    The problem in this research is the level of aerobic endurance of football players at Bina Darma University which is not good. The study was conducted to determine whether fartlek training can increase the aerobic endurance of Bina Darma University football players. This research is an experimental research. The instrument used was the blepp test. The data analysis used SPSS statistics 23. The result of t_ (count) = 11.115> t_ (table) = 1.740 so that it states that fartlek training can increase the aerobic endurance of Bina Darma University football players

    Physical Fitness Levels of Students in Public Elementary School 8 Semende Darat Laut (Implementation of Physical Education in the New Normal Era)

    The purpose of the study was to determine the level of physical fitness of students at the public elementary school 8 Semende Darat Laut (SDN 8 SDL) in the implementation of physical education in the new normal era of Covid-19. This study used a quantitative descriptive research design with a one-shot case study approach. The population in this study were 95 students of public elementary school 8 Semende Darat Laut (SDN 8 SDL), and the sample in this study were 45 students who were in grade 4, 5 and 6. The research instrument used was the indicators of the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI) including 40 meters running, hanging and bending elbows, lying down for 30 seconds, vertical jump, and 600 meters running. The results of the study showed that the level of physical fitness of SDN 8 SDL students for all classes was in a very low condition (VL) with the final TKJI score ranging from 5-9

    The aim of this research is to find out the significant effect of the use of learning videos on the learning outcomes of students in soccer at Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Kader Bangsa Palembang. This type of research is experimental with the research design used is One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects in this study were students of class XI Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Kader Bangsa Palembang, totaling 22 people who were all female students. From the results of research and data analysis, it can be concluded that the hypothesis Ha can be accepted or tcount > ttable (30.53 > 1.721). Thus, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the use of learning videos on the learning outcomes of students in football material at Kader Bangsa Palemban

    Evaluation of the Swimming Achievement Coaching Program of the Sriwijaya State Sports School South Sumatera Province

    This study aims to evaluate swimming coaching in SONS using the CIPP evaluation model. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained are analyzed qualitatively by steps, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study concludes: 1) the evaluation of the context of the implementation of coaching has not been directed and does not have planning guidelines must be improved as early as possible, 2) Evaluation of inputs in the selection process of coaches, athletes, infrastructure and funding is still not effective, 3) evaluation process consisting of training programs, competitions, health of athletes and coaches and coordination has not run optimally, 4) evaluation of SONS coaching products from the aspect of medal achievement can be assumed to have not been successful. Furthermore, an assessment and determination of each component is evaluated. The results of the analysis and determination of decisions are then used as a basis for improving each program and improving and providing decisions, researchers provide recommendations to SONS stakeholders so that they are directed to plan coaching to excel in the future

    This study was an experimental study that aims to determine the application method and the method of command drill results in short service badminton game. The subjects were fifth grade students of State Elementary School. Data collection techniques using the "Skills Test Badminton derived from the writings of Frank. M. Verducci. "Data analysis techniques using T-Test, after going through the prerequisite test that is test of normality and homogeneity test. The results showed a very significant improvement. Methods drill an increase of 72.78%, an average increase of 7.28%. Methods of command increased by 48.75%, with an average increase of 4.88%. Based on these descriptions can be concluded that an increase in drill method is greater than the methods of command. Differences increase was 24.03% with an average of 2.40

    This study aimed to determine the Effect of Circuit Training Exercises to increase the Aerobic Endurance of Bina Darma University Football Players. This type of research is experimental research. The study sample amounted to 17 people. The instrument used was the BLEP test. The data analysis technique used SPSS statistics 23. The result of this study indicated that circuit training exercise can increase the aerobic endurance of Bina Darma University soccer players. The t test showed that t_ (count) = 6,564> t_ (table) = 1,740 so that the accepted Ha is significant. Suggestion from this research is that trainers can use the circuit training method to increase the aerobic endurance of athletes

    Development of Educational Tool Game (APE) Scooter Board Sensory for Children With Special Needs

    This study aims to develop an educational game tool (APE) that can stimulate the sensor-motor abilities of children with special needs who have problems in motor and movement development. APE was developed in addition to playing but also aims to provide education and other experiences according to their developmental age and needs. The research method used is the ADDIE development research method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The subjects in this study were 20 person children with mild ID and autism, aged 8-12 years consisting of 12 girls and 8 boys. This study involved 4 experts, consisting of 2 learning media experts, 1 psychologist, and 1 Adaptive Physical Educator. Based on the analysis by experts using CVI and CVR, the sensory scooter board game tool obtained a mean score of 0.6 which means it has high validity, in other words the sensory scooter board APE developed is safe, inexpensive (low cost), and stimulates the motor skills of children with special needs.This study aims to develop an educational game tool (APE) that can stimulate the sensor-motor abilities of children with special needs who have problems in motor and movement development.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi mahasiswa memilih program studi Pendidikan Olahraga Universitas Bina Darma.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Olahraga Universitas Bina Darma angkatan tahun 2015 sampai dengan 2017 sebanyak 79 responden. Variabel penelitian adalah faktor internal yaitu: minat, motivasi, cita-cita dan faktor eksternal yaitu: keluarga, lingkungan, teman sebaya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket sejumlah 69 item pernyataan. Berdasarkan data hasil angket didapatkan mahasiswa yang memilih faktor minat(62,02%), faktor motivasi (15,19%), faktor cita-cita (12,66%), faktor keluarga (6,33%), faktor lingkungan (1,26%), dan faktor teman sebaya (2,53%), sehingga jika ditotal faktor yang paling dominan dipilih adalah faktor minat

    The learning of the table tennis course is a practical course where the characteristics are unique so that mastery of basic techniques is highly dependent on doing more repetitions. The correct movement will appear along with the automation of the motion. The purpose of the research and development of this table tennis throwing device is to (1) develop a table tennis throwing tool for the process of implementing table tennis learning, (2) obtain empirical data about the feasibility of the table tennis throwing tool that has been developed. The ultimate goal of this development research is to produce a product in the form of learning media, namely a table tennis ejection tool that can provide meaningful movement experiences and can help improve basic technical skills to the ability to play table tennis. The method used Research and Development (R&D) methods from Borg and Gall. The research subjects are college students of Sports Education at Universitas Bina Darma. Instrument test used observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were carried out with qualitative and quantitative approaches. This product is produced through the research and development stage. The resulting product is a table tennis ball. Based on the product trial analysis phase, the resulting product answers the needs and becomes a solution for lecturers and students in the implementation of table tennis course learning. Based on the results of validation tests, instrument reliability tests, small group try-out and field try group, this table tennis ejection tool is feasible and can be used in learning table tennis theory and practice courses

    Box Jump Portable merupakan produk olahraga yang dihasilkan melalui tahap penelitian sehingga perlu dilakukan sosialisasi ke seluruh stakeholder bola voli khususnya Karang Taruna Desa Sialang Agung, Plakat Tinggi, Musi Banyuasin. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan tentang Box Jump Portable sebagai produk olahraga unggulan. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Sosialisasi dilakukan pada 18 orang. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat bahwa adanya peningkatan pengetahuan anggota Karang Taruna Desa Sialang Agung, Plakat Tinggi, Musi Banyuasin sebesar 27,8% (5 orang) termasuk kategori tinggi dan 72,2% (13 orang) termasuk kategori sedang terhadap Box Jump Portable sebagai produk olahraga unggulan yang terdiri dari: 1) Aktivitas Multilateral Gerak pada Cabang Olahraga Bola Voli menggunakan Box Jump Portable, 2) Model Latihan Box Jump Portable untuk meningkatkan vertical jump 3) Bisnis Model Canvas pada Produk Box Jump Portable, 4) Komunikasi Pemasaran Alat Olahrag
