The aim of this study was to investigate relationship between Occupational Self-Efficacy and Organizational Commitment among teachers in Mysore City of India. This study is to find out the relationship between occupational self-efficacy and organizational commitment; to find out relationship between work experience and occupational self-efficacy. Sample of this study was 600 teachers from Government and Private institutes that have drown by random sampling. Next, a Pearson Correlation Coefficient has been applied to analyze hypotheses by SPSS version 20.results of Pearson Correlation Coefficient and indicates r(598) = + 0.465, p = 0.00 < 0.05. the Findings indicate a significant positive relationship between occupational self-efficacy and organizational commitment. Also findings highlightes that in educational field, teachers as a key element of the system should concentrate on some psychological aspect of their personality. This finding indicates high self-efficacy and high organizational commitment are positively related and it can be apply in workplace to enhance productivity of educational outcomes. But there was no significant difference between work experience and occupational self-efficacy

This study investigated the relationship between psychological well-being and Organizational Commitment among the teachers in the city of Mysore, India. It aimed at studying the relationship between psychological well-being and organizational commitment and finding out the effect of work experience on organizational commitment. Using random sampling, 600 teachers were drawn; from both government and private schools. Following Spearman's Rho Correlation Coefficient and Lineer Regression the fulfillment of the hypotheses of the study were checked using SPSS, version 20. The results of Spearman‘s Correlation Co-efficient were [. r(598) = + 0.341, p = 0.00 < 0.01] and the Lineer Regression was B=.-0.20, p=376. The ultimate findings of the study showed a significant positive relationship between psychological well-being and organizational commitment. They have also shown that psychological well-being and organizational commitment are positively related; hence, it can be applied in educational institutions to enhance better productivity of educational outcomes. However, the results have shown no significant effect of work experience on organizational commitment

This study aimed at exploring the relationship between Occupational Self-Efficacy and psychological well-being among teachers in the city of Mysore, India. There are two major objectives of the study: to study the relationship between occupational self-efficacy and psychological well-being; and to investigate the effect of the variable of gender on occupational self-efficacy and psychological well-being. 600 teachers, from both Government and Private Schools, have been drowned by random sampling. A Spearman’s Correlation Coefficient and Mann Whitney’s U test have been applied to analyze hypotheses using SPSS version 20. The results of Spearman’s Correlation Coefficient indicated a positive and significant correlation between occupational self-efficacy and psychological well-being. The findings highlighted that, in the educational field, organizations should concentrate on teachers as a key element of the educated society; hence, they should concentrate on the psychological aspects of teachers’ personality. The study has also found that high self-efficacy and high psychological well-being are positively related; which in turn, could be considered in workplace in order to progress the productivity of educational outcomes. Finally, there was no significant effect of gender on both occupational self-efficacy and psychological well-being

A group of strong antioxidants, such as ascorbic acid and 24- epibrassinolide have significant environmental effects on plant growth and development. They can cause an increase in plant tolerance to environmental stresses. This research is performed to study the interaction of ascorbic acid and 24- epibrassinolide on the amount of protein and activity of antioxidant catalase enzymes and peroxidase in jiropt bean plants (Phaseolus acutifolius) under salinity. The experiments were performed completely as randomized factorial designs with three concentration of NaCl (0,5,10 %),three concentration of ascorbic acid (0,10,15µm) and Three concentration of 24- epibrassinolide(0,5,10 µm)each one with three replications in greenhouse controlled conditions. The results showed that salinity has a significant and cumulative effect on the protein content and activity of antioxidant enzymes of catalase and peroxidase. The destructive Ascorbic acid-modified effects salt and increases protein content and activity of catalase and peroxidase enzymes, 24-epibrassinolide modified salt effects and caused more increase in protein content and activity of antioxidant enzymes compared to salt treatment, the interaction between ascorbic acid and 24- epibrassinolide on modifying the salt effects were observed in bean plants.&nbsp
