Akibat hukum putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi No. 46/PUU-VIII/2010 terhadap hak anak Biologis dalam tinjauan hukum Islam (Perspektif Hakim Pengadilan Agama Palangka Raya)

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 46/PUU-VIII/2010 yang menyatakan bahwa anak yang dilahirkan di luar perkawinan tidak hanya memiliki hubungan perdata dengan ibunya dan keluarga ibunya, tapi juga memiliki hubungan perdata dengan laki-laki sebagai ayahnya dan keluarga ayahnya yang dapat dibuktikan berdasarkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dan/atau alat bukti lain menurut hukum mempunyai hubungan darah. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji akibat hukum dari putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 46/PUU-VIII/2010 terhadap hak anak biologis perspektif hakim Pengadilan Agama Palangka Raya, dan akibat hukum putusan tersebut terhadap hak anak biologis dalam tinjauan hukum Islam perspektif hakim Pengadilan Agama Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum sosiologis atau empiris dan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah hakim Pengadilan Agama Palangka Raya, dan objeknya adalah perspektif hakim Pengadilan Agama Palangka Raya. Data pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi, dan untuk pengabsahannya melalui teknik triangulasi sumber. Sedangkan, data dianalisis melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu data reduction, data display, dan Conclusion Drawing/Verification. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perspektif hakim Pengadilan Agama Palangka Raya mengenai akibat hukum putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 46/PUU-VIII/2010 terhadap hak anak biologis terbagi menjadi tiga pendapat, yaitu adanya pembatasan istilah di luar perkawinan, pengecualian hak nasab, dan tetap memiliki hubungan perdata pada ibunya. Sedangkan perspektif hakim Pengadilan Agama Palangka Raya mengenai akibat hukum putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 46/PUU-VIII/2010 terhadap hak anak biologis dalam tinjauan hukum Islam memiliki dua sisi, yaitu sisi positif dan sisi negatif

PENGARUH STRESS KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA DENGAN WORK ENGAGEMENT SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, work environment, work engagement, job satisfaction on shrimp pond employees in the Pidie Sigli Aceh area. The main problem in this research is job satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research with a survey method of respondents. The population in this study were employees who worked in several shrimp ponds in the Pidie Sigli Aceh area, totaling 89 employees. Data collection techniques in this study used a list of questions or questionnaires. The data analysis tool used in this study is SmartPLS. Based on the results obtained, the factors that influence job satisfaction are the work environment and work engagement. This is evidenced by the results of hypothesis testing which shows a t-count value of 3.673 ≥1.96 with a p-value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05 and t-count of 4.420 with a p-value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05, while job stress has no effect on job satisfaction Shrimp pond employees in the Pidie Sigli Aceh area

A generalized integrability problem for G-Structures

Given an $\widetilde n$-dimensional manifold $\widetilde M$ equipped with a $\widetilde G$-structure $\widetilde\pi:\widetilde P\rightarrow \widetilde M$, there is a naturally induced $G$-structure $\pi: P\rightarrow M$ on any submanifold $M\subset\widetilde M$ that satisfies appropriate regularity conditions. We study generalized integrability problems for a given $G$-structure $\pi: P\rightarrow M$, namely the questions of whether it is locally equivalent to induced $G$-structures on regular submanifolds of homogeneous $\widetilde G$-structures $\widetilde\pi:\widetilde P\to \widetilde{H}/\widetilde{K}$. If $\widetilde\pi:\widetilde P\to \widetilde{H}/\widetilde{K}$ is flat $k$-reductive we introduce a sequence of generalized curvatures taking values in appropriate cohomology groups and prove that the vanishing of these curvatures are necessary and sufficient conditions for the solution of the corresponding generalized integrability problems.Comment: 30 pages, v2: improved presentation and results v3: improved presentation, final version to appear in Ann. On two topological cardinal invariants of an order-theoretic flavour

Noetherian type and Noetherian $\pi$-type are two cardinal functions which were introduced by Peregudov in 1997, capturing some properties studied earlier by the Russian School. Their behavior has been shown to be akin to that of the \emph{cellularity}, that is the supremum of the sizes of pairwise disjoint non-empty open sets in a topological space. Building on that analogy, we study the Noetherian $\pi$-type of $\kappa$-Suslin Lines, and we are able to determine it for every $\kappa$ up to the first singular cardinal. We then prove a consequence of Chang's Conjecture for $\aleph_\omega$ regarding the Noetherian type of countably supported box products which generalizes a result of Lajos Soukup. We finish with a connection between PCF theory and the Noetherian type of certain Pixley-Roy hyperspaces

Covering by discrete and closed discrete sets

Say that a cardinal number $\kappa$ is \emph{small} relative to the space $X$ if $\kappa <\Delta(X)$, where $\Delta(X)$ is the least cardinality of a non-empty open set in $X$. We prove that no Baire metric space can be covered by a small number of discrete sets, and give some generalizations. We show a ZFC example of a regular Baire $\sigma$-space and a consistent example of a normal Baire Moore space which can be covered by a small number of discrete sets.
