Global economy requires solutions to be sustained efficiently and effectively as figures and facts have been giving daily evidences since several years now. Present paper focalizes on the solid –even though latenttie between global economics and local forces. They are actually clashing in a titanic effort to lead the world sustainability, whilst present educated question narrows on clashing forces or merging forces? Starting from a comparative study of three Asiatic Countries, India, China and Japan, it shapes on a mixed confrontation between old and new economies, fast and slow growing, traditional and innovative cultures, ancient and recent state systems, high and low cultural contextualization, in the effort to spot how forces in action and opposition and influencing the actual state of globalizing processes might be called to sustain it, if properly studied and adopted. Hypothesis is that globalization should care of physioeconomics in action under cultural, anthropological and environmental point of view in order to develop a sustainable model for business development. Phenomena of physioeconomics is observed from different angles, and in different environments during its historical evolution, which are both physical and anthropological ones and offer as a main findings a model of comparative table between Countries to develop a global strategy of development

The Way How Anthropological Culture Shapes Consumes: An Exploratory Comparative Study

    Get PDF
The world today is discovering new forces clashing together and creating new threats and opportunities in terms of Globalization. Because these forces are mainly local, and not only economic, business today must take into consideration all different aspects, usually marginalized features, such as anthropology, traditions, and popular beliefs; weather and geography; religion and culture (Foegel, 1964 Parker, 19971, 2, 3, 2000, Scaini 2013, 20151,3, Weber 1904/05, 1906). These revitalizing and reinforcing instances are pushing/forcing “Globalization” to face new challenges, defined in the following: 1. Integration of different products with different cultures (Appiah, 2006), 2. adaptation of old products and retail marketing strategies to specific local needs based on physioeconomic factors (Pagania et al, 2015, Scaini 2012, 20151,3) and 3. How people in different environments buy the same products but consume them in different ways due to different cultural influences. The present paper intends to prove the original different consumes by comparing the cultural forces behind the consumption of the same goods in two different contexts: western and eastern markets. Moreover, the present exploratory study proofs different cultural motivations for consumers that pass through the unaffected bottleneck of purchase. Eventually, the anthropological instances that effectively and efficiently shape marketing strategies

Interactions Of Silver And Gold Complexes With Sulphide Minerals: A Surface Study

    Get PDF
This thesis examines the interactions of the aqueous species {dollar}\rm Ag\sp+,\ AgCl\sb{lcub}x{rcub}\sp{lcub}1-x{rcub},\ AuCl\sb4\sp-{dollar} and AuSH with the surfaces of PbS, (Zn,Fe)S and FeS{dollar}\sb2{dollar} with the aim of better understanding the role that sulphide minerals play in concentrating precious metals from solution. Through the use of surface (XPS, AES, SEM) and conventional (AAS, IC, electrochemistry) analytical techniques, insight into mineral modification, metal chemistry and morphology, alloy composition and solution chemistry is obtained.;Reactions of Ag{dollar}\sp+{dollar} and the three minerals resulted in the presence of Ag{dollar}\sb2{dollar}S and Ag(0) being observed on all mineral surfaces, in a 2 step process where Ag{dollar}\sb2{dollar}S, then Ag(0) forms. The presence of polysulphides on the PbS and (Zn,Fe)S indicated that sulphur is the reducing agent. From the AgCl/PbS interactions it was determined that: (a) the process was a diffusion limited ion-exchange process; (b) there is a direct relationship between the amount of silver on the surface and the chloride concentration; and (c) the presence of Ag{dollar}\sb2{dollar}S was found on the PbS surfaces regardless of metal ion concentration. For the AgCl/FeS{dollar}\sb2{dollar} interactions, an inverse relationship with Cl{dollar}\sp-{dollar} seems to occur and if a critical value of the free silver ion is not exceeded, no deposition will occur.;When considering the mixed Ag-Au chloride system, it was determined that: (a) aqueous gold species are preferentially reduced on both the PbS and FeS{dollar}\sb2;{dollar} (b) it is possible to increase the amount of silver present on the FeS{dollar}\sb2{dollar} surface if gold is present in solution; and (c) gold-silver alloys akin to those found in nature were formed on the pyrite surface.;Reactions of gold bisulfide with pyrite have revealed the presence of bulk metallic gold as well as adsorbed gold(I) present on the surface. For both the chloride and bisulphide systems, an increase in either pH or temperature results in an increase in the amount of gold on the surface. It has been shown that crystal morphology similar to that found in nature is reproduced in these laboratory studies

Improvements In The Strategic Use Of The Marketing Matrices Applying Dynamics Parameters Based On Time: A Better Analysis Of Prospect

    Get PDF
Matrices are among the main analytical tools used in marketing. The present paper focuses on the possibility to make them consistently explorative of a business prospect, not just in a mechanical way but in a logical and quantitatively probabilistic way. Matrices, being static, appear in contrast with the real meaning of marketing itself (being a verb it is an action). Actually, lack of the matrices is that they do not consider the temporal evolution and offer a very simple and static frame and indeed a snapshot of the business environment. The purpose of the present paper is to understand “to what extent the matrices can be improved to perform dynamic prospective analyses, thanks to specific improvements”: - Complex variables - Cartesian plan and derived curves - Use of the chronotropic quadric-dimensionality through spacetime factor influencing the mechanical results It is considered only the case of the four cells based matrix (and experimentation is pursued via the Ansoff’s one), leaving the nine-cell based matrices to the field of actual limitations and future improvements. The standard format can be implemented by the adoption of new format and complex variables, which are holistic, and through the utilization of a temporal ratio, to show the temporal dynamism and make them suitable for prospective analysis and become a tool of management of the company’s evolution

The interaction between psychopathological symptoms and conflictual parent-child relationship in predicting social skills and coping strategies

    Get PDF
The quality of early parent-child relationship affects children’s later emotional development, social competence and school performance (Caputi, Lecce, & Pagnin, 2017). Moreover, the perception of a warm relationship with parents supports the use of adaptive social skills and approach-oriented coping strategies (Chan, 2011). Children characterized by psychopathological symptoms are likely to experience difficulties in social adjustment over time (Burt, Obradović, Long, & Masten, 2008) and typically present a dysfunctional coping style (Seiffge-Krenke, Weidemann, Fentner, Aegenheister, & Poeblau, 2001). In turn, children adopting maladaptive coping strategies usually have rejecting, ignoring, inconsistent, or punishing parents (Chan, 2011).peer-reviewe

Why Does Fashion Fits China so Much?

The present paper investigates the relationship of cause and effect between cultural behavior and Physioeconomy with Fashion in China. The purpose is to identify which cultural reasons lie behind the massive adoption of fashion in China, entrusting to these the success of fashiopulling fashion. The methodology adopted is an exploratory comparative analysis between nations (China, Japan and India), which have cultural physioeconomic similarities, both genuine or artifact. The paper starts from an initial direct observation of the phenomena, checked through the bibliographic review of the background throughout the last 30 years, and supported by a survey supporting the hypothesis. Findings are that fashion is adopted for anthropological reasons of cultural homologation, and not for differentiation due to the specific socio-psychological and cultural structure of the Chinese Nation, similarly to Japan but contrarily from India. The different attitude toward fashion is motivated by cultural reasons. The value of the paper is the exploratory investigation of the anthropologic behavior, offering a scoped analysis with practical interest for socially based commodities and following the research course of the motivations behind buying fashion and China. It is interesting as it will lead to deeper quantitative researches
