"Fomos despejados aqui!": Tradição e Memória como estratégias de reprodução entre os Quilombolas da Bocaina, MT

O estudo da memória constitui-se um importante instrumento para compreendermos a heterogeneidade cultural das comunidades tradicionais. O objetivo deste ensaio foi descrever as memórias, tradições e estratégias dos quilombolas da Serra da Bocaina, Mato Grosso. Para isso, realizamos entrevistas informais, semiestruturada e observação participante. Para o registro utilizamos o diário de campo e fotografias.  As narrativas mostram a história da comunidade, as suas festas tradicionais, a fabricação artesanal de redes de algodão, de utensílios de barro, a construção de casa de sapé com cobertura de palha, assim como a sua roça. Ao fim, podemos considerar que as tradições são realizadas no dia a dia pela comunidade, demonstrando a resistência da comunidade às adversidades da sociedade e do lugar onde vivem.Palavras-chave: População Tradicional. The objective of this paper was to describe the memories, traditions and strategies of the Quilombolas of Serra da Bocaina, Mato Grosso. To do this, we conducted semi-structured interviews, participant observation. For the record we use the field journal and photographs. The narratives show the history of the community, its traditional fiestas, the artisanal cotton networks, clay utensils, building house thatched with straw, as well as his farm. At the end, we can consider that the traditions are carried out on a daily by the community, demonstrating the community resistance to adversity of society and the place where they live.Keywords: Traditional people. Intellectual property in the performance of physical education professionals: Characterizing elements for copyright protection

In essence, man stands out for the use of your intellect to overcome his challenges and remain in constant evolution. Throughout its history, mankind has developed laws, rules and criteria to protect inventions and innovations. Along the way, a copyright law was created that supports and protects works and products from human intellect. Through it, it is possible to stimulate and leverage diverse sectors and professionals. Based on this, this study aims to characterize the prescriptions of physical activities, therapy, prophylaxis and their relationship with copyright. Its methodology is Grounded Theory, or theory based on data analysis and analysis of the legislation of the professional exercise of Physical Education (CONFEF). As preliminary results, it was identified that there are elements that allow the authorial protection of the training sections, in the prescription of prophylactic and therapeutic activities because they present characteristics of intellectual property and the Physical Education professional, in their functions and attributions, demand innovations and inventions customization of training sections
