HUBUNGAN SELF ESTEEM DENGAN FEAR OF MISSING OUT PADA REMAJA

Excessive use of smartphones, especially social media in adolescents, has various negative impacts. Teenagers will feel anxious if they do not know the latest information or are not included in activities carried out by others, this is fear of missing out. Fear of missing out is the fear and worry that arises from missing out on fun moments with others or not being involved in these activities. Fear of missing out is formed due to low satisfaction in psychological needs. One of the factors that influence the emergence of feelings of fear and anxiety due to feeling left behind by what others are doing is motivational factors or unfulfilled psychological needs, one of which is self-esteem. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-esteem and fear of missing out in adolescents. This study used a quantitative approach with accidental sampling technique and a sample size of 281 subjects. The research instruments used were the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) to measure individual perceptions and the Fear of Missing Out Scale (FoMOS). Analisis Error Corection Model Faktor-Faktor Produksi terhadap Pendapatan Budidaya Pembenihan Ikan Gurame di Desa Sidomulyo Kecamatan Semboro Kabupaten Jember

The success of farming is inseparable from several things, one of which is the factor that influences the income of the carp hatchery business, this is to support the increase in carp production in Sidomulyo Village, Semboro District, Jember Regency. The problems faced are related to cultivation that is not optimal, not knowing what factors affect income in their business. This study aims to determine what factors affect income in the long term and short term. Data collection uses existing secondary data.Respondents in this study used purposive sampling, namely 1 respondent. The results of the analysis use the Error Correction Model analysis where the variable number of seeds, demand, pelleted feed, silk worms, and organic supplements that are significant in the long term are the demand variable with a probability value of 0.0000<0.5 and pelleted feed with a probability value of 0.0289<0.5, while in the short term, what is significant is the demand variable with a probability value of 0.0005 <0.5.Based on the results of the study, the variables that have a significant effect on income in the long term are demand and pellet feed, while in the short term, demand

HUBUNGAN ANTARA KUALITAS KEHIDUPAN KERJA DENGAN KETERIKATAN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan keterikatan kerja pada karyawan PT X. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Pengambilan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan menggunakan 50 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang berisi skala kualitas kehidupan kerja dan skala keterikatan kerja. Kemudian data yang diperoleh akan dianalisa menggunakan uji korelasi product moment dengan menggunakan bantuan dari software SPSS 26.0 for mac.   Hasil analisa data diperoleh bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan keterikatan kerja pada karyawan PT X. Hal ini dibuktikan dari taraf signifikansi sebesar 0.000 (p < 0.05) dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.517. Berdasarkan hasil analisa tersebut dapat disimpulkan  bahwa  terdapat  hubungan  yang  signifikan  dan  positif antara  kualitas  kehidupan  kerja dengan  keterikatan  kerja  pada  karyawan  PT  X.  Hal ini menunjukkan  jika  semakin  tinggi  kualitas kehidupan kerja, maka akan semakin tinggi juga keterikatan kerja karyawan pada perusahaan tersebut. Hal ini juga berlaku sebaliknya, jika semakin rendah kualitas kehidupan kerja maka semakin rendah juga keterikatan kerja. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja, Keterikatan Kerja, Karyawan     Abstract This study aims to determine the relationship between work-life quality and work engagement in PT X employees. The method in this study uses correlational quantitative research methods. The number of samples in this study used a saturated sample technique using 50 employees. This study's data collection techniques used a questionnaire containing a scale of work-life quality and work engagement scale. Then the data obtained will be analyzed using the product-moment correlation test using the help of SPSS 26.0 software for mac. The data analysis results showed a relationship between the quality of work-life and work engagement for employees of PT X. This was evidenced by the significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05) with a correlation coefficient of 0.517. Based on the analysis results, it can be concluded that there is a significant and positive relationship between the quality of work-life and work engagement for PT X employees.  This  also  applies  vice  versa,  the  lower  the  quality  of  work-life,  the  lower  the  work engagement. Pengaruh Menonton Film The Tinder Swindler Terhadap Self Disclosure Perempuan Di Kota Bogor

Dalam proses komunikasi tentu keterbukaan diri diperlukan untuk memperlancar komunikasi, namun pada kenyataannya keterbukaan diri atas informasi dari seseorang dapat disalahgunakan untuk kasus kejahatan, dan tindakan buruk lainnya. Seperti yang ditayangkan dalam film dokumenter The Tinder Swindler, perempuan sering kali menjadi target kejahatan dan penipuan melalui aplikasi kencan online atau media sosial lainnya. Dalam menonton film tersebut audiens dapat memberikan pandangan berbeda terkait informasi yang disampaikan, tergantung dengan tinggi atau rendahnya pengaruh dari film tersebut. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mencari tahu bagaimana pengaruh dari film dokumenter The Tinder Swindler terhadap keterbukaan diri (self disclosure) pada perempuan di Bogor. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori stimulus respon karena dalam teori ini audiens berhak menerima ataupun menolak pesan atau informasi yang disampaikan melalui media khususnya dalam penelitian ini adalah film. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan informan perempuan usia 17-30 tahun di kota Bogor. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar perempuan di kota Bogor terpengaruh oleh film The Tinder Swindler karena  adanya pemahaman dan pemikiran baru mengenai keterbukaan diri sehingga menjadi  lebih selektif dan hati – hati ketika bertemu dengan orang baru

Perbandingan Efektivitas dalam Sistem Pembayaran Sistem Kliring Nasional Bank Indonesia (SKNBI) dengan Bank Indonesia Real Time Gross Settelment (BI-RTGS) pada PT Bank SUMUT KCP Syariah Simpang Kayu Besar

This research is entitled "Comparison of Effectiveness in the Payment System of the National Clearing System of Bank Indonesia (SKNBI) and Bank Indonesia Real Time Gross Settlement (BI-RTGS) at  the Bank of the Sumatran sharia bank Simpang Kayu Besar ". The purpose of this paper is to compare the mechanism of the Bank Indonesia National Clearing System (SKNBI) with Bank Indonesia Real Time Gross Settlement (BI-RTGS) to see the effectiveness of the smooth payment system at the Simpang Kayu Besar Syariah Bank. The type of data used in this paper is primary data obtained through observation and interviews with the bank, namely employees of the bank teller of the Sumatran sharia bank Simpang Kayu Besar, and secondary data obtained by approaching or documenting archives, documents, and records. The data analysis method used in this paper is a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The conclusions that can be drawn from this report are (1) The implementation of these two payment systems has been carried out properly and in accordance with the stipulated provisions or regulations of Bank Indonesia; (2) The payment system through the BI-RTGS mechanism is more effectively used for the smooth running of the payment system at Bank Indonesia Jambi than through the SKNBI mechanism in terms of the implementation mechanism and in terms of the time required for the settlement process because the settlement process is faster, but from in terms of the cost of the payment system through the SKNBI mechanism is more effective than through the BI-RTGS mechanism because the costs are relatively cheap, so that the payment system through this mechanism is more in demand by the public, and; (3) On the integration side, the Bank Indonesia National Clearing System is more effective even though it is carried out at certain times, either by Bank Indonesia itself, banks or through seminars held by universities in Jambi. Meanwhile, BI-RTGS is not yet effective and socialization has not been maximized, either directly or indirectly. So many people do not know the advantages and disadvantages of this payment system

WRITING STYLE COMPARISON BETWEEN MALE AND FEMALE STUDENTS IN WRITING ARGUMENTATIVE ESSAY

Male and female students have different and similar writing styles. These differences and similarities make them have their own characteristics in writing. The differences that occur can be seen in terms of lexical and grammatical features. This research aimed to compare writing style between male and female students in writing argumentative essay. This research was conducted at English Language Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Educational Sciences, Pakuan University. There were four male and four female students from 4A in this research as the participants. To gain the research data, the researcher used three research instruments: documentation, questionnaire, and interview. Documentation instrument was used to analyze students work. Questionnaire instrument was distributed two times for each student. Interview was conducted once for each student. According to the data analysis, it was found that there are two similarities and three differences between male and female students in writing argumentative essay. The similarities are the use of psychological processes and the use of sentence structure, punctuation, and capitalization. Analisis Kandungan DNA Babi pada Produk Daging Olahan di Pasar-Pasar Kelurahan Cempaka Putih dan Tinjauannya Menurut Pandangan Islam

Pendahuluan: Berdasarkan syariat islam, status kehalalan suatu makanan menjadi syarat bagi umat muslim dalam mengambil keputusan untuk mengonsumsi suatu makanan. Banyak masyarakat terutama umat muslim resah terhadap pencampuran bahan non-halal seperti pencampuran daging babi ke dalam produk daging olahan, padahal di Indonesia produk daging olahan seperti bakso, sosis, nugget, dan kornet termasuk salah satu produk makanan yang banyak dikonsumsi. Belum ada informasi tentang analisis cemaran DNA babi pada produk daging olahan terutama produk bakso di pasar-pasar Kelurahan Cempaka Putih. Maka dari itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah menganalisa keberadaan cemaran DNA babi pada produk daging olahan berupa produk bakso di pasar-pasar Kelurahan Cempaka Putih serta tinjauannya menurut islam. Metode: Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Real Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) dengan menggunakan QIAGEN Mericon Pig Kit. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh sampel produk bakso (5 sampel uji) tidak mengandung DNA babi. Kesimpulan: Mayoritas ulama sepakat bahwa memanfaatkan babi dan seluruh unsur-unsur babi adalah haram, dengan tidak adanya sampel yang tercemar DNA babi maka produk sampel bakso di Pasar-Pasar Kelurahan Cempaka Putih aman untuk dikonsumsi umat muslim

Beyond Bilateral: The Constitutive Dimensions of Strategic Partnership between Japan and Thailand

This article discusses bilateral state cooperation that was developed, with the agreement of both states, into a more comprehensive and long-term partnership, known as a Strategic Partnership. The dynamics in the bilateral relationship between these states, then become an attraction to further analyze the Japan-Thailand strategic partnership. The focus in this article is on the function of the strategic partnership, the roles of the two actors, and viewing it in a constitutive dimension. The author uses qualitative research using primary and secondary data in analyzing. The relationship and interactions between Japan and Thailand are analyzed on three levels: international, bilateral and individual, using the concept of strategic partnership as a social interaction between global actors and the role-playing that occurs. By observing from the perspective of both actors, the authors argue that the strategic partnership agreed upon by Japan and Thailand acts as an agency that facilitates self-conception to maintain their position, status and role in the international system
