Symmetries of geometrical and physical quantities in general relativity provide important information about the curvature structure of the spacetimes. Symmetries of the curvature and the Weyl tensors, known as curvature and Weyl collineations respectively, are two of such important symmetries. Early Delirium Assessment for Hospitalized Older People in Indonesia: a Systematic Review

Background: Due to the increasing risk of getting co-morbidity and frailty, older people tend to be prone to hospitalization. Hospitalization in older people brings many adverse effects. Moreover, when these elderly get delirium, the mortality and morbidity will increase. The risk of getting deterioration and worsening condition because of delirium would also increase. In fact, delirium assessment is not a high priority in taking care older people during hospitalization because the focus of care is treating the disease.Delirium screening as an early recognition of delirium in the hospitalized elderly inIndonesia remains unreported and even do not well evaluated. Therefore, delirium as a preventable problem or causing problems remains unrecognized.Purpose: This paper aims to review the current evidence of early assessment of delirium in hospitalized older people.Methods: A systematic review was conducted from four databases yielding to 4 articles which met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Results: There are four focuses on the result, namely delirium screening tools, patient characteristics, identified early delirium assessment, and outcomes affected by early delirium assessment. Confusion Assessment Method (CAM) was used as the delirium screening tool in the hospital. Establishing the care team involving many disciplines will give a better way to improve the integrated care and collaborative care.Conclusion: Performing CAM integrated into comprehensive geriatric assessment can be the most important thing to be undertaken when looking after the hospitalized elderly

Arahan Penataan Ruang Jalan Sebagai Ruang Publik Pada Kawasan Komersial Kajian Pada Setting Elemen Fisik Dan Aktifitas Studi Kasus : Jalan Pemuda â Kota Magelang

ABSTRACT The area of Jalan Pemuda in Magelang County, which is from the beginning had already under the Dutch authority and Chinese merchants concentration, was known as an important regional passing way. Because of its strategic location and enclosed by two important generators-Alun-alun and Pasar Rejowinangun- at both of its ends, now Jalan Pemuda has developed into a main commercial center including various informal business or street vendors (mention : PKL). To evaluate the condition of Jalan Pemuda as a public space in commercial area towards a representative condition, the study included physical setting aspect of the street wall and other physical elements, as well as the aspect of activities setting, for both the "wall" and the street space in the discussion. Street wall could be formed by the character of buildings, street vendors, and tree lines along the street, while street space dominated by the activity that being observed, is the activity of pedestrian, street vendors, and parking, along with physiology and psychology needs of the user. The strategic issues of this context were : 1) the formal character of the street wall is unattractive2) function and usage of the "wall" and street space which is unbalanced3) the movement of pedestrian which is not well run. This research was intended to find the factors that caused the above problems and the guidelines which is needed to manage Jalan Pemuda as a better public space in a commercial area. The 3 main issues mentioned above, will be discussed within two main settings-physical and activity-which is divided into segment I around Alun-alun and segment II along the Chinatown area. Further more the two main segments are divided into eastern and western side of the street. This study is interesting because of the problems uniqueness from those 3 issues and its connection with the affecting factors of street development. At least there were 13 affecting factors based on the its gradation impact, i.e.1) comfort, 2) accesbility, 3) security/safety, 4) the type of the commodity, 5) technical aspect/ the width of the pedestrian, 6) the function of the building, 7) the appropriateness of the location, 8) attractivity, 9) the lot of land, 10) the ownership and PKL tent\u27s width, 11) amenities, 12) space border, 13) building ownership. Rancangan Urinoir Dengan Beberapa Pertimbangan

Karena segi praktisnya, hampir setnua pria melakukan urinasi dengan posisi berdiri. Kesadaran akan kehersihan dan kesehatan tnenuntut kondisi bagi urinoir agar selalu bersih. Keadaan demikian jarang dijumpai di tempat-tempat umum, seperti stasiun, terminal, pasar dan sebagainya. Keadaan ini timbul karena urinoir-urinoir yang ada membutuhkan perawatan yang cukup berat agar selalu terlihat bersih, sehingga si pemakai tidak canggung melaksanakan hajatnya. Inti permasalahannya terletak pada ketidak sesuaian antara karakteristik mengalirnya urin dengan bentuk dan susunan urinoir (mangkok penerima). Untuk mengatasi masalah ini perlu dipelajari karakteristik pengaliran urine pria, mulai dari sumber hingga jatuhnya cairan serta pantulan yang terjadi jika mengenai Benda lain selama proses urinasi, kemudian membuat skema anatotni urinoir yang berfungsi sebagai mangkok penerima. Hasil pemecahan masalah di alas jika dirangkum kembali akan menjadi diskripsi persyaratan untuk merancang urinoir yang, meliputi bentuk susunan/anatomi dan persyaratan bahannya. Pengaruh Variasi Panjang Serat Serat Kayu Gelam (Melaleuce Leucandendra) Terhadap Kekuatan Tarik Komposit Bermatrik Polyester

Komposit merupakan bahan rekayasa yang dibuat dari dua atau lebih material pembentuknya yang menyatu menjadi satu bahan. Variasi volume serat dan perlakuan NaOH dilakukukan untuk mendapatkan sifat mekanis komposit berpenguat serat kulit kayu gelam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi fraksi volume serat kulit kayu gelam terhadap kekuatan tarik komposit polyester. Material yang digunakan sebagai filer adalah kulit kayu gelam dengan perbandingan variasi volumenya yaitu 10%, 30%, 50%, 70%, alkalisasi menggunakan NaOH 5% dan lama perendaman 2 jam. Pengujian mekanik yang dilakukan adalah pengujian Tarik.Metode yang dilakukan yaitu melakukan alkalisasi serat kulit kayu gelam dngan larutan NaOH 5% selama 2 jam, Matrik yang digunakan untuk mengikat serat kulit kayu gelam menggunakan resin polyester type 157 BTQN dan katalis MEKPO dengan konsentrasi 1% sifat mekanis yang didapatkan adalah dari pengujian tarik.Perlakuan alkalisasi serat menggunakan NaOH 5% selama 2 jam dan variasi volume 10% , 30%, 50%, 70%. Hasil pengujian tarik didapatkan nilai kekuatan tarik tertinggi ada pada serat yang persentasenya 70% sebesar 11.970 MPa. Pada persentase serat 10% sebesar 4.413 MPa, pada persentase serat 30% sebesar 5.155 MPa, pada persentase serat 50% sebesar 9.926 MPa, pada persentase serat 70% sebesar 11.970 MPa.Kata Kunci : Kooperatif OFDM, WARP, Decode and Forwar

Utilization of technology in education is very important, especially at the University of Technology in Yogyakarta, which is one of the private universities in Yogyakarta with several objectives, one which is utilizing the maximum potential of technology to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of learning and dissemination of science and technology. One factor that can improve academic services are scheduling a lecture. Making a schedule of lectures is not an activity that is easy to do, because in doing scheduling not only arrange the schedule between subjects, time, lecturers and rooms. College scheduling systems currently running is less effective, because it requires a long time, and often clashes at student schedules. Implementasi Akad Mukhabarah Terhadap Determinasi Petani Padi (Studi di Desa Lancang Barat,Kecamatan Dewantara,Kabupaten Aceh Utara)

Pengelolaan pertanian yang dilakukan masyarakat desa Lancang Barat Kecamatan Dewantara, Kabupaten Aceh Utara ini dilakukan oleh dua pihak, yaitu pemilik lahan dan pengelola. Dalam praktiknya, pemilik lahan menyerahkan lahannya kepada pengelola untuk dikelola kemudian hasilnya akan dibagi sesuai dengan kesepakatan. Benih dan seluruh biaya lain berasal dari penggarap. Masyarakat desa Lancang Barat memang tidak secara gamblang mengatakan bahwa akad yang mereka jalankan adalah mukhabarah, namun berdasarkan praktik yang mereka lakukan, aktivitas pengelolaan tersebut cenderung mirip dengan konsep mukhabarah yang diajarkan dalam Islam walau penerapannya belum sepenuhnya benar.Tidak adanya kesepakatan tertulis (hitam di atas putih) mengenai hak dan kewajiban para pihak, tidak adanya keterangan waktu yang jelas mengenai berakhirnya kerjasama, sedangkan kita ketahui bahwa akad mukhabarah disyaratkan jangka waktu kerjasama harus jelas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai pelaksanaan akad mukhabarah dalam pengelolaan lahan pertanian padi dan untuk mengetahui peluang dan hambatan akad mukhabarah pengelolaan lahan pertanian padi dalam peningkatan ekonomi petani yang berlaku di kalangan masyarakat Desa Lancang Barat Kecamatan Dewantara Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerjasama mukhabarah/Boeh Asoe Tanoh yang dilakukan petani di Desa Lancang Barat Kecamatan Dewantara Kabupaten Aceh Utara  adalah serupa dengan konsep mukhabarah, akan tetapi dalam praktiknya tidak sepenuhnya sesuai dengan konsep yang diajarkan Islam karena pada saat akad tidak ditetapkan kapan berakhirnya kerjasama tersebut. Dalam perjanjian yang dibuat hanya secara lisan saja tidak ada keterangan hitam diatas putih atau secara tertulis. Pembagian hasilnya sesuai dengan kesepakatan pemilik tanah dengan petani penggarap saja. Kerjasama mukhabarah/ Boeh Asoe Tanoh sedikit banyak mampu memberikan peluang yang baik bagi perekonomian petani di desa Lancang Barat, Kecamatan Dewantara, Kabupaten Aceh Utara baik untuk pemilik lahan maupun penggarap.

Finite Element Thermal Analysis of Conformal Cooling Channels in Injection Moulding

The process cycle time in injection moulding process depends greatly on the cooling time of the plastic part, which is facilitated by the cooling channels in the injection mould. Effective cooling channel design in the mould is important because it not only affects cycle time but also the part quality. Traditional cooling channels are normally made of straight drilled holes in the mould, which have limitations in geometric complexity as well as cooling fluid mobility within the injectio n mould. Over the years, conformal cooling techniques are being introduced as effective alternative to conventional cooling. The main objective of this study is to determine an optimum design for conformal cooling channel of an injection moulded plastic part using finite element analysis and thermal heat transfer analysis. The part cooling time is optimized by conformal cooling channels in the mould using the ANSYS thermal a nalysis software. Analysis of virtual models showed that those with conformal cooling channels predicted a significant reduction of cycle time with expected improvement in part quality
