cooperative focuses more on feed production as well as hog fattening. The LMC applied the
vertical integration to develop the cooperative. They have their members as their primary costumers of their
feeds. The cooperative’s business activity includes also meat shop, granting of production loan, micro-finance,
mobilization of saving deposits, aside from feed milling and hog fattening. Different agencies, industry
organizations and private institutions provide trainings, seminars, assistance, as well as credit for the
cooperative. The aims of the study was to determine the present and discuss a noteworthy business issue (s)
of Luntian Multipurpose Cooperative, evaluate the business environment prevailing at a particular time of
this case , assess the cooperative’s performance in terms of the four business functions , define the problem
relevant to the business issue(s) being studied. The study used primary and secondary data. Primary data
were gathered through interviews with the key personnel, managers, and other informants of the Luntian
Multipurpose Cooperative in order to obtain responses regarding the overall status of the cooperative including
its problem and plans. Secondary data were taken from files and documents, especially the history, background
information and financial statements. Other data were taken through research materials such as book,
unpublished special problems and from some government institutions. The recommendation of this research
showed that Luntian MPC should engage in establishing a communal farm as to become the primary source
of hybrid piglets that their members would raised. The alternatives solution was establishing a breeding farm
that would ask for initial investment.

Understanding Creative Behavior Among Indonesian Radio Station Managers: A Conceptual Framework
The main purpose of the article is to increase understanding in some personal characteristics affecting creative performance among Indonesian radio station managers’ leadership context. Organizational researchers and managers alike have long held the view that individual creativity is critical for organizational success. The first element of improvement creativity, that is, the ‘person’, is obvious. New ideas are not generated or implemented by organizations or technology, but come into being through efforts of dedicated people. Thus, it is important to understand people’s personality, motivations, skills, level of experiences, and psychological preferences. A number of propositions for future research in relational of individual creativity model are also suggested. Keywords: Creativity, Personal Characteristics, Motivatio

The Significance of Photography as Archives and Cultural Memory
This research was conducted by using textual, qualitative approach while looking closer at the significant of the information that was produced in the form of photography. The aim of this research was to take a stance of the importance of photography as archives and cultural memory in its ability in promoting truths. Photography was observed as three forms; they were singular, plural, and archival. Singular forms suggested the selective association between the photographers and the photographs were taken. Plural formed resonance ideas and overall aspects in what sets of photography could bring. Archival forms offered memories as references. The result of this research shows that photography, despite its ability or inability in promoting truths, is a great pool of resources of gaining information and tracing history. Further to this research, looking closer to current social media applications that put photography forward can be one option to explore within this topic
Boosting Indonesia’s creative industries: Identification of people’s characteristics and creative behaviour
The purpose of this paper is to suggest an empirical model to assess personal characteristics and creative
behaviour among creative workers in Indonesia’s creative industries. It is critical for people to do their best
to ensure and realise that creativity is one of the most important elements in order to achieve high performance.
Although a few previous studies have focused on the understanding of how the myriad of interacting potential
creators can foster their performance, the characteristics and behaviour patterns of Indonesia’s creative workers
are not well identified yet. Considering this, a new measure has been developed and evaluated with a group of
creative workers (N = 220). This study presents data supporting the reliability (internal consistency) and validity
(criterion and construction) of this multidimensional instrument. The results of factor analysis indicated a fivefactor
solution. These factors demonstrated adequate internal consistency and correlations with the established
measures of the Big-Five personality (e.g. the NEO-FFI of Costa & McCrae 1992). It was found that the most
important elements determining the characteristics of creative people are enthusiasm, a low depression level,
self-discipline, trust, and ideas
Creativity-Relevant Personal Characteristics Among Indonesia Creative Workers
The study aims to identify Creativity-relevant Personal Characteristics among creative workers in Indonesia's creative industry. Identification of the constituent elements of the nature of the changes needs to be measured. Researchers have advocated replacing creativity-relevant personal characteristics based on the five-factor model to investigate how individual differences stimulate creativity. This study presents data supporting reliability (internal consistency) and validity (criterion and construct) of the instrument. Validity of the instrument is based on the content validity involving art and design experts. The 220 creative workers from several creative industry firms in Indonesia participated as samples in this research. Results of a factor analysis indicated a five factor solution of creative characteristics and behavior. Discussion of findings and the most important ways in which individuals differ in their enduring emotional, interpersonal, experiential, attitudinal, and motivational styles for stimulating creativity are presented
Mother's Knowledge Level About Growth And Development With The Growing Development In Infants Aged 6-12 Months
Introduction:Â The age of an infant is an essential age for growth. Its development is highspeed, follows a particular pattern, and varies between individual. An infant is still vulnerable to various health problems. The infant's development will be optimal if the mother's knowledge level is right and appropriate social interaction with the needs of the baby at its development stage. Purpose: This study aims to analyze the relationship between mother's knowledge levels about growth development with the compatibility of growing development in infants aged 612 months. Method: This study used an observational analytic method with a cross-sectional design. Statistical analysis used the Chi-Square test to determine the correlation followed by a contingency coefficient. Samples were taken according to the criteria of age 6-12 months as much as 55 respondents. data on the mother's knowledge level was collected using a questionnaire. The research evaluate growth using a baby scale of height, weight, head circumference, and to evaluate development progress using a prescreening developmental questionnaire (KPSP). This study was conducted on July 5 - August 1, 2019, at the Gotong Royong Pratama Clinic in Surabaya. Results: The relationship of mother's knowledge level about growth development with the compatibility of growing development in infants aged 6-12 months obtained significant results with a p-value of p = 0,000 (p <0.05). Contingency coefficient test results with a value of 0.436 which shows that the strength of the relationship is strong enough. the relationshipbetween mother's knowledge level about growing development with the compatibility ofgrowing development in infants aged 6-12 months obtained significant results with a p-valueof p = 0.007 (p <0.05 ). Contingency coefficient test results with a value of 0,343, whichshows that the strength of the relationship is strong enough. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between the mother's knowledge levels about growing development with the compatibility of growing development in infants aged 6-12 month
Language Attitude and Language Choice in Bilingual Academic Learning Environment
The objectives of this research were to observe the language attitude and factors determining language choice of English Department students of Bina Nusantara University. The observation carried out by exploring the motivation, language choice, and language practice of the English Department students. The data were collected through a questionnaire, which was designed to capture the students' motivation in studying English, language choice, and practice. The result of this research shows that the English department students hold the positive attitude toward English, which are shown through the statement of the majority of the students who argue that English is an International language and offers more career opportunities. The two main factors determining the use of English are the role of the lectures and the English language exposure in the academic environment. This result is expected to provide a context to design an effective English learning process to encourage students in practicing the language
Damping of plasmons of closely coupled sphere chains due to disordered gaps
The damping of plasmons due to structural disorder may have important practical consequences. Here, we use spherical harmonic expansions to quantify the damping of plasmons of ensembles of closely coupled sphere chains with moderately disordered gaps. We show that the quadratic shift of average resonance position due to disorder is maintained in the transition from weak to close coupling, but the sensitivity to disorder increases. Further, we find that although the main peak is most often damped and broadened by disorder, it is possible for the optical extinction of disordered gold chains to increase slightly due to red-skew into a region with more favorable metal properties. © 2011 American Chemical Society
