The role and position of organizational culture in knowledge management in government-owned banks of Gilan Province

    Get PDF
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationship between two variables of organizational culture and knowledge management in government-owned banks of Gilan Province. Studies that deal with reasons of the failure of management innovations suggest that organizational culture is a major factor for success. The research method is a descriptive correlational. Research population includes 346 employees of government-owned banks of Gilan Province. The measuring instrument is questionnaire and data are analyzed by SPSS software, t statistical tests and Spearman correlation test. Results showed that there was a significant relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management; and between the components, the organizational culture of individual creativity is most correlated with knowledge management

The role of banks in the realization of resistive economy goals

This article tries to study and identify the internal and external structural problems of Iran monetary and bank system and the role of banks in the resistive economy with respect to the significance of resistive economy and its requirements. And, this has made an attempt to present useful information on this type of economy and the improvement of the monetary system structure of Iran. The results of the article concerning the identification of the challenges in the monetary and banking system in Iran, that is, the only existing solution in resistive economy are the removal of damages and reconstruction of the inefficient and tired structures. Reformation of some economic policy making in Iran as well as principle and rational planning is regarded

Feeding habits of Pomadasys stridens were studied in northern part of the Persian Gulf. A total of 591 specimens were collected from the coastal water of Bushehr Province using trawl boats from May 2012 to April 2013 and diet composition, feeding intensity and season changes in diet composition were investigated. Vacuity Index was 81% during the study. RGL was 0.98±0.03 classifying this species as carnivorous to omnivorous fish. Pomadasys stridens had consumed 48 different food categories in 7 taxonomic classes. Crustacean, Mollusca, foraminifera, nematodes, Echinodermata, Annelida and miscellaneous were the main observed food items. There was no significant difference between males and females regarding diet composition in different months

Effectiveness of problem-solving therapy for depression and dysfunctional attitudes in patients after coronary artery bypass graft surgery: a randomized clinical trial

Objective: In patients with coronary artery bypass depression is common and a major cause of mortality after graft surgery. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of problem solving therapy (PST) in patients with coronary artery bypass by assessing changes in depression and dysfunctional attitudes after graft surgery. Material and Methods: This randomized controlled trial conducted in Tehran Shahid Modarres Hospital in autumn 2018. Intervention group received PST individually in six sessions of one-hour per week and control group only received education of usual care program for two sessions. At the end of the intervention course and Follow up, both groups were tested simultaneously using the Research tools and the data were analyzed by repeated measures analysis of variance using SPSS-18 software. Results: Patients receiving PST intervention showed significant improvement based BDI (P=0.018) and DSA-26 (P= 0.009). Also, compared with Usual Care, BDI remission of rates were superior in the PST group (P= 0.001) and larger decrease on the dysfunctional attitudes in the DAS-26 at two follow up times (P= 0.001). Conclusions: These results shows that PST will be effective in reducing depression and dysfunctional attitudes in among patients with Coronary Artery Bypass Graft surgery. Then PST is an effective intervention that can improve problem-solving abilities and mental health-related in CABG surgery patient

Analysis and Professional Designing of COBRA (Computationally Optimized Broadly Reactive Antigen) Vaccine for Bm86 midgut Protein of R. microplus and R. annulatus Ticks

Introduction: The cattle tick Rhipicephalus spp. causes significant economic losses due to diseases in animals and human. Bm86 is a midgut protein and vaccine candidate, which its sequences among the isolates of Ripsephalus spp are geographically separated, variable, and are the main reason for reducing effectiveness, and subsequently, the failure of the recombinant vaccines. Method: In this bioinformatics study, the sequences of R. microplus and R. annulatus were retrieved, aligned, and edited. Then, the variation plot and phylogenetic tree were constructed. Afterwards, grouping and taxa marking for designing evolutionary vaccine, COBRA antigen, center of tree and ancestral were done. Also, over COBRA vaccine sequences, modeling analysis and superimpose test were done. Results: In both R. microplus and R. annulatus, the most variable region were residues 177-181, 270-276, and 351-352, respectively. 6 sequences were selected as appropriate sequences for design of evolutionary vaccine, and 12 for the realignment of and achieving sequences for design of COBRA antigen. On the other hand, R. annulatus sequences were in sister branches and more similar to each other compared to Bm86 protein sequences in R. microplus except ADQ19687. The sequences selected for vaccine design based on the center of tree and ancestral, were AJE29931, AJE29932, and ATW75472, and ATW5476, ADM86722, ACZ55133 sequences, respectively. Conclusion: Anti-tick COBRA-based vaccines of Bm86 could be more cost-effective and better alternative with broader spectrum, compared to the commonly used recombinant vaccines
