The article analyses the distribution of counterfeit products through marketplaces in Russia in the context of the rapid growth of e-commerce, as well as the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on the analysis of statistical data of reports and reports of companies and organizations specializing in research of the counterfeit market in Russia, the paper concludes that marketplaces are one of the channels for the distribution of counterfeit goods. The consequences of selling counterfeit goods online have a negative impact on the state, which does not receive tax revenues to the budget, rights holders who lose their profits and reputation, as well as on consumers in the form of harm to health and threat to life. The study of the work of one of the popular marketplaces Wildberries allows us to speak about the lack of interest of the marketplace as an online trading platform in monitoring sellers (suppliers) of goods for violation of intellectual property rights. The authors of the article made a number of proposals to improve measures to counter the appearance and spread of counterfeit goods through marketplaces. The paper determines that the fight against counterfeiting should be carried out in a complex and only with the interested participation of the state, copyright holders, buyers and marketplaces

The essence, purpose and concept of electronic customs have been considered. According to the results of the analysis of regulatory legal acts and scientific literature, a conclusion about the absence of a system concept of electronic customs has been drawn. Based on the identified key characteristics, the corresponding author’s definition has been formulated. The problems of the development of the electronic customs institute in the Russian Federation have been analysed, the main ones are the imperfection of the technologies used, the insufficient qualifications of electronic customs personnel, the imperfect mechanism of interaction between electronic customs and other elements of the system, the absence of criteria for the effectiveness of electronic customs, the theoretical foundation and the conceptual framework of the electronic customs institute. The prospects for the development of electronic customs have been determined and conclusions about the need to improve the theoretical, legislative and technical basis for the development of customs authorities in the context of the digitalization of the economy of the Russian Federation have been made

Structural Information in Two-Dimensional Patterns: Entropy Convergence and Excess Entropy

We develop information-theoretic measures of spatial structure and pattern in more than one dimension. As is well known, the entropy density of a two-dimensional configuration can be efficiently and accurately estimated via a converging sequence of conditional entropies. We show that the manner in which these conditional entropies converge to their asymptotic value serves as a measure of global correlation and structure for spatial systems in any dimension. We compare and contrast entropy-convergence with mutual-information and structure-factor techniques for quantifying and detecting spatial structure.Comment: 11 pages, 5 figures, http://www.santafe.edu/projects/CompMech/papers/2dnnn.htm

The prospect of the use of microorganisms in medical and veterinary practice at the present stage of scientific development has high potential based on natural mechanisms of protection and adaptation of organisms to the effects of adverse factors. The biological adaptation potential of microorganisms to the effects of heavy metals found its practical application in studies of soil and water bioremediation. Based on the above, we set the aim to assess inhibitory characteristics of various heavy metal compounds, the extent of their impact on the growth of populations of probiotic strains Bacillus subtilis, and to study biosorption criteria of the strains. To achieve this aim, we used isolated cultures of probiotic strains B. subtilis 534 and B. subtilis 10641 extracted from drugs Sporobacterin and Vetom 1.1, respectively. Various chemical compounds of iron, copper, zinc, cadmium, and lead with a various anion component were used as growth inhibitors in the study. The criterion for the selection of compounds was a high level of their dissociation in water solutions. Data presented in this work experimentally confirm the capability of using probiotic strains in ecosystems of biological origin. A comparison of two strains of Bacillus subtilis showed a high level of resistance to xenobiotic elements with strain differences in the studied microorganism. The B. subtilis 534 strain revealed a higher level of resistance to compounds with a direct correlation between the inhibitory characteristics of the elements and the level of element sorption from the nutrient substrate

Determining the degree of damage for reinforced concrete spans of railway bridges

The authors have considered an important issue, i.e. determining the degree of defectiveness and creating the maintenance schedule for the artificial structures to keep them in safe conditions during the exploitation. The main goal is to minimize the impact of human factors on prioritization of repairs among defective artificial structures by using the given method elaborated in the article

The comparative analysis of a state of spruse stands state on the constant test of forestry’s

    No full text
Data on the volume of the current and general attrition at the constant experimental plats in spruce stands in the forestry’s during 2004–2013 are analysed. According to the forestry’s and the results of own inspections of the constant experimental plats, the comparative analysis of the spruce stands state on constant experimental plats of Tolochin forestry, Cherven forestry, Chausy forestry and Borisov skilled forestry is made. As a result dynamics of state changes in spruce stands at the experimental plats for 2011–2014 and dynamics of dead wood formation in spruce stands is presented. The current as-sessment of the constant experimental plats condition on the average category of state and according to the current and general attrition is also given. The reasons of difference between our and forestry data on the assessment of a condition of spruce stands on constant trial squares are analysed and discussed. It is established that in a number of the surveyed constant experimental plats of the forestry’s there is an overestimate of an assessment of a condition of spruce forest stands that can lead to an inexact assessment of current state of spruce plantings in a number of regions of the republic
