Předmětem této práce je ověřit možnost řízení pevnosti litiny pomoci obsahu zbytkového hořčíku a metodicky zjistit, zda je možné tuto technologii použít v provozu slévárny. Dále je předmětem zjistit ekonomickou stránku výměny kuplové pece za elektrickou indukční pec a metodicky vyhodnotit možnosti vedení tavby na elektrické indukční peci.The subject of this work is to validate the possibility of managing the cast iron strength through residual Mg content and to determine methodically whether it is possible to exploit this technology in a foundry. It is another subject to determine the economics of the exchange of cupola furnace for electric induction furnace and methodically assess the possibilities of melting in the electric induction furnace.

In-Yer-Face je název nového dramatického směru, který vznikl ve Velké Británii v 90. letech 20. století. Tento směr s sebou přinesl nový způsob pohledu a vnímání reality. První část této práce seznamuje čtenáře s tímto konceptem a pojednává o životech a dílech dvou jeho autorů. Hlavní pozornost je věnována dvěma divadelním hrám Blasted (1995) a Shopping and Fucking (1995) (první autorky Sarah Kane a druhé autora Marka Ravenhilla, kteří oba patří k hlavním představitelům směru In-Yer-Face), na kterých budou demonstrována témata typická pro in-yer-face dramatiku devadesátých let v Británii.In-Yer-Face theatre is a new kind of theatre which was established in Britain in the 1990s. With it, a new sensibility arrived into the theatre. The first part of this diploma thesis is aimed to bring to the reader's attention the concept of In-Yer-Face Theatre and investigate the life and work of two of its playwrights. The main attention will be paid to two plays, Blasted (1995) by Sarah Kane and Shopping and Fucking (1995) by Mark Ravenhill who belong to the major representatives of In-Yer-Face Theatre of the socalled 'New Writing'. Implementation of SAP MM in LSG Asia

Diplomová práce hodnotí implementaci IT produktu, třídí a porovnává vybrané postupy supply chain managementu. Vybrané postupy, hodnocení a kalkulace se budou orientovat na využití teorie zásob, strategie řízení zásob a užití IT produktu SAP MM. Smyslem práce je vytyčit ekonomický přínos pro společnost LSG Lufthansa Service Holding AG, působící v oblasti cateringu pro letecké společnosti. S ohledem na rozsah diplomové práce bude konkrétním analýzám podrobena společnost LSG Lufthansa Service Hong Kong Ltd, následně pak budou vytyčeny relevantní rozdíly ve společnosti LSG Sky Chefs Thailand Ltd.Thesis evaluates implementing of IT product, classifies and compares selected approaches of supply chain management. Classification will be oriented at the usability of the approaches for the evaluation of inventory management, inventory strategies and usability of SAP MM in order to highlight business benefits for LSG Lufthansa Service Holding AG, operating in airline catering business. Concerning size range limitation of the paper, LSG Lufthansa Service Hong Kong Ltd will be analysed followed by defining relevant differences with regards to material flow processes only in LSG Sky Chefs Thailand Ltd.

Dotazník motivace k výkonu (LMI) : recenze metody

Dle našeho názoru je metoda v aktuální podobě vhodná pouze pro oblast poradenství či výzkumu. I v těchto případech by však uživatel testu měl usilovat o integraci informací získaných metodou s dalšími zdroji informací z rozhovoru, pozorování či jiných metod. Z důvodu nejasného faktorového rozložení a nedostatku informací o psychometrických vlastnostech metody v českých podmínkách by bylo použití v rámci personálního výběru neetické. Výsledky metody by mohly být v tomto kontextu navíc i méně validní kvůli problémům se sociálně žádoucím odpovídáním.In our opinion, the current version of the method is suitable for use only in the area of consulting. Nevertheless, the test user should try to integrate the information provided by the method with other sources of information such as interview, observation, and other methods even in these cases. Due to unclear factor structure and a lack of information about the psychometric properties of the method in the Czech population, its use in personnel selection would be unethical. In this setting, the results from the method could be even less valid because of the issue of socially desirable responding

Parental control of child as a predictor of academic procrastination

This research aims examine the relationship between the parental control of school duties in the first five grades of elementary school and academic procrastination on college. A new method was designed to assess the level of parental control of school duties. To assess procrastination, modified versions of Lay‘s Procrastination Scale for Students (PSS) and Procrastination Assessment Scale for Students (PASS) were used. The questionnaires were filled in by 155 students of Czech universities. Moreover, 102 parents of these students self-assessed their level of parental control. Polynomial multiple regression showed a significant quadratic relationship between parental control and procrastination. As predicted based on previous research, the results showed a strong positive relationship between parental control and procrastination for higher levels of parental control, and a weak, but still significant, negative relationship between parental control and procrastination for lower levels of parental control.Studie se zaměřuje na vztah mezi mírou rodičovské kontroly studijních povinností dítěte na prvním stupni ZŠ a jeho akademickou prokrastinací na VŠ. Pro účely výzkumu byla vytvořena zcela nová metoda na zjišťování míry rodičovské kontroly studijních povinností. Rovněž byly v modifikované podobě použity metody “Procrastination Assessment Scale for Students” a “Layova Škála prokrastinace pro studenty”. Obě metody byly vyplněny 155 studenty českých VŠ, dotazník na rodičovskou kontrolu byl navíc vyplněn 102 rodiči těchto studentů. Byla provedena polynomická mnohonásobná regresní analýza, která odhalila kvadratický vztah mezi mírou rodičovské kontroly a prokrastinací. Výsledky identifikovaly signifikantní těsný vztah mezi vysokou mírou rodičovské kontroly a prokrastinací, méně těsný, stále však signifikantní vztah byl identifikován i mezi nízkou mírou rodičovské kontroly a prokrastinací, jak bylo předpokládáno na základě dřívějších výzkumů.This research aims examine the relationship between the parental control of school duties in the first five grades of elementary school and academic procrastination on college. Understanding fractions in seventh- and eighth-graders

Těžištěm této práce je analýza dětských způsobů řešení zadaných problémových situací v oblasti zlomků a snaha o rozpoznání představ, které za těmito způsoby stojí. Zadané problémové situace (úlohy) jsou vybrány tak, aby pokrývaly pět interpretací zlomku (srovnání část-celek, kvocient, operátor, míra a poměr) vyčleněné Lamon (1999). Sada úloh je předložena dětem ze sedmé a z osmé třídy. Metody získávání dat jsou pozorování dětí při řešení, rozhovor s dětmi o tom, jakým způsobem úlohy řešily a rozbor pracovních listů. Prostřednictvím kvalitativní analýzy získaných dat je ukázána řada dětských strategií. Strategie řešení u jednotlivých úloh jsou kategorizovány podle způsobu řešení a uvažování. V práci je poukázáno na řadu souvislostí mezi strategiemi v jednotlivých zadaných úlohách. Práce dále ukazuje problematičnost jazykového osvojení matematických výrazů a nutnost naučení se vnímat zadání úlohy podle požadavků matematického kontextu. V práci se poukazuje na možné prolínání jednotlivých interpretací zlomku z etického hlediska a hlavně reálné prolínání z hlediska emického. Jednotlivé interpretace zlomku jsou v dětských řešeních přítomny, jejich výskyt ale nezávisí na typu příkladu. A set of tasks is given to the children from the sixth and seventh grades. Data obtaining methods used in this work are as follows: observation of the children during the task solving; discussion with them about their strategies for solving and work paper analysis. The final work tries to map how successfully career counsellors cooperate with the South Bohemian Chamber of Commerce. The theoretical part outlines what the South Bohemian Chamber of Commerce is and what it deals with. At the same time, the possibilities offered by the South Bohemian Chamber of Commerce to career counsellors and schoolchildren are described, as is its cooperation with schools within the framework of career counselling, for example through workshops. The practical part of the final work focuses on the evaluation of experiential educational programs aimed at choosing a profession from the perspective of a career counsellor. The research design is qualitative using the research method of structured interviews
