    State-owned oil and gas companies coorporate with manufacturing companies that have been recommended to make Pertashop modular. PT. INKA Multi Solusi is one of the fabricators that produces Pertashop modular. In 2022 PT. INKA Multi Solusi plans to produce 1000 units the demand for Pertashop needsthroughout Indonesia. Pertashop fabrication process at PT. INKA Multi Solusi there are stages of the perlite insulation process on the side between the inner tank and outer tank which is carried out by 6 workers manually, by lifting the results of the cast mixer with a reservoir and then pouring it into the modular. The average time required for perlite insulation is 1 hour 15 minutes, so it is necessary to have an auxiliary machine for the distribution process of perlite insulation concrete to increase production effectiveness. The process of making machines using the Ulrich method starts from identifying consumer needs, determining design concepts, selecting design concepts, carrying out the fabrication process and testing machines. In testing this machine is able to distribute perlit concrete material as far as 2 meters vertically and 2 meters horizontally with an output capacity of 4 kg/minute with a total budget of Rp. 11.849.000,

    Melting of metals generally used the energy source of natural gas which is flowed through a pipeline at high pressure. Production activities in companies that use these gases have high potential hazards because they can cause fires or explosions if not managed properly. This study aims to analyzed natural gas dispersion in the event of gas pipeline leak, determine assembly point and evacuation route map plan for workers in the event of emergency condition. Natural gas dispersion was simulated using Computational Fluid Dynamic Ansys Fluent. Results of simulation showed distribution concentration of natural gas indoors at leakage almost uniform with concentration between 5%-13,17%. At that concentration the mixture of air and natural gas has the potential to explode because it is in the range of natural gas flammability. The maximum natural gas concentration of 13.17% at a height of 12 m above the leak hole. Generated two points Assembly point based on the calculation of blast radius with total area of 58,500 cm2 and can accommodate as many as 65 workers.Keywords :CFD Simulation, Natural Gas Dispersion, Assembly point, Evacuation Rut

    DiBoat 1.1 is boat that designed by RoboBoat Team from Diponegoro University. This boat using autonomous system to compete in the anual competition in the Virginia Beach by Assosiation Unmanned Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI) 2011. DiBoat 1.1 uses responsive doublehull mechanism with a thrust motor and a rudder tube and an integrated system for the controller, sensors, and electronic component. In this 4th competition, have a primary mission to navigate the buoy track. And 4 element mission. The fourth competition presents a number of new navigation, object tracking, cognition. DiBoat 1.1 uses effective algorithm that using behaviour base systems. Our goal is to successfully complete all of the challenges posed by this year’s competition

    Optimal use of tocilizumab for severe and critical COVID-19: a systematic review and meta-analysis

    Background: Several studies have revealed the potential use of tocilizumab in treating COVID-19 since no therapy has yet been approved for COVID-19 pneumonia. Tocilizumab may provide clinical benefits for cytokine release syndrome in COVID-19 patients. Methods: We searched for relevant studies in PubMed, Embase, Medline, and Cochrane published from March to October 2020 to evaluate optimal use and baseline criteria for administration of tocilizumab in severe and critically ill COVID-19 patients. Research involving patients with confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection, treated with tocilizumab and compared with the standard of care (SOC) was included in this study. We conducted a systematic review to find data about the risks and benefits of tocilizumab and outcomes from different baseline criteria for administration of tocilizumab as a treatment for severe and critically ill COVID-19 patients. Results: A total of 26 studies, consisting of 23 retrospective studies, one prospective study, and two randomised controlled trials with 2112 patients enrolled in the tocilizumab group and 6160 patients in the SOC group, were included in this meta-analysis. Compared to the SOC, tocilizumab showed benefits for all-cause mortality events and a shorter time until death after first intervention but showed no difference in hospital length of stay. Upon subgroup analysis, tocilizumab showed fewer all-cause mortality events when CRP level ≥100 mg/L, P/F ratio 200-300 mmHg, and P/F ratio <200 mmHg. However, tocilizumab showed a longer length of stay when CRP <100 mg/L than the SOC. Conclusion: This meta-analysis demonstrated that tocilizumab has a positive effect on all-cause mortality. It should be cautiously administrated for optimal results and tailored to the patient's eligibility criteria

    Tortilla is  a similar product  in  the  form of  chips  or corn chips made from a  flattened circular shape with sizes varying thickness. In order to diversify, Tortilla refined products and to enhance the nutritional  value. it  is  necessary  to substitute other  materials,  such  as tofu  waste  flour . The  tofu waste flour know still have a very good nutrient composition, especially protein and fiber. But with the substitution  of tofu  waste  flour know can reduce development and crispy Tortilla generated, so  the developer  needs  to  add  material  of  which  is  sodium  bicarbonate  (NaHCO3). This  study  aims  to determine  the  effect  of  substitution  and  addition  of  tofu  waste  flour  and  sodium  bicarbonate (NaHCO3) on  the  quality  of  physical,  chemical  and  organoleptic  Tortilla.  This  research  used Completely  Randomized Design (CRD) which are  arranged  in factorial which consist of two factors and  repeated  two  times. The  substitution  factor  is  the  tofu  waste  flour  10%, 20%, 30% and  the addition  of NaHCO3 factor II is 0.00%, 0.25%, 0.50%, 0.75%. The  best  results  were obtained  on substitution treatment with 10% wheat dregs out with the  addition  of 0.25% NaHCO3 to produce tortilla with water content of 9.016%, 74.884% starch content, crude fiber content of 2.046%, 7.924% protein  content,  yield  62.718%, 1.069  crispness  kg/cm2,  the  volume  of  20.346% and  the development of organoleptic value with a color ranking number 205, 215 flavor, aroma and crispness 204.5 147

Selain itu untuk persaingan konsumen, produk seperti ini sudah banyak di pasaran dengan berbagai macam harga dan juga merek. pada pengabdian masyarakat ini inovasi yang diberikan yaitu membuat Katalog dan proses pemasaran. Karena, dari Katalog kita bisa melihat nama produk, Harga dan juga jenis produk yang kita konsumsi.
