Analisis Dampak Merger Terhadap Economic Value Added (Eva) Dan Market Value Added (Mva) (Studi Pada Perusahaan Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Yang Melakukan Merger Tahun 2011)

The purpose of the research is to determine the company\u27s financial performance as a result of the impact of the merger on the Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA). The type of research which used is event study with a quantitative approach to the three companies on the BEI were merged in 2011, namely PT Matahari Department Store, Tbk, PT Island Concepts Indonesia, Tbk, dan PT Prasidha Aneka Niaga, Tbk. The impact of the companies merged in 2011 when assessed by using EVA generally is positive and fluctuating except for PT Island Concepts Indonesia, Tbk which is negative. Whereas if that is assessed by using MVA generally is positive and fluctuating except for PT Prasidha Aneka Niaga, Tbk which is negative. That shows that the overall of the company\u27s financial performance is in good condition which means that the company is able to create added economic value to the company and the market as a result of the impact of the merger

Penyalahgunaan Fungsi Tanah dengan Hak Guna Bangunan sebagai Lahan Pertanian (Studi di Kantor Pertanahan Kota Malang)

SIPenulisan skripsi ini dilatar belakangi oleh maraknya pembangunan area Perumahan di Kota Malang sebagai akibat meningkatnya jumlah penduduk di Kota Malang. Peningkatan jumlah Perumahan yang akan dibangun membuat jumlah tanah untuk kegiatan pertanian menjadi berkurang. Dengan berkurangnya tanah untuk pertanian membuat para petani kehilangan mata pencahariannya. Hal ini membuat petani akhirnya menyewa tanah-tanah di area Perumahan. Tanah yang digunakan untuk membangun Perumahan memiliki hak guna bangunan. Sedangkan untuk lahan pertanian memiliki hak sendiri yaitu hak guna USAha. Penggunaan tanah Perumahan untuk disewakan kepada petani dan digunakan sebagai lahan pertanian merupakan tindakan penyalahgunaan fungsi tanah dengan hak guna bangunan

Kearifan Lokal dan Strategi Komunikasi Public Relations di BUMN dan Perusahaan Swasta

This study describes the connection between communication strategies of state-owned enterprises (BUMN) and private companies in Indonesia with its local culture. Contructivism was applied to explore qualitative data, involving the practitioners from BUMN and private companies. The research finds two propositions, i.e. the more local wisdoms are understood, the easier to create communication strategy of public relations that builds good relations with the public; communication strategy based on local wisdoms is used by both BUMN and private companies. The research contributes to enrich public relations study within Indonesian local perspectives

Model Pembelajaran Concept Attainment Disertai Metode Demonstrasi Pada Pembelajaran Ipa-fisika Di SMP (Studi Eksperimen Pada Aktivitas Dan Hasil Belajar Ipa-fisika)

This research focuses on the concept attainment model with demonstration method to science-physics instruction in junior high school. The purpose of this research are to study differences between of science-physics students' learning activities by using concept attainment model with demonstration method and by direct intruction learning model, and to assess the influence of concept attainment model with demonstration method to student's science-physics achievement. The kind of research is an experiment by using post-test only control group design. The technique of data collection are observation, documentation, interview, and test. Data analysis technique that used is independent sample T-Test assistance SPSS 16. Result of the study are the student's learning activities is 0,000 or 0,05, and the result of student's learning achievement is 0,0005 or 0,05. Based on the analysis of the results, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference of students' science-physics learning activities between the class by using concept attainment model with demonstration method and direct intruction learning model, and the model is significantly imfluence to the student's science-physics achievement

“Digital Formaldehyde Meter” Inovasi Pendeteksi Kandungan Formalin Cepat Dan Akurat Dengan Teknologi Berbasis Instrumen Electronic Nose

Design of measuring device formalin with "Digital Formaldehyde Meter" that implementation of the Electronic Nose is an alternative technology to produce quick and accurate detector. "Digital Formaldehyde Meter" is designed with a digital system, the input signal detected the sensor array TGS (TGS 2600, and 2611), and processed with the help of microcontroller and digitized by a digital LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) to digital convertor. System instrumentation is based on "Digital Formaldehyde Meter" using solid and liquid samples. Process calibration tool "Digital Formaldehyde Meter" is performed by comparison tool uv spectrometer and the test produced an average error of 2.93%

Peningkatan Kapasitas Bumdes dalam Penyusunan Business Plan Bagi Pengelolaan Kawasan Ekowisata Hutan Berkelanjutan di Desa Sesaot Kecamatan Narmada Kabupaten Lombok Barat

Dalam rangka melibatkan masyarakat desa dalam pengembangan ekonomi dan pemberdayaan masyarakat, Pemerintah Republik Indonesia melalui Peraturan Menteri Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal, dan Transmigrasi Republik Indonesia Nomor 4 Tahun 2015 tentang Pendirian, Pengurusan dan Pengelolaan, dan Pembubaran Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes). Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, BUMDes Sesaot sudah mengelola ekowisata Sesaot tetapi belum optimal antara lain karena belum memiliki business plan yang memungkinkan BUMDes untuk memaksimalkan peluang keberhasilan dari pengelolaan ekowisata berkelanjutan ke depan. Dengan adanya business plan tersebut sekaligus juga sebagai alat untuk bekerja sama dengan pihak ketiga dalam hal pendanaan, pembinaan, dam pengembangannya agar usaha yang dijalankan dengan kelayakan ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan. Melalui program pengabdian pada masyarakat kapasitas BUMDES dan stakeholders dalam penyusunan business plan ditingkatkan melalui penyuluhan dan Fasilitasi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini telah dilaksanakan di desa Sesaot Kecamatan Narmada Kabupaten Lombok Barat dengan melibatkan 31 orang partisipan yang terdiri dari pengelola BUMDes serta pelaku usaha lain, serta instansi/lembaga lain yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan kawasan ekowisata serta petani pesanggem yang ikut memanfaatkan kawasan hutan sekitar. Pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui tahap-tahap persiapan, koordinasi dengan BUMDes dan pihat terkait di lapangan, sosialisasi dan penyuluhan, serta Fasilitasi penyusunan, dan evaluasi kegiatan sehingga mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan peserta tentang teknik penyusunan business plan, serta menghasilkan draft business plan pengelolaan kawasan ekowisata Sesaot oleh BUMDes Desa Sesaot Kecamatan Narmada, Kabupaten Lombok Barat
