Moral awareness is a sense of self that feels good and bad, which is able to distinguish halal and haram, and rights and vanity. Man understands with his deeds. The human being as the subject realizes that he is dealing with his deed now, before, during and after the work is done. This article aims to expose ethics in Islam that is described in ethics towards God, man, and the natural environment. Ethics of God is based on moral law through gratitude to Him. Unlike ethics to man, the nature of his freedom becomes a moral creature that always interact to achieve happiness as the ultimate goal of ethics. In ethics on the environment, attitudes, actions, and ethical perspectives and management of environmental stewardship and all members of the ecosystem are indispensable

Isolation of cellulose microfibrils - An enzymatic approach

Isolation methods and applications of cellulose microfibrils are expanding rapidly due to environmental benefits and specific strength properties, especially in bio-composite science. In this research, we have success-fully developed and explored a novel bio-pretreatment for wood fibre that can substantially improve the microfibril yield, in comparison to current techniques used to isolate cellulose microfibrils. Microfibrils currently are isolated in the laboratory through a combination of high shear refining and cryocrushing. A high energy requirement of these procedures is hampering momentum in the direction of microfibril isolation on a sufficiently large scale to suit potential applications. Any attempt to loosen up the microfibrils by either complete or partial destruction of the hydrogen bonds before the mechanical process would be a step forward in the quest for economical isolation of cellulose microfibrils. Bleached kraft pulp was treated with OS1, a fungus isolated from Dutch Elm trees infected with Dutch elm disease, under different treatment conditions. The percentage yield of cellulose microfibrils, based on their diameter, showed a significant shift towards a lower diameter range after the high shear refining, compared to the yield of cellulose microfibrils from untreated fibres. The overall yield of cellulose microfibrils from the treated fibres did not show any sizeable decrease

The development of models of tensor type for a digital simulation of the quiet, clean safe engine (QCSE) gas turbine engine; the extension, to nonlinear multivariate control system design, of the concepts of total synthesis which trace their roots back to certain early investigations under this grant; the role of series descriptions as they relate to questions of scheduling in the control of gas turbine engines; the development of computer-aided design software for tensor modeling calculations; further enhancement of the softwares for linear total synthesis, mentioned above; and calculation of the first known examples using tensors for nonlinear feedback control are discussed

Educated gane tool is a kind of gane which consists of educational value it is functioned to stimuli children\u27s imagination cognitively. The process is to give stimulus so it can increase the development skill and socializing a independency. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of educated game tool to preschool children development. The method of this research is one pre-post test group which the researcher observed before and after treatment. The sample is purposive sampling, total of the sampling is 17 respondent. Data which was gotten then analyzed by using wilcoxon signed ranks. The result of the research shows (p=0,000 < α=0,05), it means that there is effect from educated game tool to pre school childreen. From these result, it is suggested to parents a school to pay more attention to pre school children\u27s development especially speaking, language, socializing a independence ability

We study approximate Birkhoff-James orthogonality of bounded linear operators defined between normed linear spaces X\mathbb{X} and Y.\mathbb{Y}. As an application of the results obtained, we characterize smoothness of a bounded linear operator TT under the condition that K(X,Y),\mathbb{K}(\mathbb{X},\mathbb{Y}), the space of compact linear operators is an MM-ideal in L(X,Y),\mathbb{L}(\mathbb{X},\mathbb{Y}), the space of bounded linear operators

Ligninases production and partial purification of mnp from brazilian fungal isolate in submerged fermentation.

ABSTRACT: The potential of ligninases as a green tool for effective valorization of lignin can be shown through enzymatic cocktails containing different lignin degrading enzymes. The present study deals with the screening of potential fungal strains useful for the liquefaction of bark containing lignin. Three different local isolates (Pleurotus ostreatus POS97/14, Pycnoporus sanguineus and the local isolated fungal strain) were selected out of ten different strains for ligninases production. Maximum production of enzymes was observed in the local isolated fungal strain after ten days in submerged fermentation. The isolated fungal strain produces ligninases mainly for manganese peroxidase (MnP). The enzyme oxidized a variety of the usual MnP substrates, including lignin related phenols. Furthermore, the partial purification for MnP was determined by FPLC and the molecular weight was evaluated by SDS-PAGE
