    隨著現代文明的不斷進步,社會仿佛一個堅固的牢獄,人類的自我逐漸喪失在社會的普遍性裡,存在主義哲學家與許多現代作家都看到這種人類的生存危機,於是大聲疾呼,企圖喚醒人類沉睡的靈魂。 一九九四年度諾封爾文學獎得主大江健三郎,企圖把個人從時代的痛苦中恢復過來,並使人們心靈上的創傷得到醫治,這便是大江健三郎文學的永恆形式。 《個人的體驗》是大江健三郎最膾炙人口的小說作品。他將自己的個人生活體驗滲透進小說之中。因為兒子是一個身體殘障弱智兒,所以他描寫小說主人公眼見親生骨肉有殘疾,終日酗酒,情緒低落,搞婚外情,甚至不堪精神重負而設計殺子,所幸最後能幡然覺悟,擔起為人父親的責任。正因為他自身深有體會,剖析人性黑暗更力透紙背,引起社會巨大的迴響。 在這篇論文中,我要帶出的觀點是:存在主義並非消極的理念,而人類在面對困苦及面臨選擇時,必須勇敢地承擔,只有這樣,我們才能意識到自我的真實存在,以及存在的價值

    Optimizing Urban Distribution Routes for Perishable Foods Considering Carbon Emission Reduction

    The increasing demand for urban distribution increases the number of transportation vehicles which intensifies the congestion of urban traffic and leads to a lot of carbon emissions. This paper focuses on carbon emission reduction in urban distribution, taking perishable foods as the object. It carries out optimization analysis of urban distribution routes to explore the impact of low carbon policy on urban distribution routes planning. On the base of analysis of the cost components and corresponding constraints of urban distribution, two optimization models of urban distribution route with and without carbon emissions cost are constructed, and fuel quantity related to cost and carbon emissions in the model is calculated based on traffic speed, vehicle fuel quantity and passable time period of distribution. Then an improved algorithm which combines genetic algorithm and tabu search algorithm is designed to solve models. Moreover, an analysis of the influence of carbon tax price is also carried out. It is concluded that in the process of urban distribution based on the actual network information, the path optimization considering the low carbon factor can effectively reduce the distribution process of CO2, and reduce the total cost of the enterprise and society, thus achieving greater social benefits at a lower cost. In addition, the government can encourage low-carbon distribution by rationally adjusting the price of carbon tax to achieve a higher social benefit

    PABO: Mitigating Congestion via Packet Bounce in Data Center Networks

    In today's data center, a diverse mix of throughput-sensitive long flows and delay-sensitive short flows are commonly presented in shallow-buffered switches. Long flows could potentially block the transmission of delay-sensitive short flows, leading to degraded performance. Congestion can also be caused by the synchronization of multiple TCP connections for short flows, as typically seen in the partition/aggregate traffic pattern. While multiple end-to-end transport-layer solutions have been proposed, none of them have tackled the real challenge: reliable transmission in the network. In this paper, we fill this gap by presenting PABO -- a novel link-layer design that can mitigate congestion by temporarily bouncing packets to upstream switches. PABO's design fulfills the following goals: i) providing per-flow based flow control on the link layer, ii) handling transient congestion without the intervention of end devices, and iii) gradually back propagating the congestion signal to the source when the network is not capable to handle the congestion.Experiment results show that PABO can provide prominent advantage of mitigating transient congestions and can achieve significant gain on end-to-end delay

    Field-effect mobility enhanced by tuning the Fermi level into the band gap of Bi2Se3

    By eliminating normal fabrication processes, we preserve the bulk insulating state of calcium-doped Bi2Se3 single crystals in suspended nanodevices, as indicated by the activated temperature dependence of the resistivity at low temperatures. We perform low-energy electron beam irradiation (<16 keV) and electrostatic gating to control the carrier density and therefore the Fermi level position in the nanodevices. In slightly p-doped Bi2-xCaxSe3 devices, continuous tuning of the Fermi level from the bulk valence band to the band-gap reveals dramatic enhancement (> a factor of 10) in the field-effect mobility, which suggests suppressed backscattering expected for the Dirac fermion surface states in the gap of topological insulators

    Approaching quantum anomalous Hall effect in proximity-coupled YIG/graphene/h-BN sandwich structure

    Quantum anomalous Hall state is expected to emerge in Dirac electron systems such as graphene under both sufficiently strong exchange and spin-orbit interactions. In pristine graphene, neither interaction exists; however, both interactions can be acquired by coupling graphene to a magnetic insulator (MI) as revealed by the anomalous Hall effect. Here, we show enhanced magnetic proximity coupling by sandwiching graphene between a ferrimagnetic insulator yttrium iron garnet (YIG) and hexagonal-boron nitride (h-BN) which also serves as a top gate dielectric. By sweeping the top-gate voltage, we observe Fermi level-dependent anomalous Hall conductance. As the Dirac point is approached from both electron and hole sides, the anomalous Hall conductance reaches 1/4 of the quantum anomalous Hall conductance 2e2/h. The exchange coupling strength is determined to be as high as 27 meV from the transition temperature of the induced magnetic phase. YIG/graphene/h-BN is an excellent heterostructure for demonstrating proximity-induced interactions in two-dimensional electron systems

    Establishment of an isotope dilution LC-MS/MS method revealing kinetics and distribution of co-occurring mycotoxins in rats

    An isotope dilution liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method with a fast sample preparation using homemade clean-up cartridges was developed for simultaneous determination of co-occurring mycotoxins exemplified with aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) and T-2 toxin (T-2) in representative biomatrices of rat plasma, heart, liver, kidney, spleen, lung and brain in a total run time of 7 min. The established approach using stable internal standards of [C-13(17)]-AFB1 and [C-13(24)]-T-2 was extensively validated by determining the specificity, linearity (R-2 >= 0.9990), sensitivity (lower limit of quantitation at 0.05 ng mL(-1)), accuracy (70.9-107.7%), precision (RSD = 70.8%). Based on this methodological advance, the subsequent kinetics and tissue distribution after oral administration of 0.5 mg kg(-1) b.w. of both AFB1 and T-2 in rats were thoroughly studied. As revealed, both AFB1 and T-2 were rapidly eliminated with the half-life time (t(1/2)) in plasma of 8.44 +/- 4.02 h and 8.12 +/- 4.05 h, respectively. Moreover, AFB1 accumulated in all organs where the highest concentration was observed in liver (1.34 mu g kg(-1)), followed by kidney (0.76 mu g kg(-1)). Notably, only low levels of T-2 were observed in spleen (0.70 mu g kg(-1)) and in liver (0.15 mu g kg(-1)). The achieved data as supporting evidence would substantially promote the practical application of the proposed LC-MS/MS method for in vivo toxicokinetics and toxicity studies of co-occurring mycotoxins imitating natural incidence in rat system
