    PENGARUH ISI PESAN KESEHATAN MENTAL INSTAGRAM RILIV TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN RESILIENSI (Survei Terhadap Followers Instagram Riliv)

    This research aims to empirically examine the effect of the contents of Riliv's Instagram mental health messages on the resilience abilities of Instagram followers through a quantitative approach and survey methods. The analysis of this study uses an independent variable, namely the contents of Riliv's Instagram mental health messages and the dependent variable is the resilience of Instagram followers. The research sample is Riliv's active Instagram followers using the purposive-sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing 400 questionnaires. The statistical method used is simple regression analysis and partial statistical test (T-test) as a research hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that the contents of Riliv's Instagram mental health messages have an effect on the resilience ability of followers. This is based on the results of the hypothesis test, where the t-count value is 3.185 greater than the specified t-table value of 0.1966 and when viewed from the significance figure the results are 0.000 < 0.05.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh dari isi pesan kesehatan mental instagram Riliv terhadap kemampuan resiliensi followers instagram melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan variabel independen yakni isi pesan kesehatan mental instagram Riliv dan variabel dependennya adalah resiliensi followers instagram. Sampel penelitian ini merupakan followers aktif instagram Riliv dengan menggunakan metode purposive-sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner sejumlah 400 kuisioner. Metode statistik yang digunakan yakni analisis regresi sederhana dan uji statistik parsial (T-test) sebagai uji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa isi pesan kesehatan mental instagram Riliv berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan resiliensi followers Hal ini berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis, dimana nilai t-hitung 3,185 lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel yang ditentukan 0,1966 dan jika dilihat dari angka signifikansi didapatkan hasil 0,000 < 0,05

    The Stratigraphy and Structure of the Madamar-Salakh-Qusaybah Range and Natif-Fahud Area in the Oman Mountains

    Melanges and debris flows with clasts derived from the top of the Natih Formation found in shales in the base of the Aruma Group indicate that a period of Structural growth on the platform took place during Aruma deposition in the Late Cretaceous. In this respect the platform in the Jebel Salakh area may have undergone a similar period of structural growth in the Late Cretaceous to the Fahud area where a syn-Aruma normal fault down throwing to the South accounts for a difference in the stratigraphic thickness of the Aruma of 1 km. A younger series of debris flows in the Aruma of the Sufrat al Khays area to the South of Jehel Salakh is dated as Campanian/Maastrichtian. The clasts in these flows were derived exclusively from the Simsima limestones. Natih-derived elasts are conspicuously absent. This is taken to indicate that the Madamar-Salakh Qusaybah range was covered by Aruma sediments at this time and did not form the distinctive positive feature seen at present - i.e. Madamar-Salakh-Qusaybah range folding though partly Late Cretaceous is mainly Post-Manslrichtian in age. This Post Maastrichtian event in the Madamar-Salakh-Qusaybah range produced a series of doubly-plunging anticlines in the Cretaceous strata- These folds show a high degree of brittle extension in the form of normal faults and extensional fractures, The faults are delineated by fault gouge with visibly interconnected void space. In the subsurface, if such fractures were developed in a fold closure similar to those seen at the surface in the Madamar-Salakh-Qusaybah range. then they could provide preferred conduits for oil flow and the harrier to fluid flow provided by the Aruma shale seal could lead to a hydrocarbon accumulation

    Comparison of flow and dispersion properties of free and wall turbulent jets for source dynamics characterisation

    The objective of this paper is to provide an investigation, using large eddy simulations, into the dispersion of aircraft jets in co-flowing take-off conditions. Before carrying out such study, simple turbulent plane free and wall jet simulations are carried out to validate the computational models and to assess the impact of the presence of the solid boundary on the flow and dispersion properties. The current study represents a step towards a better understanding of the source dynamics behind an airplane jet engine during the take-off and landing phases. The information provided from these simulations can be used for future improvements of existing dispersion models

    Effects of a clinical decision support system and patient portal for preventing medication-related falls in older fallers:Protocol of a cluster randomized controlled trial with embedded process and economic evaluations (ADFICE_IT)

    BackgroundFalls are the leading cause of injury-related mortality and hospitalization among adults aged ≥ 65 years. An important modifiable fall-risk factor is use of fall-risk increasing drugs (FRIDs). However, deprescribing is not always attempted or performed successfully. The ADFICE_IT trial evaluates the combined use of a clinical decision support system (CDSS) and a patient portal for optimizing the deprescribing of FRIDs in older fallers. The intervention aims to optimize and enhance shared decision making (SDM) and consequently prevent injurious falls and reduce healthcare-related costs.MethodsA multicenter, cluster-randomized controlled trial with process evaluation will be conducted among hospitals in the Netherlands. We aim to include 856 individuals aged ≥ 65 years that visit the falls clinic due to a fall. The intervention comprises the combined use of a CDSS and a patient portal. The CDSS provides guideline-based advice with regard to deprescribing and an individual fall-risk estimation, as calculated by an embedded prediction model. The patient portal provides educational information and a summary of the patient’s consultation. Hospitals in the control arm will provide care-as-usual. Fall-calendars will be used for measuring the time to first injurious fall (primary outcome) and secondary fall outcomes during one year. Other measurements will be conducted at baseline, 3, 6, and 12 months and include quality of life, cost-effectiveness, feasibility, and shared decision-making measures. Data will be analyzed according to the intention-to-treat principle. Difference in time to injurious fall between the intervention and control group will be analyzed using multilevel Cox regression.DiscussionThe findings of this study will add valuable insights about how digital health informatics tools that target physicians and older adults can optimize deprescribing and support SDM. We expect the CDSS and patient portal to aid in deprescribing of FRIDs, resulting in a reduction in falls and related injuries

    Observation of hard scattering in photoproduction events with a large rapidity gap at HERA

    Events with a large rapidity gap and total transverse energy greater than 5 GeV have been observed in quasi-real photoproduction at HERA with the ZEUS detector. The distribution of these events as a function of the Îłp\gamma p centre of mass energy is consistent with diffractive scattering. For total transverse energies above 12 GeV, the hadronic final states show predominantly a two-jet structure with each jet having a transverse energy greater than 4 GeV. For the two-jet events, little energy flow is found outside the jets. This observation is consistent with the hard scattering of a quasi-real photon with a colourless object in the proton.Comment: 19 pages, latex, 4 figures appended as uuencoded fil

    A precise measurement of the magnetic field in the corona of the black hole binary V404 Cygni

    Observations of binary stars containing an accreting black hole or neutron star often show x-ray emission extending to high energies (>10 kilo­–electron volts), which is ascribed to an accretion disk corona of energetic particles akin to those seen in the solar corona. Despite their ubiquity, the physical conditions in accretion disk coronae remain poorly constrained. Using simultaneous infrared, optical, x-ray, and radio observations of the Galactic black hole system V404 Cygni, showing a rapid synchrotron cooling event in its 2015 outburst, we present a precise 461 ± 12 gauss magnetic field measurement in the corona. This measurement is substantially lower than previous estimates for such systems, providing constraints on physical models of accretion physics in black hole and neutron star binary systems.     Risk Factors for Graft-versus-Host Disease in Haploidentical Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation Using Post-Transplant Cyclophosphamide

    Post-transplant cyclophosphamide (PTCy) has significantly increased the successful use of haploidentical donors with a relatively low incidence of graft-versus-host disease (GVHD). Given its increasing use, we sought to determine risk factors for GVHD after haploidentical hematopoietic cell transplantation (haplo-HCT) using PTCy. Data from the Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Research on adult patients with acute myeloid leukemia, acute lymphoblastic leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, or chronic myeloid leukemia who underwent PTCy-based haplo-HCT (2013 to 2016) were analyzed and categorized into 4 groups based on myeloablative (MA) or reduced-intensity conditioning (RIC) and bone marrow (BM) or peripheral blood (PB) graft source. In total, 646 patients were identified (MA-BM = 79, MA-PB = 183, RIC-BM = 192, RIC-PB = 192). The incidence of grade 2 to 4 acute GVHD at 6 months was highest in MA-PB (44%), followed by RIC-PB (36%), MA-BM (36%), and RIC-BM (30%) (P =.002). The incidence of chronic GVHD at 1 year was 40%, 34%, 24%, and 20%, respectively (P <.001). In multivariable analysis, there was no impact of stem cell source or conditioning regimen on grade 2 to 4 acute GVHD; however, older donor age (30 to 49 versus <29 years) was significantly associated with higher rates of grade 2 to 4 acute GVHD (hazard ratio [HR], 1.53; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.11 to 2.12; P =.01). In contrast, PB compared to BM as a stem cell source was a significant risk factor for the development of chronic GVHD (HR, 1.70; 95% CI, 1.11 to 2.62; P =.01) in the RIC setting. There were no differences in relapse or overall survival between groups. Donor age and graft source are risk factors for acute and chronic GVHD, respectively, after PTCy-based haplo-HCT. Our results indicate that in RIC haplo-HCT, the risk of chronic GVHD is higher with PB stem cells, without any difference in relapse or overall survival

    Development of an indirect ELISA to detect Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis specific antibodies in sheep employing T1 strain culture supernatant as antigen

    Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis is the etiologic agent of caseous lymphadenitis (CLA), a chronic disease that affects goats and sheep, characterized by granuloma formation in subcutaneous and internal lymph nodes. CLA causes significant economic losses to commercial goat herds. In this study, we aimed to test secreted antigens secreted from T1 strain bacteria grown in brain heart infusion (BHI) broth in an indirect ELISA system to determine the presence of specific immunoglobulins against C. pseudotuberculosis. We analyzed the BHI antigen electrophoretic profile and the recognition pattern by infected sheep sera samples. The ELISA results were compared with multiplex PCR assay and IFN-gamma production. The ELISA was able to discriminate between negative and positive animals, with a sensitivity of 89% and a specificity of 99%, using microbiological isolation as gold standard. When this assay was compared with multiplex PCR and specific IFN-gamma quantification, six discrepant results were found among thirty-two samples. We concluded that the ELISA using antigens secreted from C. pseudotuberculosis T1 strain growth in BHI broth culture can be used for the serodiagnosis of CLA in sheep
