    Pengaruh Brand Trust Dan Celebrity Endorser Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Smartphone Samsung Pada Konsumen Di Surya Phone Lamongan

    Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of brand trust and celebrity endorser on purchasing decisions. This research was conducted on Samsung smartphone consumers in Surya Phone Lamongan with a sample of 45 respondents. The research method used is non-probability sampling with accidental sampling technique. The data used from the results of distributing questionnaires to samples at the time of the study will be collected and processed using one of the software, namely SPSS 25. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it shows that brand trust and celebrity endorsers have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. Brand trust has an effect on purchasing decisions. Celebrity endorser has an effect on purchasing decisions.     This research is aimed to determine the influence of shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement, pre-decision stage, and post-decision stage toward impulse buying simultantly or partially. The target population in this research is the customer of Butik 79 in Palembang Trade Center Mall Palembang. There are 100 respondents of the sample in this research. Sampling technique used was non probability sampling. The analysis technique for this research was multiple regression analysis. The result of the simultaneous analysis indicates that shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement, pre-decision stage, and post-decision stage variables have significant influence toward impulse buying. Partially, shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement have positive influence, but not too significant toward impulse buying, while pre-decision stage and post-decision stage have positive and significant effect toward impulse buying.Keywords : Shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement, pre-decision stage, post-decision stage, and impulse buying

    A company that is reliable in providing its products or services never escapes the good quality of human resources. These qualities can generally be viewed from the development and maintenance of human resources within the company. In the research conducted at PT.  The Eastern Pillar of Technology, the company hopes to maximize service to its employees so that they can focus on working and the level of employee satisfaction can increase. The service in question is oriented towards Human Resource Management, where so far, every bureaucratic, administrative, and recapitulation process related to human resources has not been fully recorded and optimally documented. For example, on its implementation, employees who want to apply for leave or permission will be faced with a long bureaucratic process.  On the other hand, employees must also confirm to the Human Resource Management party whether they still have leave and permit allotments or not. This causes problems in some conditions, where the occurrence of employee indiscipline in applying for leave or permits. In addition to the application and attendance process that is still done manually, it causes inconsistencies or errors in the recap of employee data.  That have a bad impact on the calculation of the payroll that will be carried out. Mobile-based Employee Self Service plays an important role in solving these problems because it can display accurate data and reports for each employee, both in terms of permits, leave, overtime, attendance or even payroll calculations. This research was conducted using a descriptive research method with a data collection method through interviews and observations on the object of study. For the system development method used, the author used the prototype development method with Unified Modelling Language modelling. While in prototype development, the author uses kotlin and MySQL programming languages for his database.  The result is the construction of Employee Self Service with the aim of providing easier access for employees in utilizing the facilities provided by the company, as well as minimizing errors and omissions that may occur in the employee service process

    Keperawatan Komunitas adalah pelayanan keperawatan profesional yang ditujukan kepada masyarakat dengan pendekatan pada kelompok resiko tinggi, dalam upaya pencapaian derajat kesehatan yang optimal melalui pencegahan penyakit dan peningkatan kesehatan dengan menjamin keterjangkauan pelayanan kesehatan yang dibutuhkan dan melibatkan klien sebagai mitra dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pelayanan keperawatan. Pendidikan Kesehatan adalah salah satu upaya promotive untuk menanggulangi Penyakit Degeneratif. Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan komunitas terhadap warga RW 08 Kelurahan Kedungmundu dengan melakukan pendidikan kesehatan tentang penyakit degenerative dengan kriteria pra lansia dan lansia. Hasil studi kasus menunjukan adanya perubahan pola pikir masyarakat terhadap penyakit degenaratif serta adanya peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 20% tentang penyakit degenerative. Pendidikan Kesehatan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan warga terhadap masalah kesehatan

    VaR prediction for GARCH (1,1) model with normal and student-t error distribution

    This study aims at determining the estimated parameters of the GARCH (1.1) model establishing the prediction of the VaR value, and defining the accuracy of the VaR prediction. In this study, the error in the GARCH (1,1) model uses a normal distribution and student-t distribution. The research method focuses on parameter calculation and the prediction of VaR value within two aspects regarding analytic and numeric aspects. Analytically, the prediction of the VaR value and the accuracy of the prediction of VaR value through the VaR coverage opportunity. It isn't easy to estimate the parameters for the GARCH (1.1) model analytically. Thus, the parameters are estimated numerically using the Quansi Newton optimization method. Prediction of VaR value and VaR coverage probability will be simulated numerically by using stock return data of IBM, INDF.JK and GSPC. The results show that the GARCH (1.1) model can model stock returns for IBM, INDF.JK and GSPC. There is no significant difference between the GARCH (1,1) model with a normally distributed error and GARCH (1,1) with a student-t distribution error in determining the prediction of VaR values. The numerical simulation results show that the VaR value prediction using the GARCH (1,1) model with a normally distributed error is more accurate than the student-t-distributed error

    The Effect of Patient Experience on Patient Loyalty through Patient Satisfaction in Telemedicine Application Services During the Covid-19 Pandemic

    The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between patient experience and satisfaction and patient loyalty utilizing Halodoc and Alodokter. Direct and indirect impacts between study variables are among the topics that have been investigated. A cross-sectional research approach was employed in this study, which combined quantitative descriptive analysis with an analytic survey. The research included 500 patients who used Halodoc and another 500 individuals who used Alodokter as part of their treatment. The study sample consisted of 286 individuals, including 143 patients who used Halodoc and 143 patients who used Alodokter, who were selected using the proportionate sampling method. An association between patient experience and patient satisfaction was found to be significant (p-value 0.0000.05), while an association between patient experience and patient loyalty was found to be significant (p-value0.0000.05). As an added bonus, there was a direct relationship between customer happiness and customer loyalty, with a p-value of 0.0000.05. The indirect impact of patient experience on patient loyalty and patient satisfaction as a mediator, however, was shown to be statistically significant (p-value = 0.000 0.05) and was found to be significant. This research suggests that telemedicine services are being used more often in health agencies during the COVID-19 pandemic because of the potential advantages it provides, such as its efficiency and the impact it has on patient happiness and loyalty, according to the findings
