Polarization microscopic tomography as a prospective method for establishing the postmortem interval

Introduction. Laser polarimetric methods for the assessment of biological tissues are a promising scientific direction of research, which is based on the study of changes in the light beam that passed through the object. They have proven themselves well in application in the practical work of forensic medical experts. In this study, we propose to consider the possibilities of using this technique in establishing the postmortem time in the analysis of the human vitreous body. The aim of the work is to develop new objective criteria for establishing the postmortem time using polarization microscopic tomography of circular birefringence of the protein fraction of human vitreous body layers

Професійна підготовка майбутніх викладачів економіки на основі групової взаємодії

In the article the necessity of group interaction in professional training of the future economics teachers is substantiated and the state of the professional training of the future economics teachers in a non-pedagogical university of economics is analysed. The importance of the formation and development of social qualities both of the future economics teachers and of the future specialists in the area of economics is demonstrated. The features of the professional training of the future economics teachers in a non-pedagogical institution of higher education are highlighted. The features of the professional training of the future economics teachers in the classical pedagogical universities are considered. The attention is concentrated on the necessity of training of the future teacher for the organization of interaction of different levels. It is recommended to organize group interaction between the participants of the educational process to raise the effectiveness of the professional training of the future economics teachers.В статті аргументовано необхідність використання групової взаємодії у професійній підготовці майбутніх викладачів економіки. Здійснено аналіз стану професійної підготовки майбутніх викладачів економіки. Продемонстровано важливість формування і розвитку соціальних якостей як у майбутніх викладачів економіки, так і у майбутніх фахівців економічного профілю. Висвітлено особливості професійної підготовки майбутніх викладачів економіки в непедагогічному вищому навчальному закладі. Розглянуто особливості підготовки викладачів економіки та економічної підготовки викладачів у класичних педагогічних університетах. Акцентовано увагу на необхідність підготовки майбутнього вчителя до організації взаємодії різних рівнів. Рекомендовано організовувати групову взаємодію між учасниками навчально-виховного процесу для підвищення ефективності професійної підготовки майбутніх викладачів економіки

Acute coronary insufficiency postmortem diagnosis by the method of spectralselective laser autofluorescent polarimetry of myocardium

Diagnostics of acute coronary insufficiency (ACI) in the period till 6 hours from its beginning is an important issue of forensic medical practice. Combination of autofluorescent analysis with Muller-matrix one has been shown to be efficient method of ACI diagnostics. Aim of the research: to investigate spectral-selective laser autofluorescent polarimetry (SSLAP) of myocardium optically anisotropic structures possibilities for postmortem ACI diagnostics

El auge del sector ecológico en Europa: un estudio empírico del comportamiento del consumidor verde en Alemania y España = The rise of the organic sector in Europe: an empirical study of green consumer behaviour in Germany and Spain

En la última década, Europa ha experimentado un fenómeno que ha acarreado un cambio de paradigma en el sector alimenticio. La aparición del consumidor verde ha fomentado una transformación de los hábitos de consumo alimenticio hacia una emergente demanda de productos más respetuosos con la salud humana y el medioambiente. Por consiguiente, el presente trabajo tiene por objetivo analizar el comportamiento de compra del consumidor verde para comprender el desarrollo del sector ecológico en Europa. Para ello, se estudiará el proceso de compra haciendo especial referencia a los factores motivadores e inhibidores de este. Finalmente, se presentarán los resultados de una investigación realizada mediante una encuesta cuya finalidad reside en comparar los hábitos de compra y el perfil de los consumidores ecológicos de Alemania y España

Legal Regulation of Agricultural Land Circulation in Ukraine: Problems and Prospects

The article is devoted to the analysis of the legal regime of agricultural land in Ukraine. In 2001, a “land moratorium” was introduced in Ukraine, which imposed a ban on the alienation of agricultural land intended for commercial agricultural production and land. The European Court of Human Rights, in its judgment in Zelenchuk and Tsitsyura v. Ukraine, unanimously concluded that there had been a violation of Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. Ukraine, which is the respondent State in the case, in addition to mandatory individual measures (payment of compensation or other means in favor of the applicant to terminate the wrongful act and improve the consequences of the application) is obliged to apply general methods to solve the problem. The authors used different methods of scientific knowledge. Thus, the method of analysis was used to study draft laws on transformation processes in the field of ownership, use, disposal of agricultural land in Ukraine. The method of comparison makes it possible to compare registered bills and current regulatory acts in the area of agricultural land use. The deduction method helped to investigate the decision of the European Court of Human Rights "Zelenchuk and Tsitsyura v. Ukraine" According to the results of the study, the authors came to the conclusion that only a combination of market mechanisms of agricultural land turnover with mandatory compliance with environmental requirements and an effective mechanism of legal liability for offenses in the possession, use, and disposal of the most valuable wealth of our country can secure a dignified future for the modern and future generations
