Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Auditory Intellectually Repetition (Air) Dengan Pendekatan Contextual Teaching And Learning (Ctl) Dalam Meningkatkan Kemampuan Komunikasi Dan Prestasi Belajar Matematika Siswa (PTK Pada Siswa Kelas X Jurusan Pemasaran SMK Batik 1 Surakarta Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi dan prestasi belajar matematika pada siswa kelas X jurusan Pemasaran SMK Batik 1 Surakarta dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Auditory Intellectually Repetition dengan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subyek penerima tindakan adalah siswa kelas X PM SMK Batik 1 Surakarta yang berjumlah 33 siswa. Peleksanaan tindakan kelas dilaksanakan selama dua siklus. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan alur yang terjadi melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk menjamin validitas data, digunakan teknik triangulasi metode dan triangulasi penyidik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi dan prestasi belajar mateamtika siswa, dapat dilihat dari : 1) kemampuan siswa mengajukan pertanyaan sebelum tindakan 12,12% dan setelah tindakan 54,54%, 2) kemampuan siswa menjawab pertanyaan sebelum tindakan 13,2% dan setelah tindakan 60,6%, 3) kemampuan siswa bekerja sama dalam kelompok sebelum tindakan 15,15% dan setelah tindakan 69,69%, 4) kemampuan siswa mengemukakan ide matematika secara tertulis sebelum tindakan 21,21% dan setelah tindakan 75,75%, 5) prestasi belajar siswa sebelum tindakan 15,15% dan setelah tindakan 60,6%. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Auditory Intellectually Repetition dengan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning dalam pembelajaran matematika dapat meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi dan prestasi belajar siswa pada pokok bahasan persamaan dan pertidaksamaan linier dan persamaan kuadrat

Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Dan Loyalitas Pelanggan (Survey Pada Pelanggan Coffee Shop Starbucks Di Surabaya Dan Kuala Lumpur)

The purposes of this research are to determine the effect of Product and Service Quality on Costumer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. The type of this research is explanatory research, with quantitative method approach. The research is conducted in two places, Starbucks Coffee in Surabaya and Kuala Lumpur. The size of sample 112 persons. Sampling technique uses quota sample technique which consists of 80 customers in Surabaya, and 32customers in Kuala Lumpur. The data analysis techniques used in this research are path analysis and independent t-test. The results of this research show that there is a significant effect of the Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction, and a significant effect of the Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction. In addition, there is a significant influence of the Quality Product on Customer Loyalty, and a significant effect of the Service Quality on service Satisfaction. On the other hand, there is no significant influence between the Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. However, there is a different perception among the Starbucks customers in Surabaya and Kuala Lumpur towards the Service Quality. The result of this research demonstrated that there is no different perception among the customers for the Product Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty

This study aims to determine the relationship between daughter's perception to the role of parents in mate-selection with the tendency of mate-selection based on socio-economic status in early adulthood. In order to achieve its objectives, the research is conducted to early adult female whose parents play a role in determining the criteria for their daughter's future husband. The research method is quantitative research method, which is the collection of data in numerical form. The data was collected by conducting surveying techniques, employing questionnaire of the daughter's perception to the role of parents in mate-selection and questionnaire of the tendency of mate-selection based on socio-economic status. The collected data were analyzed by employing statistical techniques of product-moment correlation with the assistance of SPSS program for windows version 12 of 2003. Based on the research results, it is known that the p value of 0.001 and r value of 0.259, which means there is a weak relationship between daughter's perception to the role of parents in mate-selection with the tendency of mate-selection based on socio-economic status in early adulthood

Pemetaan Kondisi Ekonomi Blok Permukiman dan Blok Komersial di Kota Bogor

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menyajikan data ekonomi dalam bentuk peta, mengetahui pola distribusi kondisi ekonomi, dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kondisi ekonomi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada blok permukiman dan komersial di Kecamatan Bogor Tengah dan Selatan tahun 2015. Penelitian terdiri dari tahap persiapan, pengumpulan data, pengolahan data, penggambaran peta, dan analisis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penyajian data kondisi ekonomi secara spasial menggunakan peta lebih jelas dan terlihat sebaran keruangannya. Adapun variabel visual yang digunakan pada peta kondisi ekonomi blok permukiman dan komersial pada penelitian ini adalah nilai dan persepsi visual bertingkat. Pola distribusi kondisi ekonomi blok permukiman dan permukiman adalah mengelompok, dengan tingkat pengelompokan yang sangat tinggi. Faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kondisi ekonomi blok permukiman adalah jarak blok permukiman terhadap jalan utama, pusat kota, dan kepadatan per blok permukiman. Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kondisi ekonomi blok komersial adalah jarak blok komersial terhadap jalan utama dan pusat kota

The Determinant of Banking Efficiency in Indonesia (DEA Approach)

This research is aimed to analyze efficiency performance in banking industries in Indonesia within 2012-2014 period. Data Envelopment Analysis method was used to find determinant in Tobit regression model. Purposive sampling was used to determine samples with the number of companies up to 89 banks consist of 5 different groups. Those are 26 state and local government own enterprises, 6 foreign banks, 11 mixed banks, 19 BUSN Devisa, 27 BUSN non Devisa. Based on analysis result, obtained that the foreign banks has the efficiency the highest compared to a group of banks BUMN/BUMD ( the government banks), BUSN non-foreign exchange , BUSN foreign exchange , and a group of banks a mixture. Efficiency in banking influenced by return on assets (ROA). The higher roa will be able to improve the efficiency banks in Indonesia

Publication Output of Journal ‘Veterinary World’ (2008-2017) : A Bibliometric Analysis

This paper presents a bibliometric study of the journal Veterinary World during the year 2008-2017. The year wise distribution of papers, authorship pattern, institution-wise distribution, length of the papers, type of the document published, international authored contributions and citation etc., of the journal have been taken for this study. The total number of documents published during the period has been 1954 and they have been pulled out from Scopus database. The highest number of publications registered in 2016 (250 articles, 12.79%) and the lowest was in 2008 (132 articles, 6.76%). The annual average growth rate of 7.32% and the highest growth rate are in the year 2013 with 51.70%. The degree of collaboration is 0.97 and out of a total 1954 articles 1890 (96.72%) are joint authored publications and only 64 (3.28%) are single author contribution. Solid Waste Research in India during 2008-2017: A Bibliometric Analysis

This paper presents a bibliometric overview of Indian researchers publications published on “Solid Waste” in the Web of Science database from 2008 to 2017. Several aspects have been analyzed in the study; such as the growth and distribution of solid waste research in India, the most productive organization/institution in India, authorship pattern, document type, the high frequency of authors’ keywords, measuring the source of publications, and the international collaboration in India’s research output and so on. The highest number of contributions has been recorded in 2017 alone 216 papers, (21.49%) published and the lowest was 2008 with 71 papers, (7.06%). The study has revealed that the publication growth increased progressively from 2008 to 2017. Kumar S (30 papers; TLCS 54; TGCS 411) is been the most productive author out of the total 3609 authors. The maximum number of articles 855 (85.07%) in total are published in the journals. It has been found that ‘Waste Management (79, 7.9%)’ was the most preferred journal of the Indian researchers. The Indian authors have major collaborations with the USA, China, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Germany, Japan and the UK
