The importance of target audiences in the design of training actions
This paper describes the process of definition, conceptualization and implementation of a business course addressed for logistic and industrial managers. This course was designed using a blended methodology, with training in classroom, visits to enterprises and self- study, supported by an eLearning platform. The aim of this work is to create an opportunity to reflect about the decisions and strategies implemented and point future developments
Naturally graded Zinbiel algebras with nilindex n - 3
We present the classification of a subclass of n-dimensional naturally graded Zinbiel
algebras. This subclass has the nilindex n − 3 and the characteristic sequence (n − 3, 2, 1). In fact,
this result completes the classification of naturally graded Zinbiel algebras of nilindex n − 3
Leibniz Algebras Whose Semisimple Part is Related to sl2
In this paper we identify the structure of complex finite-dimensional Leibniz algebras
with associated Lie algebras sl1
2⊕sl2
2⊕· · ·⊕sls
2⊕R, where R is a solvable radical. The classifications
of such Leibniz algebras in the cases dimR = 2, 3 and dimI 6= 3 have been obtained. Moreover, we
classify Leibniz algebras with L/I ∼= sl1
2⊕sl2
2 and some conditions on ideal I = id < [x, x] | x ∈ L
Weak measurement og the composite Goo-Haenchen shift in the critical region
By using a weak measurement technique, we investigated the interplay between
the angular and lateral Goos-Haenchen shift of a focused He-Ne laser beam for
incidence near the critical angle. We verified that this interplay dramatically
affects the composite Goos-Haenchen shift of the propagated beam. The
experimental results confirm theoretical predictions that recently appeared in
the literature.Comment: 10 pages, 3 figure
Maximum Entanglement in Squeezed Boson and Fermion States
A class of squeezed boson and fermion states is studied with particular
emphasis on the nature of entanglement. We first investigate the case of
bosons, considering two-mode squeezed states. Then we construct the fermion
version to show that such states are maximum entangled, for both bosons and
fermions. To achieve these results, we demonstrate some relations involving
squeezed boson states. The generalization to the case of fermions is made by
using Grassmann variables.Comment: 4 page
