Comment on ``A new efficient method for calculating perturbative energies using functions which are not square integrable'': regularization and justification

The method recently proposed by Skala and Cizek for calculating perturbation energies in a strict sense is ambiguous because it is expressed as a ratio of two quantities which are separately divergent. Even though this ratio comes out finite and gives the correct perturbation energies, the calculational process must be regularized to be justified. We examine one possible method of regularization and show that the proposed method gives traditional quantum mechanics results.Comment: 6 pages in REVTeX, no figure

This thesis focuses on design and implementation of a testing framework for different implementation types of RISC-V architecture. It describes history, instruction set and processor modes which are supported by this architecture. Further, the current methodologies and testing frameworks implemented in Python are discussed. Emphasis is placed on the analysis of compliance tests. In the practical part, the design and implementation of a framework for execution of compliance tests for models, which can be implemented in various ways, either as an ISA simulator or a hardware model, is done. The secondary aim of the thesis is to create a graphical user interface for quick and easy test configuration. Finally, the results are evaluated and the possibilities of further development are discussed.

The 3D MHD code GOEMHD3 for large-Reynolds-number astrophysical plasmas

The numerical simulation of turbulence and flows in almost ideal, large-Reynolds-number astrophysical plasmas motivates the implementation of almost conservative MHD computer codes. They should efficiently calculate, use highly parallelized schemes scaling well with large numbers of CPU cores, allows to obtain a high grid resolution over large simulation domains and which can easily be adapted to new computer architectures as well as to new initial and boundary conditions, allow modular extensions. The new massively parallel simulation code GOEMHD3 enables efficient and fast simulations of almost ideal, large-Reynolds-number astrophysical plasma flows, well resolved and on huge grids covering large domains. Its abilities are validated by major tests of ideal and weakly dissipative plasma phenomena. The high resolution (204832048^3 grid points) simulation of a large part of the solar corona above an observed active region proved the excellent parallel scalability of the code using more than 30.000 processor cores.Comment: The revised versio

Credit process and metohods of choice of approval level

V poslední části tyto dva odlišné způsoby porovnává, nejdřív teoreticky a později provádí empirickou analýzu dopadu těchto metod na dostupném datovém vzorku. Specifically, it describes the credit process running from the very beginning when a client asks for a bank loan to the final moment when he/she pays the last installment. In addition, the author explains individual steps made by banks throughout the entire repayment period and their measures adopted at the moment when a client is unable to settle his/her loan. The thesis also includes calculations used in assessing the profitability of granted credits. Furthermore, it deals with methods of distributing credits to individual approval levels, i.e. if a credit can be approved directly in a client's branch or whether the approval must be given at a nationwide level. It offers a hypothesis that the standard method of determining these approval levels is ineffective and proposes a new distribution method. In the last part, both different methods are, at first theoretically, compared with each other to be later followed by an empiric analysis of effects of both methods based on an available data sample.
