    In this paper contains and describes how the people of Eastern Indonesia in the reception of verses about khamar, namely in an-Nahl (16): 67, QS. al-Baqarah (2): 219, QS. al-Maidah (5): 90, and QS. an-Nisa (4): 43. In the general view ofscholars khamar or the like, sopi is indeed something that is unlawful. This issue then raises problems in the lives of Eastern Indonesian people, who regard khamar or sopi as a symbol of brotherhood, encouragement of tradition and a turning wheel of the people's economy. This paper is qualitative in nature, combining library research and field research. The data in this paper were collected by observation techniques, and interviews were then analyzed using the analysis of the phenomenology of Edmund Husserl, with religious leaders, and traditional leaders as research subjects. This paper contains the formulation of the problem (1) How is the reception of Eastern Indonesian people about theverse khamar in the Qur’an? (2) What is the perception of the community in distinguishing mudharat and the benefits of drinks khamar? They show of community reception through four verses attention to three aspects, symbolizing brotherhood, tradition and players encouragement economy of the community, in the reception also showed a reinterpretation of the meaning of the verse of the Qur’an, in particular paragraph of the law to drink alcohol or gin, which in the science of usul fiqh can be categorized as a rukhshah, that is, a codification of law that is given shari'ah for the mukallaf who has difficulty in carrying out the taklif that is imposed on him

    Testing the Conditional Correlations and Volatility Spillovers Between US and ASEAN Islamic Stock Markets: a Multivariate GARCH Analysis

    This study examines the conditional correlations and volatility spillovers between the US and ASEAN Islamic stock markets. The empirical design uses MSCI (Morgan Stanley Capital International) Islamic indexes as it adopted stringent restriction to include companies in sharia list. By using a three multivariate GARCH models (BEKK, diagonal VECH, and CCC model), we find evidence of returns and volatility spillovers from the US to the ASEAN Islamic stock markets. However, as the estimated time-varying conditional correlations and volatilities indicate there is still a room for diversification benefits, particularly in the single markets. The Islamic MSCI of Thailand, Indonesia, and Singapore are less correlate to the US MSCI Islamic index. The implication is that foreign investors may benefit from the reduction of risk by adding the Islamic stocks in those countries

Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka penulis tertarik meneliti, bagaimana Undang-Undang Telekomunikasi jo Peraturan Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika dan Undang-Undang Tindak Pidana Korupsi mengatur mekanisme pemanfaatan aset negara berupa jaringan satelit, mengapa aset negara berupa jaringan satelit kerap kali disalahgunakan didalam pemanfaatannya oleh korporasi, serta bagaimana upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk melindungi aset negara dalam bentuk jaringan satelit terhadap penyalahgunaan yang dilakukan oleh korporasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan spesifikasi penelitian yang bersifat deskriftif analitis dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif dibantu yuridis empiris, data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data berupa yuridis kualitatif. Pemanfaatan aset negara berupa jaringan satelit melalui pita frekuensi merupakan salah satu hak yang dalam pemanfaatannya diatur oleh peraturan perundang-undangan agar tercipta keadilan, kepastian dan ketertiban, keamanan, keseimbangan, perlindungan dan pemeliharaan dalam pemanfataannya. Jaringan satelit yang merupakan jaringan satelit aset negara pemanfaatannya mensyaratkan izin dan pembayaran tarif tertentu, sehingga konsekuensinya ketika terjadi penyalahgunaan pemanfaatan jaringan satelit, negara akan mengalami kerugian. Aset negara berupa jaringan satelit kerap kali disalahgunakan didalam pemanfaatannya oleh korporasi disebabkan beberapa faktor diantaranya faktor hukum itu sendiri dalam hal ini peraturan perundang-undangannya, faktor penegak hukum, faktor sarana atau fasilitas yang mendukung pengawasan dan penegakan hukum itu sendiri, faktor masyarakat, yakni lingkungan dimana hukum tersebut berlaku atau diterapkan, dalam hal ini yaitu lingkungan korporasi, faktor kebudayaan yakni kurangnya kesadaran hukum korporasi dalam upaya pemanfaatan aset negara secara berkeadilan dan tertib sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, dimana pemanfaatan yang tidak secara berkeadilan akan membawa negara menuju kepada kehancuran. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk melindungi aset negara dalam bentuk jaringan satelit terhadap penyalahgunaan yang dilakukan oleh korporasi harus berangkat dari beberapa faktor yang menjadi penyebab penyalahgunaan pemanfaatan jaringan satelit diantaranya yaitu melalui upaya preventif berupa revisi perunang-undangan, pengawasan, sosialisasi sert upaya represif berupa penegakan hukum. Penegakan hukum harus dilaksanakan tanpa pandang bulu, sebagai bentuk keyakinan atas doktrin hukum, bahwa setiap orang mempunyai kedudukan yang sama di depan hukum.     Hidden conformal symmetry for dyonic Kerr-Sen black hole and its gauged family

    Motivated by advanced progress in the holographic theory between rotating black holes and CFT, we explore the conformal invariance on dyonic Kerr-Sen black hole and its gauged family. We consider a neutral massless scalar probe on the black holes' background within the low-frequency limit and exhibit that the solution space possesses SL(2,R)Ă—SL(2,R)SL(2,R)\times SL(2,R) isometry. The periodic identification of the azimuthal angle corresponds to the spontaneous conformal symmetry breaking by temperatures TL,TRT_L,T_R. Using the computation of the central charges on Ref. [51], we successfully derive the Bekenstein-Hawking entropy from Cardy entropy formula. Furthermore, we also calculate the absorption cross-section from gravity side for generic non-extremal dyonic Kerr-Sen black hole and near-extremal gauged dyonic Kerr-Sen black hole. Our calculations show that those quantities are in perfect match with the calculation from CFT.     Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the effect of the provision of drug-related information and patient education booklets on the hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c) levels of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods: This prospective study was conducted at the Kembangan Health Center, West Jakarta, Indonesia, from March to June 2017. A total of30 patients were divided into two equal groups: In addition to routine treatment, patients in the intervention group received drug-related informationand patient education booklet, while those in the control group received no additional intervention. The provision of drug information was throughdirect education as well as through telephone, short messages, and booklet. HbA1c level was measured as a surrogate measure of treatment adherence.HbA1c concentration was measured at baseline and 11 weeks after the intervention.Results: Mean HbA1c level in the intervention group decreased from 8.05±0.91% at week 0 to 6.92±0.47% at week 11 after intervention (p<0.05).Conclusion: In this study, provision of drug information and patient education booklets helped to improve the patient compliance

    Pengaruh Bentuk Baja Pelapisan Hot Dip Galvanizing Terhadap Laju Korosi Pada Baja St 41

    Baja St 41 termasuk baja karbon rendah karena memiliki kandungan karbon kurang dari 0,3%. Baja St 41 memilki keuletan dan ketangguhan yang baik, namun memilki ketahanan korosi yang kurang baik. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan treatment untuk memperbaiki ketahanan korosinya, salah satunya dengan cara hot dip galvanizing. Hot dip galvanizing merupakan proses pelapisan logam menggunakan logam zinc (seng) sebagai bahan pelapis untuk melindungi baja dari serangan korosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa laju korosi pada baja St 41 yang telah dilapisi dengan cara hot dip galvanizing. Variasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi, waktu galvanizing 15 detik, 30 detik, dan 45 detik, waktu perendaman korosi 7 hari, 14 hari, dan 21 hari, media pengkorosif menggunakan air laut Sidoarjo dan air laut Gresik. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kehilangan berat berdasarkan ASTM G31-72, media pengkorosif akan diuji salinitas, TDS, dan pHnya sebelum dan sesudah proses pengujian korosi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa waktu galvanizing, variasi waktu perendaman dan media pengkorosif mempengaruhi laju korosi pada baja St 41 yang telah digalvanizing. Laju korosi terbesar pada media pengkorosif air laut Gresik terjadi pada spesimen bentuk plat yang digalvanizing 15 detik dengan waktu perendaman 7 hari sebesar 0,4781 mmpy. Laju korosi terkecil pada media pengkorosif air laut Gresik terjadi pada pada spesimen bentuk selindris yang digalvanizing 45 detik dengan waktu perendaman 21 hari sebesar 0,2839 mmpy. Laju korosi terbesar pada media pengkorosif air laut Sidoarjo terjadi pada spesimen bentuk plat yang digalvanizing 15 detik dengan waktu perendaman 7 hari sebesar 0,4013 mmpy. Laju korosi terkecil pada media pengkorosif air laut Gresik terjadi pada pada spesimen bentuk selindris yang digalvanizing 45 detik dengan waktu perendaman 21 hari sebesar 0,2776 mmpy.Semakin lama waktu perendaman maka laju korosi semakin menurun. Semakin besar nilai salinitas, TDS, dan pH semakin asam pada media pengkorosif maka laju korosi semakin besar. Kata kunci: baja St 41, bentuk baja, media pengkorosif, waktu perendaman, laju korosi

    Dual CFT on Nariai limit for Kerr-Newman-dS and Kerr-Sen-dS black holes

    In this work, we study the Kerr-Newman-de Sitter black hole in the Nariai limit. Nariai limit denotes the coincidence between event horizon and the cosmological horizon. We show that the near-horizon Kerr-Newman-de Sitter black hole in Nariai limit is a fiber over AdS2_2 with an appropriate coordinate transformation, instead of fiber over dS2_2. Hence, we can compute the associated central charge and CFT temperature by using the Kerr/CFT method. It is remarkably exhibited that through Cardy's growth of states, the Bekenstein-Hawking entropy on cosmological horizon is reproduced. Moreover, we show that the radial equation of the quantum scalar field on this charged rotating background in Nariai limit can be portrayed in quadratic Casimir operator form with SL(2,R)Ă—SL(2,R)SL(2,R)\times SL(2,R) isometry. We also compute the corresponding thermodynamic quantities from CFT to find the absorption cross-section and real-time correlator. We also extend the dual CFT computation in Nariai limit for Kerr-Sen-dS black hole solution.     Testing The Warrants Mispricing and Their Determinants: The Panel Data Models

    This paper empirically studied the impact of several variables such as moneyness, stock return, maturity, and volatility on the warrant mispricing. We selected 4 companies listed in Bursa Malaysia such as MHC Plantations Bhd, MKH Bhd, YFG Bhd, and UNISEM to investigate the mispricing of warrants. Subsequently, panel time series data employed with daily basis from 30 June 2010 until 30 June 2013. The Black-Scholes Option Pricing Model (BSOPM) used to determine the mispricing of warrant. Several panel data techniques employed in this study such as pooled-OLS, fixed effect model (FEM), and random effect model (REM). In turn, we found that FEM is well explained the determinants of warrant mispricing. Thus, empirical results suggest that moneyness, maturity, and volatility are positively and significantly explained the mispricing of warrant, while stock return does not give an impact toward the warrant mispricing. The BSOPM is consistently mispricing the warrant either in-the-money (ITM) or out-the money (OTM) warrants. The market is not efficient on the warrants traded for four companies observe
