subsystem. The mathematical formulation of the problem of effective planning of the traffic routes of the refuse collection vehicles and efficient algorithm to solve it are set here.
