Neurovisual function in patients with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis

This thesis deals with the evaluation of neurovisual functions in patients with Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis (AIS), which is a relatively under-researched topic. The study focuses on comparing selected oculomotor functions using the RightEye device between AIS patients and a healthy control group. The theoretical part introduces the etiology of this spinal deformity, mentioning potential changes in sensory systems that might contribute to the development of AIS. The treatment of this condition is briefly described as well. This section also discusses the possibilities of examining oculomotor functions using eye tracking methods, particularly the RightEye device. Methodology: In the practical section, the results of measurements on the RightEye device were compared between a group of 17 AIS patients and 17 healthy individuals. Both groups underwent device-based measurements, crossed eye-hand lateralization assessment, and hidden strabismus testing. The study assessed saccadic eye movements (targeting vs. overshooting, movement speed) and eye-hand reaction times, with the expectation of better results for the healthy control group. Results: Statistically significant results (p<0.05) were found in the evaluation of the number of repeated vertical and horizontal saccadic movements within a certain...Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením neurovizuálních funkcí u pacientů s adolescentní idiopatickou skoliózou (AIS), které jsou doposud nepříliš vědecky probádaným tématem. Práce se zaměřuje na porovnání vybraných okulomotorických funkcí na přístroji RightEye mezi pacienty s AIS a kontrolní skupinou zdravých jedinců. Teoretická část uvádí etiologii této páteřní deformity, zmiňuje možné změny v jednotlivých senzorických systémech, které se mohou podílet na vzniku AIS. Okrajově je popsána i léčba tohoto onemocnění. Tato část práce taktéž popisuje možnosti vyšetření okulomotorických funkcí pomocí eye trackingových metod, zejména přístroje RightEye. Metodika: V praktické části byly porovnány výsledky měření na přístroji RightEye mezi skupinou 17 pacientů s AIS a 17 zdravými probandy. V obou skupinách byla krom přístrojového měření vyšetřena i zkřížená lateralita oko-ruka a test skrytého šilhání. Mezi skupinami byly hodnoceny sakadické pohyby očí (zacílení x přestřelení pohybu, rychlost provedení pohybu) a reakční časy oko-ruka s předpokladem lepších výsledků ve prospěch zdravé kontrolní skupiny. Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu pro 5 člennou rodinu, a zpracování jeho dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Jedná se o novostavbu, která bude realizována na rovinatém pozemku na okraji rozvojové části v obci Šaratice poblíž Brna. Rodinný dům bude nepodsklepený, se dvěma nadzemními podlažími, terasami a dvojgaráží, která je součástí domu. Objekt je navržený ze systému Heluz, s železobetonovými monolitickými stropy, sedlovou střechou se skládanou pálenou krytinou a vikýřem s plechovou střešní krytinou. Průčelí domu je orientováno na jihovýchod, přízemí je navrženo jako společenská zóna a druhé nadzemní podlaží jako klidová zóna. Výkresová dokumentace je zpracována v programu AutoCAD.The subject of my thesis is a design of a house for a family of 5 members, and process of the documentation for construction. It's a new building, which will be realized on flat land on the outskirts of the development part of village Saratice near Brno. Family house will be without a basement, having two floors, terraces and double garage, which is part of the house. The building is designed from the system Heluz, with reinforced concrete monolithic ceilings, gabled roof with a pleated burnt roofing and a skylight with metal roofing. Frontage of the house is oriented to the southeast, the ground floor is designed as a social area and the second floor as a quiet zone. The drawings are processed in AutoCAD software.

Land adjustment evaluation in light of ecological stability in Southern bohemia.

The thesis deals with the influence of completed projects on land consolidation in the ecological stability of a territory. In cooperation with the relevant land offices was selected a set of land adjustments with an increased intensity to environmental stability. This file was differentiated into degrees of stability of the area and an ecological stability of the land was calculated. A framework of ecological stability was defined . After a field research, a functionality of each elements of TSES was evaluated. The actual situation with and the project of land consolidation were compared. Measures to maintain ecological stability were proposed as well as other possible stabilization for the area, that are feasible within the land adjustment

Arts education in the Czech Republic, activity analysis of J. Klička Arts School Klatovy

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na financování Základní umělecké školy Josefa Kličky Klatovy, zřizované Plzeňským krajem, kterou srovnává se Základní uměleckou školou J. S. Bacha Dobřany, již zřizuje obec. V teoretické části se zabývá vývojem uměleckého vzdělávání na našem území, současnou situací a způsoby financování základních uměleckých škol. V praktické části je představena ZUŠ J. Kličky v Klatovech a její hospodaření. To je následně srovnáno s ZUŠ J. S. Bacha Dobřany. Oba modely zřízení jsou v závěru práce porovnány.This bachelor's thesis focuses on funding of the J. Klicka Arts School Klatovy, in the Pilsen region. The theoretical section describes the development of arts education in the Czech Republic, current situation and methods of funding arts schools. The practical section describes the J. Klicka Arts school, Klatovy and its economic situation.  The school in Klatovy is compared with the J. S. Bach Arts School in Dobrany that was established by local funding. In the final section of the thesis these two contrasting methods of funding are compared
