Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat dapat memahami terkait dengan perlindungan konsumen atas pelecehan seksual yang terjadi pada konsumen pengguna jasa transportasi online. Dan terhadap pelaku pelecehan seksual teersebut dapat dihukum dengan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku serta dapat diberikan sanksi oleh pihak perusahaan berupa pembekuan akun mitra bahkan bisa saja sampai pada putus mitra sesuai dengan kode etik perusahaan jasa transportasi online

Face à la scolarisation des structures d’accueil préprimaires: Quelles tensions à l’œuvre pour les enseignants de l’école maternelle belge ?

La présente recherche s’inscrit dans le champ de l’éducation préscolaire. En particulier, elle part de l’étude des systèmes d’accueil préprimaires d’un point de vue géographique et historique avec un centrage spécifique sur le contexte belge, pour s’intéresser plus particulièrement à la compréhension des tensions dont l’école maternelle se trouve porteuse aujourd’hui. Placé au coeur d’une enquête par questionnaire à large échelle, le propos central de l’étude est de montrer en quoi ces tensions systémiques s’imposent nécessairement aux professionnels de l’enseignement maternel, face à un objet qui peine à se définir de façon stable. Les perspectives dégagées dans ce cadre montrent qu’il subsiste des malentendus en termes de représentations du métier entre les acteurs principaux et les acteurs périphériques que sont les enseignants du primaire et les parents d’élèves.
