Ramucirumab plus docetaxel versus placebo plus docetaxel in patients with locally advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma after platinum-based therapy (RANGE): a randomised, double-blind, phase 3 trial

Padrões de interação de casais na discussão do planejamento familiar

Esta pesquisa visa a contribuir para o estudo da comunicação interpessoal, através da observação, descrição e análise dos padrões de interação verificados quando casais discutem sobre o Planejamento Familiar. Os sujeitos foram 45 casais, residentes em Brasília, que inicialmente responderam a um questionário elaborado pela pesquisadora. Posteriormente, pediu-se aos casais que discutissem sobre o Planejamento Familiar. Esta tarefa de interação verbal é uma adaptação da "Plan Something Together" elaborada por Watzlawick (1966). Os diálogos foram gravados e em seguida transcritos por dois codificadores treinados. A quantificação das características do controle interpessoal contido nos diálogos dos casais foi efetuada com base numa versão ampliada do Sistema de Codificação Relacional de Ericson e Rogers (1973); este controle e o que define o padrão de interação que está sendo utilizado. Foram designados valores de controle ("one-up", "one-down", "one-across") às mensagens contidas nos diálogos para finalmente se obter as configurações transacionais dos casais-sujeitos. Os índices de confiabilidade, baseados nas porcentagens de acordo entre os codificadores no sistema de codificação, foram de 86% e 84%. Os resutados mostraram que o padrão mais utilizado pelos casais foi o transitório, seguido do simétrico. Neste último, destacou-se a simetria submissa. Estes resultados indicam que os casais-sujeitos tendem a neutralizar e moderar o controle da relação ou a ceder e compartilhar este controle no que se refere ao tema Planejamento Familiar. No nível individual de análise, o valor de controle mais utilizado pelos cônjuges foi o "one-down", o que revela uma aceitação mútua da definição da relação. Não foram encontradas relações significativas entre algumas variáveis contidas no questionário (trabalho da mulher, renda individual, nível de escolaridade, tempo de residência em Brasília, região de origem, tempo de vida em comum, número de filhos) e os padrões de interação. Estes resultados são discutidos ao final do trabalho, sendo apresentadas sugestões para pesquisas futuras.This research is meant to contribute to the study of interpersonal communication through the observation, description and analysis of the interaction pafterns which appear when couples discuss the theme Family Planning. The subjects were 45 couples, living in Brasília, who, to begin with, answered a questionary prepared by the researcher. These couples were subsequently asked to discuss Family Planning. This verbal interaction task is an adaptation of "Plan Something Together" worked out by Watzlawick (1966). The dialogues were recorded and then transcribed by two trained codifiers. The quantification of the interpersonal control characteristics enclosed in the couples' dialogues was based on an enlarged version of the Relational Codification System of Ericson and Rogers (1973); this control defines the interaction pattern which is being used. Control values ("one-up", "one-down", "one-across") were appointed to the messages enclosed in the dialogues so that one could at last achieve the transactional configurations of the subject's . The reliability indexes based on the percentage of agreement between the codifiers in the codifying system, were 86% and 84%. The results indicated that the pattern the couples mostly used was the transitory, followed by the symmetrical. In this last one the submissive symmetry stood out. These results indicate that the subject end to neutralyze and lessen the control of the relation or to yield and share this control as far as Family Planning is concerned. At the individual level of analysis, the control value the couples mostly used was the "one-down", which discloses a mutual acceptance of the definition of the relation. No significant relations were found among some variables enclosed in the questionary (female work, individual income, schooling level, duration of residence in Brasília, place of birth, duration of life together, number of children) and the interaction patterns. These results are discussed at the end of the work and suggestions are offered for future researches

A importância da família no tratamento do uso abusivo de drogas: uma revisão da literatura

Este artigo apresenta uma revisão da literatura sobre as duas fases do tratamento do adicto e de sua família: o engajamento e o tratamento propriamente ditos. Ressalta, através de diversos estudos, a necessidade do adicto ser atendido juntamente com a sua família para um resultado satisfatório do tratamento. Aponta para questões socioculturais importantes que interferem no tratamento realizado em Instituições. Enfatiza que o tratamento do adicto e de sua família contribui para o entendimento e as bases de uma ação efetiva de prevenção
