Геофизические исследования скважин для выявления коллекторов и определения их фильтрационно-емкостных свойств на Вынгаяхинском газо-нефтяном месторождении (Тюменская область)

Объектом исследования является месторождение Вынгаяхинское. Цель работы – проектирование комплекса геофизических методов исследования скважин с целью изучения пластов- коллекторов Вынгаяхинского месторождения (ЯНАО). В процессе исследования проводились сбор и анализ геофизических материалов для обоснования оптимального комплекса. В результате исследования предложен комплекс ГИС для выявления и исследования нефтенасыщенных коллекторов. Область применения: предназначаемый комплекс ГИС может применяться на любых месторождениях нефти с терригенно-поровым типом коллекторов. Экономическая значимость работы определяется необходимостью исследований для подсчетов запасов.The object of this study is to deposit Vyngayakhinskoye. The purpose of the work - design of geophysical methods for wells to examine plastov- collectors Vyngayakhinskoye deposit (Yamalo-Nenets District). The study carried out collection and analysis of geophysical data to support the optimum combination. The study proposed a set of GIS for the detection and investigation of oil-saturated reservoir. Scope: intended complex GIS can be used on any oil fields with terrigenous pore type reservoirs. Late deterioration of left ventricular function after right ventricular pacemaker implantation

Objectives: Right ventricular (RV) pacing induces a left bundle branch block pattern on ECG and may promote heart failure. Patients with dual chamber pacemakers (DCPs) who present with progressive reduction in left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) secondary to RV pacing are candidates for cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT). This study analyzes whether upgrading DCP to CRT with the additional implantation of a left ventricular (LV) lead improves LV function in patients with reduced LVEF following DCP implantation. Methods: Twenty-two patients (13 males) implanted with DCPs and a high RV pacing percentage (>90%) were evaluated in term of new-onset heart failure symptoms. The patients were enrolled in this retrospective single-center study after obvious causes for a reduced LVEF were excluded with echocardiography and coronary angiography. In all patients, DCPs were then upgraded to biventricular devices. LVEF was analyzed with a two-sided t-test. QRS duration and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) levels were analyzed with the unpaired t-test. Results: LVEF declined after DCP implantation from 54±10% to 31±7%, and the mean QRS duration was 161±20 ms during RV pacing. NT-pro BNP levels were elevated (3365±11436 pmol/L). After upgrading to a biventricular device, a biventricular pacing percentage of 98.1±2% was achieved. QRS duration decreased to 108±16 ms and 106±20 ms after 1 and 6 months, respectively. There was a significant increase in LVEF to 38±8% and 41±11% and a decrease in NT- pro BNP levels to 3088±2326 pmol/L and 1860±1838 pmol/L at 1 and 6 months, respectively. Conclusion: Upgrading to CRT may be beneficial in patients with DCPs and heart failure induced by a high RV pacing percentage. (Anatol J Cardiol 2016; 16: 678-83

Дипломний проект “Проект будівлі торговельно-розважального центру у м. Мелітополі” умовно можна розбити на чотири частини: - архітектурно - будівельний розділ; - розрахунково - конструктивний розділ; - організаційно - технологічний розділ; - техніко-економічний розділ. У архітектурній частині проекту (розділ 1) наведено: загальну характеристику об'єкту будівництва, будівельну і кліматичну характеристики району, планувальне рішення ділянки, об'ємно-планувальне та будівельно - конструктивне рішення каркасу будинку. У другому розділі наведено обґрунтування вибору та розрахунку будівельних конструкцій. Розділ включає у себе такі підрозділи: - загальні дані; розрахунок та проектування залізобетонних конструкцій каркасу (колон, перекриттів та ригелів); - розрахунок та проектування металевих конструкцій каркасу (точніше колон та ригелів. У ході проектування було розроблено: опалубочні креслення залізобетонних балок та колон, а також креслення арматурних виробів та закладних деталей, необхідних для армування конструкцій а також креслення арматурних виробів. У третьому розділі розглянуто особливості організації процесу технології виготовлення залізобетонних перекриттів. У четвертому розділі диплому розглянуто економіку будівництва будівлі.Explanatory note: pp., figures, tables, appendix, sources. The diploma project “The project of building a shopping and entertainment center in Melitopol” can be divided into four parts: - architectural and construction section; - design and construction section; - organizational and technological section; - technical and economic section. The architectural part of the project (section 1) shows: general characteristics of the construction object, construction and climatic characteristics of the area, the planning decision of the site, three-dimensional planning and construction and structural decision of the frame of the house. The second section provides a rationale for selecting and calculating building structures. The section includes the following sections: - general data; calculation and design of reinforced concrete frame structures (columns, ceilings and bolts); - calculation and design of metal structures of the frame (more precisely columns and crossbars. In the course of designing, the following were developed: formwork drawings of reinforced concrete beams and columns, as well as drawings of reinforcement products and mortgages required for the reinforcement of structures, as well as drawings of reinforcement products. In the third section the peculiarities of the organization of the process of manufacturing technology of reinforced concrete flooring are considered. The fourth section of the diploma examines the economics of building construction. Contribution of microstructural parameters to strengthening in an ultrafine-grained Al-7%Si alloy processed by severe deformation

An Al-7%Si alloy was severely deformed by equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) to study the refinement of the microstructure and associated changes of mechanical properties. The initial coarse dendritic structure was broken into an elongated sub-micron grain/subgrain structure, with high dislocation density, and distributed fine Si particles. The Si particles in the composite are seen to induce a high dislocation density during deformation and lead to faster structural refinement than in a monolithic alloy with the same composition as the matrix. The additional strengthening of the composite relative to the monolithic alloy is due to both the finer grain size and the high retained dislocation density.
